Shabu-shabu (Japanese: しゃぶしゃぶ, romanized: shabushabu) is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. Shabu-shabu is generally more savory and less sweet than sukiyaki, another hot pot dish. Shabu Go I love the concept of individual dual soup hotpot especially ideal when we can taste out different base flavour. However, it was their soup bases options especially Tomato soup and also the freshness and portion of the ingredients that I found this outlet in NEX Shopping Mall. Beside that, I love this outlet especially the services given and comfortable dining experience environment. My friends also satisfied and will definitely looking forward to be back again!

Highly recommend their pepper tonkutsu soup & sukiyaki soup! Pepper Tonkutsu was so peppery and have strong pork flavour. Sukiyaki is sweet which goes well with the strong pepper tonkutsu soup. High quality meat but small portion.

I like their spicy soup and their house made chilli oil. For meat, choose their beef ribeye and collar pork over the shortplate and belly. They have kuzukiri and kuanfen tho the kuanfen is always oos in the evening:").

came here for an impromptu lunch with my friends! shared the set meal and 1 of them and it was quite filling!! the meat was fresh and quite yummy too :) highly recommend the sukiyaki soup base!! the dips were really good too hehe overall a pleasant visit and would come back again!

Super value for money and the membership perks are fantastic. For about half the price compared to “atas” hotpot (shall not name names) you get very comparable food. I love their tomato soup base.

Sharkfin Melon Soup: tasted great and comfy Ingredients: Nothing exceptionally stand out but tasted fresh & presentation's nice Service: Waitress/Manager I've met were all really nice. I've asked the same waitress 3 times for soup refill & she always assist patiently despite a busy dining time. Overall: Will definetely come again! Advise: I ordered set meals w my fren & ordered some ala carte ingredients. Set meal (worth) I came on 17th Feb 23 Fri arnd 8+pm.

The Shabu Shabu taste is okay. Not great but also not bad. Definitely cheaper than HDL or even shilifang. Service is superb. An auntie helped us so much with the soup - maybe because I was with little kids. It's definitely quite enjoyable

Food is not bad, but service needs to be improved. Ordered a white grape shochu, but they served a red grape one which we informed the male manager about and he did not offer to make any changes at all, and walked away after we told him. He only came back at the end of the meal to ask if we were okay with the shochu, but that was when we had finished drinking and when we were done with our meal. The junior staff are also not well briefed of the membership redemption scheme. When we asked a female staff about how to redeem the free item, she just insisted that we order the item and they will not charge it. But when the bill was prepared, we had to pay for the item and the manager insisted that we had to tell him before ordering the item. Even though it was waived eventually, but it was after I told the manager what the junior staff said. Another tiny comment is that no greeting was made at all (e.g. Welcome, Thank you) when we entered or left the store, which I feel is quite inappropriate. Perhaps y'all should learn from other hotpot restaurants on their service. :)
