Expect 45 mins to an hour's waiting time easily at lunch peak! Rice balls are fragrant and a hit with the kiddos! Steamed chicken is the better bet, flesh juicy, tender and soft. The roasted chicken is a tad dry and over done in my personal opinion. Inform staff ahead if u do not want ur chicken drenched in sweet soy sauce! Speaking of which, we are gonna try the soy sauce chicken next time!

Qi Lin Xuan Kitchen （麒麟轩小厨）Blk 442 Jurong West We were there to celebrate birthdays. There were 8 of us and we ordered the set menu for 8 to 10 persons. The eight dishes we had included omelette, prawn, curry fish head, chicken, pork, squid, vegetables and beancurd. It was a good meal for following reasons: - delicious - friendly and enthusiastic team of staff - value for money - comfortable dining environment The portion was huge and eash dish was nicely cooked and presented. We will dine at this ‘tze char’ stall frequently.

Was thinking this was gonna be an overrated advertisement but went on to try it after discovering the YouTube introduction 2 days back. Now, the savory rice alone was perfect. You can taste the essence of the stock in every grain. And the chicken, was exceptionally well prepared. Skin was roast to just before a crisp. The insides were juicy and the taste was flavorful. The Char Siew was great too. Not the tough meat. But soft and succulent. The roast pork wasn't my cup of tea though. I love full crisp on the skin to a golden roast. This place didn't offer that sadly.

Not sure why they only have 3.5 stars. The service was great and prompt. The staff greeted every customer happily and with high energy. Ordered 3 dishes, Spinach, San Bei Chicken and Volcano tofu. All three were great and I feel that the place is clean and neat as well! Would come back if I’m in the area!

I went to the chicken rice after seeing the interview in mothership. Not expecting too much as quite a lot of the "recommended" food places tend to disappoint me quite badly, but this is a nice change. the rice balls are steaming hot, fragrant with the smell of ginger and chicken. the roasted chicken I bought was soft and tasty. Totally worth the effort to wake up early and go to this store for a chicken rice breakfast.
