We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at PS Cafe Raffles City. The three original drinks we ordered were both visually appealing and refreshing. The service was attentive and efficient. While the location within the mall is convenient, the prices are a bit steep. However, the overall experience, including the ambiance and quality of the drinks, justifies the cost.

Tried out PS cafe at raffles city mall Nice ambiance and good food Love the miso cod fish and also the barbecue pork rib. The pork rib very tasty and the is well cook. Highly recommended. Will try other menu next time.

Great atmosphere. Food is good, the crispy roast chicken is very tender. The single chocolate blackout cake is very recommended for those who love chocolate, it’s not very sweet, not overwhelming nor dull.

It is a fantastic spot to eat since it is well-lit by natural light, and making a reservation in advance can save you time. Overall, dining there is a terrific experience with superb food.

This review is somewhat limited as we only had desserts. The 2 we ordered was decadent, rich and delicious. Price for each dessert was about $14 -16 which may seem a tad on the high side. However each dessert can feed 2 comfortably - in that context the price seems ok. We were quite full from our dinner- so that was all we ordered- rather modest for 4 persons but we enjoyed good service with the service staff conscientiously bringing extra plates for us and cold water was supplied without charge (increasingly rare). Like all PS cafes- ambience was pleasant.

Slight wait due to many advanced bookings, no issue. Carbonara pasta was quite bland and not creamy enough. Calamari was soggy... Risotto dish used white rice instead, and also tasted exactly like white rice... Chocolate cake tastes only decent. Food was overall not worth the price. Service and ambience was otherwise good.

We were warmly greeted and seated by Adriano, who was attentive, helpful and very hospitable. He was kind enough to explain the history of the cafe and endeavoured to ensure our experience at the cafe was nothing short of first class. He checked if we had allergies. Water was regularly refilled and he checked in on our food experience. Seats were comfortable and food was timely. Adriano even offered to take a photo for us as we were a group of friends having a reunion. Dear Adriano's boss, please give him a raise!

I had been there a few years back but only writing a review now. The king prawn aglio olio was quite tasteless. While the prawns were really fresh and good, the pasta was a little disappointing. Service felt transactional and cold.

Excellent top notch service, ambience, food and drinks. Has been a few years since I last ate with you guys and your food quality clearly went up! Love the berry fizzy cooler - was refreshing. Ordered the French crispy chicken - yummy big chicken. Generous especially with many places that tend to give you a small serving, so you guys were impressionable. PS burger - beef done well, fresh, juicy and bursting with flavour. Also, delicious fresh fries served on the side. Wasn't the sad stringy ones. Service was great and patient. Even though I kept asking for cutlery. Also let us sit in a quiet corner with ready access to the nursing room as I have a young baby with me. Impressionable!

Went here for a fmaily gathering, try calling in if online reservation is full. Service was slow and unattentive due to understaffing, but food like always is good at PS Cafe. Tried their portobello mushroom starters today and wow so juicy. Overall will probably return at some point cos it's nice cafe food though a bit pricey. No baby chairs at this branch

Appreciate the great service & the kindness of Jason, one of the staff at Raffles City. My phone battery was down and he quickly lent me his power bank to charge without hesitation. Such kind and generous gesture is greatly appreciated. We always get the sticky date pudding, and it’s our favourite and worth the value. Will be back here next time!

“Didn’t fully live up to the hype” Food was good but not mind blowing great, the truffle fries in particular were quite a let down since the fries itself felt like the kind of stuff you can find at bars. The service wasn’t too great either, though we were placed in less visible spot, especially as the timing was not the peak hours and the place was quite empty. Would have been miles better if the waiters looked over from time to time since we were trying to get their attention. The redeeming quality is the ambience and decoration which is spot-on (like all their branches).

On the slightly pricier side but definitely value for money. Excellent service from the staff as well - very helpful and friendly as always. We were eyeing truffle fries from another table and telling each other how big the serving was and we wouldn't be able to finish, and the very helpful staff told her we can just order a half portion! Club sandwich was super awesome as well. The bread was nicely toasted yet still soft to the bite, the chicken well marinated and juicy, the bacon not too dry nor overpowering, egg blended well with the rest of the ingredients. Superb sandwich.

Nice ambiance and good natural lighting during the afternoon! Food is overall very pricey and mostly priced at $20-$38 per dish! We got 2 mains and a soup and our bill was at $86. Highly recommend the tiger beer fish and chips like the rest of the reviews as the fish was rlly fresh and soft and it was the most worth it dish there although being priced at $32.

PS Cafe has been around for a loooooong time. Ambience is always nice. Food is averagely delicious but nothing surprisingly good. 2 dishes, 1 side and 2 drinks came up to $100+. Came again in Feb 2024. Food is very consistent. No wonder this cafe has been around for yeeaaaarrrsssss

Food and service was good! We ordered the PS Burger and Pasta. Both were appetizing. Steak was cooked well and juicy, and the truffle fries were crispy. Service staff were polite, friendly and prompt.

If you want to dine here, try the sticky BBQ ribs (not pictured) and caesar salad. Went there for my birthday celebration, loved the vibe & place but sadly the waiters were quite unfriendly. Idk if they’re having a bad day but my friends & I are greatly disappointed by the services. Although the food is good, I don’t think we’ll go to this branch again. One of my friend had to express upset then the waiter tried to “joke” around a bit. Sad to say we weren’t impressed. When we first came we were seated near the entrance but we asked for seat more towards the inside. At first they say they’re full but when we told them we would wait a seat magically appeared :) The table service is really bad. (Ashley was kind & served food to our table politely though. And she helped take a picture for us.) I really wanted to put in 4 stars but can’t do that. I hope you can do better for future patrons.

Great service and nice ambience in this restaurant. Loved the concept of outdoors dining in the heart of the shopping mall, with sunlight ebbing in, coupled with the coolness of the aircon - obviously shiok lah. My laska with prawns and crab meat is great disappointment. Should not have ordered asian dishes as this is not their core expertise. However, their coffee and desserts are great, including the western dishes like grilled chicken and and meatless impossible burgers. Even on a weekday, reservation is required. So do chope your place before going. The servers were attentive and accommodating and we had a great time on Friday evening. Interesting menu such as Superfood salad - flavorful and refreshing; Pecorino Cauliflower gratin was really tasty, Spicy seafood basket was delightful. We also had the Spaghetti mee Goreng with the distinct flavour from kecap manis and slightly spicy, just like how the locals would do it. Overall a great experience at the Raffles city outlet and will definitely return again.

Food was okay The charcoal chicken had too much flour and very little meat Staff asked us to move our things for the food but there was no extra space to put our things until we asked for extra chair… Maybe can be a bit more proactive instead of like trying to ask us to give space, i mean… if there were any spaces we’d give them the space that they need. They could also see that there were actually no more space for our food but they didnt do anything and left us there to struggle But thanks and big shout out to Pauline for her services and putting a smile on our faces! Convinently located within Raffles City, the restaurant looks outstanding from the exterior. Food are decent and pretty costly, however the staff are very helpful and attentive to customer. Restaurant is cosy and ambience is great. There are a decent amount of vegetarian options as well for those looking for meatless option. Can be quite crowded and they accept reservation.

PS. Cafe is not my favourite and I have bad experience in another 2 locations. The food quality is dropping. I have lunch here because i was invited by my friend. The 4 stars are for the staffs. first and last time here. we had the truffle fries, fudge brownie and sticky date pudding. nothing spectacular tbh :/ i've had better truffle fries at much more reasonable prices. the ones here don't taste fresh and the fries are definitely frozen and not handcut :( idm frozen fries but these ones tasted like ntuc or the cheap brands, which rly suck.. the desserts were disappointing :') expected the brownie and pudding to be warm or at least heated up but it was cold. didn't bother asking for a change as it wld take even longer. buttt the desserts were nice, i wld go for the sticky date pudding as the brownie was extremely rich and too sweet. service was alright, no complaints :)

Food also came quickly which is an improvement. ...-- Old review from 2018 Much like other folks here, I concur that the service is terrible. The food is good just that thr service is something that needs to be rectified. 1. Wait time to get in, no issues as that's normal 2. The wait staff walk around trying to avoid eye contact at all times, as someone who worked in a restaurant 20 years ago, I can know when they do this 3. The serving staff doesn't sync up with the order taker, they don't know who ordered which meal or drink If they improve, I'll raise my rating after another visit.

Excellent place for brunch. Waiters and servers were extremely polite and friendly. Ambience was elegant and surroundings were spotless. Food was up to par, living up to the PS brand. Generous portions of each food made up for the higher price tags that came along with them. Everything was fresh, with ingredients of the highest quality being used. Personal favourite was their PS club sandwich, which is stuffed full with chicken and bacon, as well as a succulent fried egg and vegetables, leaving me wanting more. Highly recommend their dessert selection (cakes). The red velvet cake was delectable, with smooth cream cheese filling enveloped between blankets of fragrant layers of chocolate cake.

Quiet place at the top of Raffles City. At first, they did not want to let us in without a reservation but we promised to finish the food within 20 minutes haha. Portion is huge (well it has to be, for that price) and quite good. I would still prefer the branch at One Fullerton though.

Overrated. Food is good, but $27 for a mee goreng is a stretch. It I suspect most aren't.tbere for the food. Given the location, in the atrium of Raffles City, it's a nice location to meet for that special occasion. For me, I'll have my mee goreng at Adam Road, thank you very much.

We ❤️ Truffle Shoestring Fries and the SINFULLY GENEROUS amount of grated parmesan cheese! A stable when we eat at PS Cafe. Feeling peckish and we tried the Buttermilk Fried Chicken and we will be back for more! 😋 The ambience and decor at PS Cafe has never failed to impress 🤩 though nothing beats the one at Dempsey for obvious reasons... One thing we dislike is how irritable the gatekeeper at the entry is... But if we were in his shoes, we would be just as irritable... No thanks to the current safe distancing measures... Hang in there, fellow!

Indulgent laksa, but oh so good! Especially their gravy. They swapped blood clams for crab, hence, super umami — yet not overly lemak nor “jerlak”. With crispy tau pok, fresh prawn, quails egg and silver sprouts — what’s there not to like? Oh yes, the price! But their service and ambience make up for it. Now, don’t waste a single drop of that gravy… Oh yes, I need my toothpick after my meals, and PS Cafe does it right (see pic).

As expected — nice food, nice ambience. We got a blackout dark choc cake to share between two of us. The first two bites were amazing and after that it got a little gelat. The view and decor of the PS branch here is spacious and bright and there is greenery surrounding you on their walls. The ceiling is high pegged to the Raffles City ceiling atop the highest floor allowing natural light to shine down from above, illuminating the entire cafe floor space. Truffle fries are a must, desserts are on the sweet side. Coffee was above average.

Came for business lunch and ordered a SIMPLY SEARED BARRAMUNDI shrimp, coconut & lemongrass risotto. Wow .. I was blown away by the flavor and the crispy fish skin. The atmosphere is also nice and not too noisy for a proper business lunch conversation.

In Singapore, you can enjoy relatively good value for money and high quality food and service. There are staff who can speak Japanese, so you can have a worry-free stay. The interior of the store is stylish and full of natural light. Recommended store.
