Reviews of Ramen Keisuke Tori King
Been years since we last visited! Pretty nostalgic place as they have been around for a number of years. Free flow eggs + beansprouts is a nice touch. Ramen was decent for the price point though the portion is slightly small.
Walked into a small cosy and totally authentic retro feel restaurant inside 100am, discovered awesome tasty chicken broth ramen at very worth it prices. The soup was deliciously flavourful and the chicken had a light roast which blends perfectly. The restaurant offers free flow of hard boiled eggs. Service from the staff was impeccable and highly enjoyable! Highly recommended and will revisit for sure :)
Service was very slow during lunch time.
The broth was rich and flavourful and the drumstick was tender, ramen was springy.
Ordered additional chicken meat balls but that’s nothing special.
It was a pretty hearty bowl of noodle soup. The clear broth was healthily seasoned ( requested , no chicken oil ) . The rich broth with black pepper was rich as the name suggest. The chicken was really tender and flavourful. The free eggs, well it's free so no complaints . The beansprouts and water was free too . There's a queue for everything in Singapore so avoid peak hours
We had the Tori Ramen with all toppings and the Dry Ramen. We absolutely enjoyed having them. No question about it. But I did notice that the size of the chicken leg is much smaller than before (and I have photos from my visit 1.5 years ago to prove. LOL), and the ramen portion is slightly smaller as well. Also, I was a little distracted by the constant loud conversations between the staff. The diners were quiet so all we heard were just non-stop talking among them. Overall, what impressed me is still the food. The food is - thumbs up!
Loved it! The soup was amazing! And the flavoured egg was perfect! The chicken fell off the bone and it was so easy to remove the meat with just chopsticks. They also have free flow of boiled eggs and beansprouts and other toppings like chilli powder, soy sauce and more. One of my very favourite ramen places
Just order the Tori King Ramen Special (all toppings) Rich Soup if you like to have each of everything. Soup is umami, thick and lightly creamy. But it will turn quite oily once left it for too long. You can have the choice how you wanted your ramen bowl to be. Soup base, toppings, noodle texture, saltiness, oil and other ingredients that you DO NOT want, for example spring onion, deep fried onion and black fungus. It’s a busy place and staff can be very busy too. But just approach them if you need any help. The noodle are silky and slurpy to eat with the soup, all the toppings are great, and the toppings definitely gonna help up a lot of protein intake. Eggs, chicken ball, breast meat and big chicken leg. Extra condiments of bean sprouts and eggs (free-flow + foc) which I think I wouldn’t find elsewhere, it’s a plus for this place. I suggest to get on to work on your noodle soup once they serve before it turns cold. This is not the kind of food whereby you may slowly eat while talking with your family or friends over a hour. It just taste nicer when it’s serving hot. In addition, they have limited dine-in space, please turnaround the table for other to eat as well.
really enjoy the dry ramen. its good but not the best.
Serves only chicken ramen!
Comes with free egg, spicy beansprouts and some sesame seeds to pound to fill your time.
Beansprouts are really great! If you’re done with the one on your table, don’t be shy to get a refill!
Seats fill up quick during lunch time, so either come early or come later. All guests have to be present in order to get a seat. Restaurant offers some free tea while you’re waiting in line.
Great ramen, large portion for a hearty meal, I think ordering the normal set for the next visit will do as the special set comes with a lot of toppings. Seaweed is a great combination. Kids under 10 eats for free with each paying adult. Forgot to grind the sesame during the first visit. Loves the complimentary crunchy beansprouts (taugeh) and eggs. On Friday noon it is already packed with customers and by 1230pm there is a long queue outside so please come early at 1130am.
Free flow of eggs and bean sprouts with nice chicken ramen. It’s one of a good ramen places we used yo visit when we have no ideas what to eat but hungry.
I prefer wasami aka green soup. Husband prefers clear soup one. The flavoured egg is great so we didnt eat the free glow of eggs, which can be taken with mayonnaise.
We prefer lighter soup. You can choose the hardness of the noodles as well😊
Keisuke generally not much to complain about! Food is cheap and good, service is so so, free flow eggs and bean sprouts to entertain yourself while you wait! They serve chicken ramen here, the pork one is an outlet in the next block.
Very tight place with a noisy environment. One of the waiter almost hit my head with a tray from behind.
The worst thing is the cashier asked us have we paid or not for the food after we went out from the restaurant. Yes ofc we pay aldy!!!???
Food is ok, free egg which i dont even try and free pickled bean sprouts which is good. Raman itself is abit salty for me even its ‘normal’
Amazing authentic Japanese ramen in town 😋😋😋 Both the rich and clear broth are fantastic. After we made the order during queuing, we realized that they offered the cooked eggs for free. I wouldn’t order salted/flavored eggs next time - but they have other great topping to choose from so no worries on lack of options.
📷 Tori King Ramen with Flavoured Egg ($17.60)
🥓 The soup is surprisingly flavourful, I wasn't expecting it since it is not a pork based soup. Regardless, it is my first try at chicken ramen so I'm not sure if chicken ramen is usually packed with strong flavour as well.
Appreciate that we can customize the saltiness, soup richness, noodle texture, etc.
🕙 Was not very crowded during dinner time, place was about 80 to 90% full.
🤑 The only bad thing about the store is that the price is not affordable. Close to $18 for a bowl of ramen... Nah.
🔥 Will not patronise again, my favourite ramen store taste better and it's cheaper too. Though it doesn't provide free flow hard boiled eggs and beansprouts like this restaurant chain does.
Ramen broth was addictive, and I enjoyed every bit of the rich soup. Noodle was springy and it complemented the broth well. The chicken though, could have been less dry. The complimentary bean sprout and hard boiled eggs were welcomed. Staff could have been more friendly. I thought that they were rather aloof (opinion after three visits to the place)
Soup is really good and whole chicken leg! nice :) love it and it’s not too expensive:)
Very good ramen! Tori King serves a large chicken drumstick along with your ramen (without any add onds). The soup is rich and the chicken meat is tender and tears off easily from the bone. The chicken itself lacks flavour but the soup broth helps to make up for it.
And you can customize the noodle, soup, oil, saltiness.
Free flow of eggs and bean sprouts!
This joint serves only chicken stock and chicken ramen. We didn’t think it could be better than tonkatsu but it was a clear rival! Pleasantly surprised. The spicy black broth was full bodied and delicious. The single piece of chicken breast “charsiu” was the best surprise - so tender and if there ever was a chicken breast konyaku this would be it. The dipping soba broth was packed with umami. I thought it was just bonito, sesame and konbu paste.
Soooooo Gooodddd Ramen, the soup so rich, all perfect soup, noodles, mushroom. They open 2 times in a day, 1st session last order 2.30pm (but please re-check to their website). And u will get egg and beansprouts for free as much as u want. Will come back for sure.
This place serve very nice chicken ramen at a very reasonable price. The location is also very strategic. On normal period, the place will be packed with patrons. There are order sheets outside the shop for you to place your order while you wait in queue. They served free eggs and spicy bean sprout. Depending on selection of topping, the ramen serving can be quite large. I usually go for full topping with additional $6. Just be prepared for a feast when you come. I do find the broth a tad salty at times but the broth definitely is rich and thick. Even after not eating here for awhile since circuit breaker start, they still maintain a consistent taste and quality. One of the most consistent ramen I tasted so far. Definitely recommended for those ramen lovers out there.
Craving for some ramen, headed to 100AM to try out the Chicken Ramen at Ramen Keisuke Tori King. Part of the Keisuke chain of Ramen Restaurant, this restaurant specialises in Chicken based Ramen.
After ordering one's meal, while waiting for it to be served, there is a bowl of hard boiled eggs on the table that is available for free for consumption. There is even a small bucket for one to dispose of the egg shells so one does not need to deal with a mess.
The Black Spicy Tori King Special consists of Chicken Chasyu, Seaweed, Roasted Chicken Meat Ball and Flavoured Onsen Egg in a Black Garlic Broth. The ramen and the ingredients were flavourful and enjoyable but the soup base was a little overpowering, even for people who like garlic. The ramen is a little more enjoyable with the add-on of Bamboo Shoots for an additional fee and a bottle of Yuzu Cola.
General Verdict: Interesting mix of meat and ramen in a flavourful broth. Avoid the black garlic based broth as it can be overpowering

Great healthy ramen and with vegan and vegetarian options.
The soup broth was the richest and thickest chicken soup I've had. It's almost creamy in texture, more like gravy than soup. Added a wee bit of bonito powder enhance the umami taste (bonito powder can be very overpowering in taste, careful not to add too much, a pinch is more than enough!) Chicken thigh meat is very soft and detached from bone easily. Not the juicy kind of texture for chicken thigh. +$2.00 for ramen egg. Though free flow of hard boil egg is already available, bean sprouts as well.
I think a side of corn will complement the ramen v well!
Chicken ramen. So tasty and filling. My favorite ramen in Singapore by far. Update 24 months later, still love it, consistent, tasty, lovely Ramen. Still my favorite in Singapore. Update 12 months on. Quality of the chicken and Ramen has suffered terrible. Chicken very tough like reheated from the day before. no longer my favorite place to eat Ramen.
Keisuke, the most famous ramen chain in Singapore, with absolutely different genre of meat and flavour. With queues forming at every mealtime, head on during just one hour before that to get a seat.
Had this chicken broth ramen, that was really good on the taste. The chicken was well flavoured , with tender soft meat that tears easily and melt in the mouth. The maze soba was also done well, with very strong distinct taste, that strike a chord with your taste bud. However, it's a little on the oily side due to it's chilly. Overall is good with fast serving and seat! Love it! ❤️
This place has the best side dishes! The free flow eggs and beansprouts are delicious. Ramen soup is fragrant and the chicken is smooth and silky. Definitely worth a visit!
I agree with the other posts as a long time customer as well. Service standard needs to improve. Hire 1 more staff please. Ramen is still OK, but for the money, it can improve. Happy they are still there, but needs some new positive energy/management.
The tori ramen is nice! Rich broth with juicy succulent chicken that falls off the bone easily. They have free flow ice green tea too.
Japanese Ramen chain, with this one specialising in more varied Ramen using chicken stock base. Some variety includes serving most dishes with a huge roasted drumstick, Tsukemen, a wasabi-flavoured ramen, a champon (mixed) style ramen, etc. the restaurant is done up is a pseudo-Showa-era style which lends a certain charm.
Overall the chicken stock is well done and very rich, considering that it’s chicken instead of pork bone. The chicken drumstick is also easy to consume because the meat falls off the bone., and is served in a bowl that’s big enough to hold it.
My only stickler is that the variety dilutes some of the specialisation. E.g. the Tsukemen could have been it’s own thing, except that it’s limited to the toppings shared with the other offerings. Likewise, I thought the wasabi ramen could have benefitted from some fried items as toppings. Otherwise, still a good place to visit to find good quality ramen at reasonable prices.
Try the Green / Wasabi ramen, which has the familiar tang of wasabi but not so strong as to detract from the collagen richness of the soup.
Had the light soup version. The chicken tender as usual. Like the free flow of eggs.
Had the dipping ramen and it was very delicious. The meat is so tender that our falls off from the bone. The chicken meatballs are also worth mentioning. Recommend this place and is definitely much better than any ramen joint in London.
There was quite a queue during dinner time. The meat falls off the bone. Featuring signature free eggs and beansprouts throughout their chains. However, I still prefer pork-broth ramen to chicken-broth. I hope there's a potential for pork broth with chicken meat for ramen.
One of my fave ramens here in Singapore. The chicken & the broth are so good! Plus you get to eat unlimited hardboiled eggs & bean sprouts.
Extremely delicious chicken ramen. Some of the best I’ve found outside of Japan. Such a simple dish but so delicious! Would definitely come back here again.
Definitely one of the best ramen I have ever had. This place is one of the few places that offer ramen with chicken meat. The soup was so rich and compliments the mean very well. The chicken leg and chicken chashu were really and tasty. Long queue on a Friday night but worth the wait!
Big value for money ramen from the Keisuke brand that never fails to disappoint. This outlet is for experiencing chicken based broth ramen, as opposed to the more commonly used pork.
Pro tip: get the Tsukemen, a cold dipped ramen dish that provides a very hot, concentrated and flavourful broth. It’s my favourite way of eating ramen in hot weather
Mediocre place. Tried the regular rich broth and spicy black rich broth.
Both lacked complexity in flavor. The chicken leg was good but nothing else.
I love the rich broth and flavor. But have to be mindful of the large portions
Very tasty and nice service.
I ordered the Chicken Soba. It was very very delicious. The service was very good especially the lady - Paul (if I’m not wrong).
I do recommend you guys to try this!
The eggs with Mayo is good with the kids and they love it! I added the seaweed and it added a great flavor to the broth. Service was excellent and we just found that kids eat for free!
Chicken breast is tender, soup normal is salty recommended to take less strong soup, the soup base seems not tonkusu, and the chashu not nice. The bamboo stick is chewy, and there are free boiled eggs and beansprout for dining in. One more thing, no hot green tea here.
Love the Chicken Ramen!!! First time I knew there's a Tori King outlet in SG. I always go for Lobster Ramen. Pretty tasty!!!
come try their dipping ramen and ypu will not be disappointed. drumstick could be warm or grilled for better taste else it's still good
Great taste. Really love the freebies like bean sprout + mayo and eggs. Portion is a little too big for me. I love the sakura cola also!
Have complimentary hard boiled eggs for everyone! Good clear soup, but a bit salty.
Nice Ambience. Authentic Ramen. With free egg 🥚 and bean sprout for dine in only. 👍
Fantastic service and food. Always my first stop after lockdowns are lifted. Manager Irene is a queen.
I like the chicken tsukemen here. They give you an entire chicken thigh. Also similar to other Keisuke outlets, you get free flow eggs and bean sprouts along with some condiments like mayo, chilli oil, soy sauce and Japanese 7 spice (shichimi togarashi).
Absolutely love the place and I've been back many times. The chicken just falls off the bone and is very tender, and goes well with the soup which is thick and we'll flavoured. Have never needed to use any of the many seasonings which are provided! The tantan mian is even richer, so do try that if you would like an intense taste. The free flow beansprouts and eggs are also a massive plus for guys who get hungry
This was the first ramen place I tried in Singapore and is still my favourite. I'm biased because I do love a bit of chicken but even so the flavour of the soup is a bit more intense than others' (although can be too salty for some).
It gets very busy at lunchtime on weekdays. The staff are generally very efficient and do their best but if you are there with a larger group it's advisable to get there early or the wait could be long.
Came with high expectations, was disappointed because the broth was very heavy with MSG. Left with a headache and a parched throat.
Very thick chicken broth base which tastes different to others. Very cute that you get to help yourself to eggs and bean sprouts with no extra charge. Overall good if you want a ramen with minimum queues!
Had to queue for about 10min as it was real busy, but it was totally worth it. Absolutely delicious Ramen. Fair price, good service; they always scream something in Japanese when somebody enters or leaves the restaurant. That part was a bit annoying after a while. But definitely coming back. The food was that good.
3 of us spent a total of $49 for dinner. Rainy day so no queue. This is our first visit and definitely not the last. Serving portion is generous, noodle is al dente, soup is rich in flavour but not overly salty. Totally satisfied.
Free flow hard boiled egg and beansprouts! The tsukemen i had was pretty decent too.
So yummy!! Big tender chicken drumstick. Tasty soup!
Service is good. I ordered the wrong ramen soup base for my helper and Li min, the waitress, was lovely to accommodate the change for me. I always like going back to this joint with my kids. A very friendly kids-dining place.
Nice place for ramen. Solo eater welcome
The best ramen ever!!!
My digestive system can't digest well chicken nor eggs...and I still come to this place to eat my favourite ramen and then suffer the consequences later, but totally worth it. That should mean something ;)
One of my to go ramen place. Consistent and tasty every time. Every bowl comes with a chicken drumstick. Free hard-boiled egg and beansprouts.
add 1 star for waitress daring to immerse her thumb in my hot soup
Pauline has a very good customer svc... However, today chashu is bad. They use chicken marinated with huatiao wine instead of using pork shoulder butt. Disappointed.
One of the best Ramen in Singapore. Best among the whole Ramen is the soup, rich in taste. The whole chicken leg is big, i will be back ...
Great ramen, I really like all Keisuke ramen restaurants. I really recommend the Tsukemen.
Only problem: I ran into a staff in the toilet and the guy didn't wash his hands on the way out. Quite concerning.
Delicious chicken ramen served in a casual eatery.
Service staff are quick and friendly.
Interesting selection of Japanese cola
Great ramen and as usual, the free flow of eggs and condiments don't disappoint!
I have eaten a lot a lot of ramen in sg, this is so far the best.
A heavy rain in the afternoon, hiding in 100 AM
Tanjong Pagar
Have a popular lunch with white-collar workers.
-King Tori Ramen Special
-Grilled chicken legs, chicken barbecued pork, and chicken meatballs are soft and delicious.
-Hot spring egg
The runny egg yolk is moist and rich,
The egg white has a strong braised flavor.
--King Tori Ramen (clear soup)
Personally, I prefer clear soup.
It's delicious and refreshing.
The thick soup tastes the same as Jinbao.
I chose the texture of the ramen that I like.
The kind that is cooked until soft.
I really don't like hard-cooked ramen.
A big chicken drumstick with five spice powder is very satisfying.
This restaurant also offers free unlimited hard-boiled eggs and bean sprouts.
Visited for lunch. I ordered clear chicken ramen.
A large bone-in thigh is on top.
The price is cheap. The taste is light and you can eat it till the end.
A ramen restaurant with chicken legs. If you order the signature ramen with less salt and less oil, it's very delicious.
A new King series from the successful Mr. Keisuk. There are Pork King, Gyoza King, and Yakiniku King nearby, and finally Tori King has appeared. The production that captured the hearts of Singaporeans is truly amazing.
