Feels like a fast food restaurant. Service staff were helpful and friendly. Though the setup is like a restaurant; the feel when you enter or the experience fell short. Not a big deal as we were there for the food. If you want a better experience, you should try the outlet at Raffles City Basement. Roasted Chicken Leg with Lemon Cream Sauce | 8.5 out of 10. - Love the lemon cream sauce and the chicken leg was well prepared. The meat was still juicy and tender. Paired with the sauce it was good combination. Portion was a bit small though. Glazed Winglet with Honey Glazed Sauce | 7.5 out of 10. Did not really get the honey taste maybe because it was over powered by the frying process. Oil used for frying may need to be fresh and new. The winglet is kind of malnourished. Skinny and not much meat. Fried Fries | 9 out of 10. Tasted simply great.

We visited on a weekday early afternoon and it was relatively quiet which meant we could have our meals unrushed. The food made things even better as we enjoyed all our dishes. The chicken pot pie was creamy and cheesy while the carbonara was flavourful without the cloying sweetness that can sometimes overpower the dish. We also had the garlic butter clam toast. I'm not a fan of clams and was glad to pass on that but I enjoyed the garlic bread that it was served on. The lemongrass detox drink was refreshing and the French latte was delicious! Service was brisk.

I decided to visit this restaurant after reading many positive reviews, but my experience didn’t quite match the hype. I’m not sure why so many people love this place. Personally, I found the food to be very average for French cuisine. That said, you can try it out for yourself if you’re curious. The prices are on the higher side, so I’m not sure if it’s really worth it. Here’s the menu—I’ll share it below for everyone to take a look. Thanks!

I always enjoy my meal at Poulet. Especially the Signature Chicken and Tiramisu. Sadly, the tiramisu is smaller compared to before. Nevertheless, it will not stop me from coming back again. The staff Joseph is a very friendly and hardworking guy. Keep it up, Joseph!

The signature chicken dishes were really good. Meat was tender and juicy. The pasta aglio oglio was average but the risotto mushroom was super creamy if you like it like that (which I do!) We tried also the seafood stew which was more like a creamy tomato base soup, which was light, sweet & flavourful. We expected thicker & more indepth stew-like gravy but overall we enjoyed it. Special mention for the crispy yet juicy brussel sprouts, that was super yum. And the truffle fries was good too.

We had a pleasant experience dining at Poulet White Sands and was my parent’s first time having Poulet. We ordered the 2 pax set meal along with a salmon pot pie to share. We will be back again in the near future.

She was attentive without being overbearing, and always had a warm smile that made us feel welcomed. Our food came out promptly, and she ensured everything was just right. They removed the oxtail risotto and oxtail pot pie 😭😭 (which were my ultimate favourites) But the seafood pink risotto is good as well! Right balance of tomato to cream. Everything was delicious :) We have visited before and the staff were friendly and kind as usual.

It was my first time visiting Poulet. It did not disappoint. The food was great. The servers Linda and Ara were attentive. They made us feel welcomed and served with a smile. Always checking on us if we're OK. My family was happy with the experience here.

Got the mix and match for a good value of $19 after gst! I got 6 honey winglets and 1 lemon sauce chicken leg with ice lemon tea. Really liked it, will visit again! The staff Linda was very nice too, had a pleasant small talk with her before leaving the place.

Food was good. In my opinion, the portion was just right. I only remember to take picture of my drink - kiwi cucumber fizz. It was nice and refreshing. The roasted chicken was done very nice and there were 4 sauces to choose from. Cranberry sauce was great. The staff attending to us were polite and helpful. It was a great dining experience… food and staff.

Definitely the best poulet outlet I’ve tried here in SG. The manager (person dressed in black) was really friendly and understanding. The restaurant atmosphere was also great, food arrived quite fast and of course it was good.

Best service waiter goes to Ara! He served us while working at the city hall outlet and was so friendly and welcoming! He gave new meaning to family restaurant. He can carry 3 heavy plates at one time and is very funny as well to everyone. Doesn't matter who you are. This made the meals at Poulet start at a positive note so I love the food! Don't stick to the set me u and share the mains because all the food tastes good so far. The pastas and chicken make great pairings. Salmon pie was to die for although it could use more spinach. We were shown to our table quickly and my children were given colouring mats and crayons as well as children’s utensils. Ara was attentive and made sure we were given top notch service! I recently dined at Aglio Olio and had a mixed experience. The Aglio Olio and mushroom soup left me wanting more in terms of flavor and depth, making them rather mediocre in my opinion. However, the meatballs were a delightful surprise - tender, flavorful, and a definite highlight of the meal. What truly set this dining experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. While there were some misses on the menu, the memorable meatballs and outstanding service make me inclined to give Aglio Olio another try in the future.

Not so crowded on Friday night, and food served fast. Nice, clean and bright ambience. Friendly service staff. Ordered 3 course and 4 course set meal for 2 pax. Come with main course selection, soup and dessert. (4 course inclusive of hot and cold drinks selection). Selecting pasta as our main course that served with fresh and chewy prawn. Onion soup so-so, but mushroom soup tasted good. Lastly, we love their dessert, very yummy and you wished for more. Overall, decent food with good service outlet.

Food was average. Got the 3 course for one person. Tried the clam crostini for the first time. Pretty decent. The roast chicken with diane sauce was pretty underwhelming. The whole dish looked and tasted very dull. The dessert, pineapple Panna cotta, was pretty decent. Not too sweet and palatable. The service of one of the staff was pretty bad, Zaia. He served my dessert without asking if I wanted served. He the proceeded to clear my roasted chicken dish without asking if it can be cleared (still had some meat in it which I wanted to eat). I told him there's still meat in there and I wanted to eat. Food was average for the price, total $35.97. Service from this staff was bad imo.

Our server, Fifi , is very bubbly and approachable, her hospitality really made the meal worthwhile. She asked me if I was fasting and passed me dates to break fast before the food arrived. (Attached picture) She made sure to check on us during our meal and ask if our food is okay. She did the same thing the last time I came here on 23rd March, so it really makes it a joy to eat here as I always look forward to seeing her. Please give her a raise :).

I always love eating at Poulet and this branch is no exception. Usually I get the half roast chicken with sides but today I got the $15 meal with roast chicken leg in lemon cream sauce, a soup and an iced lemon tea. I added Brussels sprouts because they are awesome. Service was fast and courteous. They are popular for food delivery too. Definitely recommend.

It was my 2nd time visiting Poulet but 1st time at the White Sand outlet. Very impressed with the server Fiara who was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The seafood risotto, roast chicken and french fries were all so good. Highly recommend this outlet.

One of the things that makes it stand out from the rest is that it is Halal, which is a great option for individuals who prefer to eat Halal food. The customer service is truly exceptional, and I must say that the branch located in White Sands is particularly impressive. Whenever we visit Poulet, we always order the roasted half chicken with two side dishes, and let me tell you, it is a game-changer! The chicken is cooked to perfection, and the portions are just right - not too much that it leaves you feeling stuffed, but enough to fill you up. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable, which is always a plus.

The French fries were also very delicious, but the pasta matched the flavor of the cream and shellfish, making it my top recommendation so far on this trip. The store opened slowly, just like in Japan. The iced tea is homemade, so if you don't like drinks that are too sweet, we recommend ordering it separately.
