I am here with my friends for dinner buffet at Paradise Hotpot. I am super impressed with Mei Xian Service as she is always on the ground and alert. She is super hardworking , always fast in clearing the tables. She also went the extra miles to get additional condense milk and sesame oil. She also saw from afar that we need soup refill and auto top up for us. The experience here is pleasant because of her one man show. She is constantly working without taking any breaks. She is definitely an asset to the company. She is also friendly and cheerful.

I enjoyed my experience here, the servers were very helpful and nice, the food was quite good as well ( extrememly worth it for the price). My only problem was that the food took a while to come however, we actually over shot the time period we were given without realising , but the workers did not rush to kick us out which I am grateful for. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience here, would recommend.

Lots of food choices, especially from the Premium Buffet selections: big prawns, shrimp paste, gyoza (vegetable, shrimp), quail eggs, pork, beef, chicken fillets, squid-ink balls, lettuce, winter-melon, enoki, mushrooms, other veges, pickles and condiments etc. etc. Cup ice-cream was also available for dessert. We particularly enjoyed the 2 hotpot broths we picked for our cooking pots: century egg and "bawanghua": light-taste and not too salty. However, the restaurant's limiting food orders to the first hour (on premises) was a rather restricting measure for first-time diners like us, likely unfamiliar with the menu items and order system. Staff were omnipresent, efficiently and promptly delivering food to tables.

A nice atmosphere with friendly staff and teamwork especially Lin Yuan whom provided a good customer service. We see her working non-stop and try to help others and will go to each table to ask customers if we needed other things else or not. Choon Hou is also very friendly and helpful. He very polite and enthusiastic to each customer.

Considering the price of $37.90++ (weekend is $40.90++) for premium set, 60 mins order time, and 80 mins (60+20) dining time, I will give it an overall 4-star. If not taking into consideration of the reasonable price, I would say overall is just 3-star. Firstly, what I like is the soups. Overall, the soups are generally tasty, and the prawns are pretty fresh. Their prawns, seafood and fish paste are just so-so. The ordering system needs to be improved, as most of our meat didn’t arrive and the store manager had to personally bring it for us. In addition, some of the items we ordered didn’t arrive, and we have to keep ordering. Fortunately, the staff are pretty understanding and helpful.

Food took almost 30mins to arrive and I have to get the service staff to check on my orders 2x. QR code mentioned that it's 1 hr 10 mins allowed to order. I manage to screen shot all my orders to show the service staff what was ordered and what did not arrived multiple times. Wanted to leave with 2 stars but the saving grace was Miss Hui Fang. Even though she was a very new staff. She acknowledged my concerns. She was very apologetic with the services rendered and she even took the trouble to take my order even after the QR code expired and even went to get my orders personally. So 2 stars for Hui Fang. Well done!

Cheap prices and fresh ingredients. Lots of guests, even with a reservation you may have to wait. Not many choices of sauces and drinks. There may be a lack of staff and a 10-15 minute wait for each order, even ice cream.

Happened to walk to the restaurant during weekday 3pm, saw they have $19.9++ hot pot buffet, the dish are very fresh and the Thai chilling sauce is not so spicy yet very delicious, it is indeed value for money and I’m happy with the meal, especially the service staff. They care about you and will talk to you on the food etc, service five star.

We found the unit price of each food item increases quite a lot, almost 20 to 30% compared to last time we came about one year ago, though they still offered 40% during 2:30 to 4:30, for 2 pax, it costs almost 100 to get just 70% full. The service is faster this time compared to one year ago, food itself is fresh and they do have Sacha souce that is quite rare to find in Singapore.

Served with individual pot cook under portable gas stove which may taste better but it always ran out of gas for like 3 times throughout the dining. Services are not comparable to HaiDiLao but prices are almost the same - may be slightly more expensive if it’s not for the member voucher used. Food are pretty good and soup is tasty which is a good change from your usual HaiDiLao menu. May worth consider visiting during non-peak hours which has a promotion 40% going on between 2 - 4 pm on weekdays.

Currently running all eat you can promotion and really worth for money as the food quality is quite good if compared to other eat all you can steamboat restaurant. I like their pork bone soup, rich and flavourful. Their all eat you can promo still have their Fried bean curd, ebiko prawn paste and even braised pork rice, so happy! Will visit again next time!

Mei Xian is very merticulous with her service. She is very attentive, and offered an extra pair of chopsticks when I was trying to use the scoop to take the meat. I am so grateful to be served by Ms. Fu Lian and Mr. Choon Hou on 5-June. Ms. Fu Lian is extremely thoughtful and professional as she notice I'm allergies to pork and she double checked all my orders and shared that the prawn dumpling has pork. This restaurant has always been my favourite place for steamboat . While it’s a good move to change to buffet style but hope the restaurant can maintain the quality of soup base like before . Also it’s good to have sesame oil at the buffet . Water chestnut rather bland . We took the premium buffet and ordered 1 order or prawn but it was too salty . The rest were good as before and a little presentation would make the food more appetising. Overall satisfaction just a little feedback for improvement. Thanks

Ordered pao fan as a takeaway option and I really like their pork bone broth poached rice. It has sliced pork belly, ebiko prawn paste, clams, black fungus, white rice and rice puffs. They separate the soup and the ingredients and rice so they don't get soggy. The broth is really fragrant and comforting, especially on cold days and the pork belly is nice too. The rice puffs are also a nice touch. Wanna go to the actual outlet to try their hotpot one day!

The restaurant now offers buffet meals - value or premium. My family & I took the premium - variety was pretty alright though there was no beef. Drinks are now self-serviced (sour plum & water chestnut), just like the condiments - note that the condiments are now fewer as I note that the fried garlic & sugar are no longer there (amongst other things). Service by staff still as good as I remembered it to be the last time I was here.

Very value for money buffet 👍🏻 Ingredients were of high quality and very fresh. The entire staff team were also very friendly and helpful, in fact service did improved a lot and even better from before when they were doing ala carte. Even though the buffet was very pack but the service staff were all very prior and friendly. Special mention to Shu Qing which welcomed us at the door and made us feel extremely welcomed from the time we walked in till the time we left. She kept checking with us on how was everything thru out meal, attended to us and also assured us that we could get her help whenever we need during our meal. Good job for the great service and food!

Food was great. You can expect quality ingredients and great tasting broth; I like the pork bone and tomyum ones. 滷肉飯was great as well just don't go crazy over it or you can't eat much of the hotpot. I like that fried carrot cake too! My one and only gripe is.. the place is really hot and humid. There seems to be no air con and ventilation was bad. We were told it was controlled via the central Aircon, feedback was given to the building management, but nothing improved. I got to commend Chen Chen and her team for the impeccable service. Sometimes visibly short stuffed but they made it work. Fix the Aircon and all will be perfect! Please add some sesame sauce for the condiment too, just trying!

The price/performance ratio is really unsatisfactory in Singapore that has been here for 24 years. There are no shortcomings except that the business is very good and the queues are relatively long!

Disadvantages: 1. The service was very chaotic. I had to wait for 50 minutes from being seated to getting the soup. And the system automatically stops ordering after 60 minutes of seating. 2. There are very few choices of dips and appetizers. Pros, food quality is okay.
