Reviews of Sam's Grill
B. S. F.Haven't stepped into Temasek Polytechnic since British Council moved out of it more than 20 years ago. We finally revisited TP for lunch at the Designer Pad last week. We had soup, mixed grills and spaghetti at Sam's Grill. The mushrooms soup was creamy with mushrooms umami. The chicken was tender and juicy. The fish was cripy outside and flavourful inside. We ended our meal with green curry spaghetti, a fusion dish by Chef Sam. Spaghetti was yummy with the Thai flavour twist. I had only tasted green curry chicken before this. Thank you very much Chef Sam and wife Chris for the delicious lunch.
