Been a loyal patron since Poulet opened years ago, esp at this outlet. Also frequently dine at the Westgate, sometimes Raffles. However, this particular experience at Vivocity was not a pleasant one in terms of service. Firstly there wasn't a queue so I went to the staff and he asked for the number of pax in my dining party. After informing,he said he'll check on tables (there were several empty). So I walked over to look at the menu but this Caucasian couple cut in front of me and then proceeded to occupy the entire menu. So I went back to waiting by the entrance. Next, they again cut in front of me and approached the same staff who then proceeded to show them to a table. I signaled to him and asked, and he looked confused. Apparently he forgot all about my group. He did apologize but then seated us NEXT TO that couple. What's worse, when at the table, I wanted to order immediately but there wasn't the qr code yet so he told me to wait then walked off. Next thing I see the queue-cutting couple getting their orders taken first, without using the qr code. I really wanted to walk right out but didn't cos my partner had been missing the signature chicken. The meal was fine...food was as usual. But the carbonara was disappointing almost tasteless... The oxtail was superb and the roast chicken as good as ever. The sides are my usual orders and were good. Desserts : mango pudding yums...but the creme brulee was really rich and sweet. Won't order that again... Overall I'll still dine at poulet but may change outlet. The service at vivo was just abysmal.

The roast chicken and the beef meatballs were juicy and delicious, and the side dishes (roasted Brussels sprouts, sautéed mushrooms) were tasty. I do have something to say about the service level of this outlet, though. First of all, the restaurant has this policy of not letting anyone in until all parties are present, even when the restaurant is empty. That’s okay with me because I understand that some customers may be hogging the tables waiting for their dining partners to come. However, to keep a long queue of diners waiting outside for an extended period of time is not okay. There were three waitstaff in the restaurant. One was waiting to start his shift, so he was just sitting in a corner. The second one was walking around the restaurant doing nothing, even though he saw the long queue. The third one was busy sorting out cutlery, also saw the queue but did not approach the guests until she finally finished. By then, the customers had already waited more than 10 minutes to get seated, and the kitchen had been free all this time. Plus, by letting so many diners in at one time, it would put a strain on the kitchen staff who had to rush all the orders, and diners would have to wait longer for their food to be ready, right? It just doesn’t make sense to me.

After so many years, the famous bbq chicken and mushroom soup still can’t be beat. Not even some expensive Michelin restaurant can do better mushroom soup than them. Everything was delicious and price is very reasonable!

Staff were friendly and attentive, even when it is peak hours and they seemed understaffed. Really appreciated that! Food was consistently yummy too, especially the chicken. Chicken breast was like juicy and tender. That means it’s good. We got the 3 set meal for 2 pax. My girlfriend and I left the place feel very satisfied with the portions!

Everything was great. The servers did a great job but the kitchen staff was very slow and don’t read instructions. Ask for mango pudding to be “served now” because one of us wanted to eat only dessert but ended up serving us wayy later. The other person in our group had to watch the rest of us eat while still waited for their dessert. Doesn’t mean people order dessert it has to be served later. Some people just wants to eat the light. Food was average for me. Maybe I don’t have a fancy tastebud. Lol.

Dropped by for a late dinner with the fam. Have heard a lot about this chain of restaurants so was looking forward to a good satisfying meal. Unfortunately left a little underwhelmed. Ordered the half chic with Diane sauce. The dish came a tad too "cold" for my liking. Somehow it felt like "take-outs" quality. The positive side? Chic was tender and has the chicky-umami to it, pairing well with sauce of choice. Salad was refreshing with the dried cranberries adding a sweet tangy twist to the mix. The truffle string fries were the poorest though. Truffle oil was there but oh dear, the sea must be too near. Someone got to tell the chef to dial back on the salt! Thankfully service was polite, fast and efficient. Left feeling a little "meh". Will probably try other outlets.

We had good dinner at Poulet Vivo city branch. Atmosphere was inviting and not too crowded, well spaced. Waiters and servers were extremely polite, pleasant and friendly. Food was tasty, amazed with the home-made pot pie. It's a must try! Will definitely come back!

This is one of my favourite places to have western/french style cuisine. The 3 course feast is definitely worth it for the price and the dishes you can select. The highlight for me is always the chicken with mushroom cream sauce and for my daugther the Carbonara. The mango pudding is delicious as dessert.

Lunch at vivo city outlet, our food came 20min after ordering (lunch time), noticed that our dishes were left on the counter for awhile before they were sent to us...this place can be quite noisy during lunch. Anyway, found that the outlet at westgate tasted better, chicken was so much softer.

One of the best roast chicken that me and my wife ever tried. We also took potato wedges and salmon pie. All the food was excellent. The restaurant is situated in the mall among decades of other caffes, nevertheless the interior is very nice. We didn't expected that the food could be so good there. But it is what is it. The chicken with mashroom sause was so juicy, potatoes are crispy and salmon pie is tender. The side salad was fresh and very tasty as well. Prices are affordable. I highly recommend this place.

the queue was long but it moved pretty fast so that was great. I ordered chicken pot pie that came together with the salad side, and my friend ordered the signature roasted half chicken with cranberry sauce that came with 2 sides (I think he chose spaghetti and sautéed mushrooms) The pot pie was very very delicious. The pie pastry itself was flakey, buttery and light to the crunch while melting in your mouth into pastry goodness. The mash potato and cheese was gooey and smelled kinda herbal but it was very delicious. The chicken was well cooked and the chorizo blended well with the other ingredients. By far the best pot pies I have tasted :) Would recommend 10/10. My friend didn't comment on the chicken but said that the spaghetti was too spicy for him. For me, my side (The salad) was pretty disgusting. It was lettuce, dried cranberries, olives and sunflower seeds tossed with what I presume to be olive oil. I am not a big fan of dried fruits in my salad and I absolutely despise olives, so it wasn't a pleasant experience. Maybe I didn't read the menu carefully enough but the restaurant may want to put up an allergy notice in case (I'm not allergic but who knows when someone would need it). Wish we could choose our side instead of it being that disgusting salad. overall atmosphere was great, they played very classic pop songs and the staff were nice. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the godforsaken salad.

Cons: The French toast was extremely rubbery, it wasn’t hot nor crispy. Majority of its height was made up by whipped cream and the smallest scoop of ice cream. It really shouldn’t be on the menu if this is what they’re serving. Pros:The dinner however was very good. The whole chicken was cooked perfectly and the mushroom sauce had a nice rich consistency to it. The meatballs were excellent as well. I have been here many times and the thing to get is the chicken with mushroom sauce and the mash and sautéed mushrooms are delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Syaz served us and was very nice, her service recovery was excellent as well. Just don’t get the French toast.

He assure me he will attend to me n get me a seat when I came back at a ltr time. He kept his promise and get me seated within 5 mins. His swift action and service was commendable. Seafood stew is awesome - very creamy tomato base with lots of shellfish and artichokes, definitely not stingy with the ingredients and the taste is better than some of the specialty seafood places I've been to. Chicken aglio olio is not bad, but is a tad too salty given that the bacon garnish is also salty. I would suggest for the chef to reduce the added salt by a 1/3. Oxtail pot pie is also delicious, very creamy and cheesy, definitely not something you can easily make at home. The side of salad was really meh though - the ingredients are ok but there was very little dressing, so it was quite bland. I would suggest to mix it with the pie stuffings. There was a minor issue with one of the dishes and the staff was really gracious and waived the bill for it. A great experience overall and would definitely come again.

I like it, the pho is so fresh and have a lot of options. I order lemon grass and chicken pho, it is really warming my stomach - feels good 🥰 The place is next to harbour front. From the ferry exit gate you just go left side and the place accross the building, next to the left side entrance door of vivo city. Recommend for pho or noodle lovers 👍🏻

I recently dined at Poulet in VivoCity and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The highlight of the meal for me was definitely the roast chicken - it was cooked to perfection with tender, juicy meat that just melted in my mouth, paired perfectly with the cranberry sauce and mustard. It was one of the best roast chickens I've ever tasted. The truffle fries were above average, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Pineapple Panna Cotta was smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness, but the pineapple flavour was a bit lacking. It was still a refreshing and delightful dessert. Overall, I highly recommend Poulet to anyone looking for a delicious meal with great ambiance. The service was also impeccable - the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.

Got the roast chicken (cos signature right), onion soup, truffle fries. Was so-so? Tried the cranberry sauce and mushroom sauce for the roast chicken, was okay. Whole chicken was divided into two halves so it's easy to share. The Spanish leaves that I thought were just for aesthetics actually tasted pretty good. Wide range of sides, got the aglio olio and sauted mushroom, also soso. Onion soup was ok, not as fragrant as expected. The Vivo outlet has large tables for large gatherings so that's good, but food wise emmm not that great.

We had a booking made on 31 July for 14 pax for a farewell lunch. The staff was unable to find my booking at first and only recalled when I reminded them about the email I sent several days ago. The food is good, but the place is not very well ventilated, and too warm to enjoy our lunch. The staff also took down the wrong orders for 2 of my colleagues, so they ended up eating something they didn't order.

Ate lunch with my aunt on a Friday. Had the three course set for two. Truffle fries, meatballs, half a roast chicken and the sea bass, both the desserts. Very filling. Fish a bit salty but the chicken was great. No free water. Order via QR code. Not a bad deal if you want a nice big lunch.

The taste is still very good. I recommend coming here for dinner after visiting Sentosa. We ordered half of the signature chicken with mushroom sauce. The chicken was very tender and very delicious when dipped in mushroom sauce. It is indeed a signature. The mushroom soup is great, with a strong mushroom aroma when served. Onion soup is okay, not my favorite. The garlic bread was very crisp, but I personally felt it was a bit toasted. The pasta I ordered felt average. Maybe the other dishes were particularly good, but the pasta didn't stand out. Tiramisu tastes great, but this package has improved it.

poulet is on the 1st floor of vivocity. (Diagonally opposite to shakeshack) There is a set meal, roast chicken for 28 per person. Add 2 sides. The roasted chicken was half a piece per hand. It was quite soft and tender, not overcooked, and the sauce was just right. But the pasta they serve is delicious, it has a rough texture and is very fragrant with oil! Not the over-permed kind. Then I ordered a fried basa fish, basa. The fish was very small but the potato chips were delicious and crispy. Dessert tiramisu is average, no alcohol flavor, only coffee liquid. But their homemade lemon tea makes me feel like I'm back in Hong Kong. It's sour, sweet and soothing! Super recommended! The meal costs 65sgd for two people. It’s a cheap western food. You can try it when you go to Sentosa~ The waiters were also very patient.
