Taste really good. This was my 2nd time here and will always coming back! I ordered through the self-order station so I allowed to skip the line. Took only a few minutes to finish my order, and only wait for around 5 mins to get my burger in hands.

We loved it here! The Shroom burger 🍔 is a must try if you like mushrooms. Food came out fast and hot at a very reasonable price! The staff were all friendly and hardworking! The decor was really nice inside and much better than your average Shake Shack. If you like Shakes then you’re in the right place, it’s there specially. Definitely well worth the visit and I will definitely visit again next time at The Gardens by the Bay. :)

Honestly, the service is amazing but food tends to disappoint slightly. The burgers are really good and juicy. The meat was cooked perfectly. But the fries aren't as crunchy as one would expect. They are pretty soggy when brought to the table. Personally, I would prefer some crunchiness. I guess you could try the burgers here but the sides didn't impress much. Overall, the food seems costlier and doesn't do justice. If they work on the sides, I will come back

Somewhat surprisingly, you can eat pretty good burgers and hot dogs here. The bread is particularly juicy and tasty. It's a chain, but it's decent. It's also open in the evening after the light show.

Great day at shake shack! The fries is crispy and taste so good even without any sauce, but the mustard sauce tasted so good too! I enjoyed the shroom burger! They “fried” the mushroom and everything is just so good. I love their lemonade too, it’s so refreshing when it’s such a hot weather!

I can’t say the atmosphere was great because it was just terribly crowded, and even had to wait for seats like hawker, but it’s not their fault because it’s a tourist spot. there was a small issue but the management staff Nicholas was really professional about it. I’m impressed and recommend shake shack as a good dining place :) food is 100% yummy, just a bit expensive for fast food.

Ordered a classic, with a dragon fruit & pomegranate juice. And I also got a free frozen custard (FOG birthday month). Burger came very neat. And tasted good, but nothing extraordinary. Juice was nice. Pricy. But nice. Very busy place.

I had a good experience when I went twice last year, but it was not as good when I returned this time. The place was a bit dirty with receipts on the floor. The burger and fries were good but nothing special. I always take the shroom burger and I think a bit more sauce would have made it more tasty. I tried the truffle fries. They were good but the dry parmesan didn't convince me. There was no more hot sauce. I wish they had free water too like other locations.

It was crowded during weekend, but the self check out counter was very convenient the food served was slow maybe due to big crowds, we waited around 35 minutes for our food to be ready! Beef burger is tastier than chicken burger for personal preference! Smoke shack burger is recommended! Very delicious!

I love my strawberry classic shakes so much. The burgers and fries taste i thought was quite normal (nothing special). But the shake is the best shake i've ever drink. Price on the menus include the goods service tax 9%. Resto condition when i was there was quite crowd. It was hard to find a seat. I had to make takeaway orders. There was a lot of seat provided but it was just too crowd. All staff are friendly and helpful

I visited this place to try their frozen custard and ordered their Tropic like it's hot at 8.10 SGD. It tasted super yummy. It is a vanilla frozen custard blended with mango, passion fruit and topped with mango chunks.

So great! Just between Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. If you are tired from walking and exploring all the beautiful flora in Garden by the bay.. Can stop here for a quick bite. The place got all absolutely guaranteed crowd pleaser quick and easy snack options ( dogs/burgers/fries/lemonades.. etcs) I ordered chicken bites with honey mayo, crinkle cut fries with lemonade to recharge after all the exploring in cloud forest before heading to Flower dome. Self-serve kiosk option is there, when buzzer rings.. pick up. If you don’t understand the process, just ask them.. The staff are so cordially helpful. Experience: 8/10

Stack burger is good as usual. Patty is crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Garlic fries is not too bad. The garlic burger is really good! The beef patty taste so beefy and good! Two thumbs up! When we arrived, we were told that the garlic burger is not available so they were still waiting for certain ingredients to arrive. Bought shack burger instead. However after a while, the staff came over and said that the ingredients arrived and will replace our shack burger with it for free! Really great service from the staff here! Two thumbs up!

Good taste, but overpriced. Burger size is small and not filling unless you buy cheese fries and a shake too which will shoot your bill to around 25$. There is no concept of a meal so you have to ala carte each item. Can try once but I'd rather spend that kind of money on fine dining than a burger shop.

Weird that diners were more keen to use the kiosk than ordering counter . New trend, maybe no pressure ordering there. Quite pricey and my relatives said they needed 2 burgers 🍔 /pax to fill their stomach ! Always see a huge crowd at the place so never visited. Finally decided to go for an early lunch and realized there’s actually quite a lot of seating outside which is perfect on a cool Singapore raining day. Hard to say no to shake shack burger now that I know there’s more seating.

Our first time trying Shake Shack in SG. Definitely one of the best burger we had here! The meat is really fresh, not too fatty or dry. The sauce is perfect with little bits of tangy, spicy jalapeños. The bun has a brioche texture and is not too sweet or dry. The crinkle cut fries are okay. They offer different desserts and beers in their different outlets which is cool and unique but we we're madly disappointed when we couldn't find the peanut butter malted milkshake :( Now the place is beautiful but it's so crowded and it's not clean. Our table and seats were greasy with stains and crumbs of food. Please keep the dining area clean!

Visited this Shack outlet for the first time! Very nice ambience and decor. While the food they sell here is mostly the same as those in other outlets, they started with the seasonal garlic burger, garlic fries and also the mango passion fruit custard here. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and family if you are visiting the Gardens, it’s like right opposite the entrance.

Love the concept of having plants inside, especially in Gardens by the Bay. The male greeter was pleasant and also earnest in ensuring all customers adhere to the Covid restrictions, which was good. Foodwise, the burgers were excellent though drinks were expensive. Service was slow though, and it took about 20 minutes before our food was ready. Ordering was a breeze, using the contactless kiosk with the buzzer system.

Ordered 2 burgers(shackburger and smokeshack) w/ the 50/50 drink (pricey personally speaking). Both burger was greasy and taste was also pretty bland. But apart from that, burger patty quality and service was quite good, as for the 50/50 drink, it was quite sour to be honest. Doesn't really live up to the fame imo.

This is very much a fast food chain. Typical American burger place like McDonald's but more expensive. They serve wine, which is nice, but priced at $12, it could have been a large glass. Instead, I get barely a few sips (see pic - I took it before I touch any of the food or drink). It's self-service and the "atmosphere" is canteen vibe. Overall the price I paid was worthy of a large dinner, not the snack that it was. I'm not impressed.

Finally tried this fast food chain. After keep reading about the long que at Changi Airport. I came on a Children Holiday. So it was quite packed. The que was long. Because they have only 2 self service counter. But only 1 staff outside. She has to check safe entry.. then guild people to self service counter..... Then also move around.... I find the counters...Not enough, especially when on a holiday. You have many elders, some do struggle with all these..... Unlike MC Donald's.. at least they have a man counter.... This fast food.... No. And they have no body to help those who struggle to order... So don't ask your grand father or elders.. to go do the ordering. Food came quite fast. I find the food just ok.. nuggets are quite hard... Considering they using chicken piece Hotdog and soda. Also just so so. Didn't try the burger as it was for Mrs. But just the soda.. hotdog and nuggets... I think. The food is just so so. Maybe they are just only famous for their burgers..... Next time try then adjust rating if I come back and try.

Love how the foliage within this Shake Shack makes it part of the Gardens by the Bay experience. There's some alfresco seats too and the outlet exclusives are a must try— the garlic mayo on fries and roasted garlic mushroom burger.

Tried the Chicken Shack Burger, Cheese fries and Vanilla Shake. Burger was pretty good with the chicken being crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Shake was pretty good and indulgent too. Cheese fries were meh as the cheese caused the fries to be soggy and the sauce itself was only ok.

Very clean and very nice. However, do avoid peak hours as the queue may be very long. During peak hours, seats might also not be available. Do find seat before ordering as seats may be hard to find. Nice place for tourist as it is at gardens by the bay attraction.

Original visit Review: I've had Shake Shack a couple of times at Suntec and the food was great. For the branch at Gardens by the Bay, the double beef patty cheese burger was way too salty. Nonetheless, the rest are still great.

Tried their new garlic mushroom burger, and garlic fries; the burger definitely is a better quality mushroom burger than Burger king’s mushroom burger. As for the garlic fries, I personally feel their fries with jalapeno pepper was the best. Hope they bring that back on the menu.

Easy to navigate via Garden by the Bays but a bit crowded if you come during weekends or after work hours which is prime time. The staff is very nice and helpful. Gave 4 stars because the waiting staff were pleasant and polite. Otherwise the food was disappointing. Maybe I came with too high an expectation. The food variety was limited, especially for non-beef eaters. The cheese fries was actually french fries with a saucer of "cheese" dip which is anything but cheesy. The pandan milk shake was VERY sweet, so much so that 4 of us could not finish 1 cup of it.

Somewhat liked. the vanilla shake with added malt lived up to the places name, that for me was the highlight. Don't bother with their cheese sauce on fries, very weak and isn't like a stronger liquid cheddar cheese. Definitely would just have the crinkle fries by themselves next time with the free ketchup sauce packs. Cheese burger with bacon was decent, but the extremely mild fake chilli/spice kick (red ingredients) or whatever they had happening inside that burger were pretty filler and served no real purpose while munching through it. Feels like your paying restaurant prices here for a sub-par fast food American experience.

We had one of our best experience at this outlet of Shake Shack. We visited the place around 9:15pm on 17th Sept 2023. Food quality was excellent. The staff gave us our Best Customer Experience ever in the one month that we have been here in Singapore. The staff took the time to explain the Vegetarian options for us in the menu, accommodated our request for a minor customisation and with a smile on their face all through. They were just about to close but still allowed us to order one more burger for my child. No Rude Behaviour at all, not even a smirk. Kudos to the entire team at Shake Shack - Gardens by the Bay outlet. Will be recommending Shake Shack to my all my friends & visitors to Singapore and especially this outlet. A Big Thank You to All of you from our family. God Bless all of You.

It's a famous self service Food Shop in the vicinity of Gardens by the Bay of Singapore. The quality of food served by Shake shack is highly nutritious and healthy. We have taken burger snacks, fruit juice...but the entire service is done by the customer itself.

This is where I had the burger I loved the most. Being a south Indian, I am all for flavours and heat and I asked for the hottest chicken burger and it was literally love at first bite. Also tried their mushroom burger at a different location and that instantly became mu favourite veg burger (I hate veg burgers otherwise). To top it all, their shakes and custards were ultimate. Don’t miss it!

Typical burger and fast food restaurant at Gardens by The Bay. Indoor and outdoor seating. They have self ordering koisks as well as cash only counters (where ordering / paying is faster). Food is delicious and portions are moderate. Ideally, if one wants a relaxed meal, go there when the sound n light shows are not there...or not ending in the evening (because of crowds rushing in for dinner).

We don’t have a Shake-Shack in Vancouver, CA so this review might be a bit biased. The food was fresh, and doesn’t leave you with that gross feeling after eating it like McDonald’s does. Definitely leaning on the expensive side of fast food, 2 burgers, 1 shake, 1 fry will run you about $35-40SGD. Worth it though if you haven’t had it before (skip the Pandan shake)

I understand that this establishment is located in a very tourist area, but the price is too high for such quality. There are self-service cash registers, which is convenient. Prices for small and not the most tasty burgers are more than $10, the price for a small beer is $11. There are a lot of people and it is very difficult to find a free table. If you are very hungry, then take a standard cheeseburger. This is the most delicious thing there.
