My first time to this outlet and it was good. The staffs are very friendly, one of them explained how value set meals and ala carte items work, which are chargeable and what not. Since I was with a child I was able to order a $9.90 Value Meal for 2 of us and add-on at least 1 ala carte item off the menu as we definitely couldn't finish a 2 pax set. Overall good service, asked me whether I used the wet tissues / how many dipping sauce taken when paying for my bills. Got a free mug too. Will definitely pay them a visit again.

Dinner was exceptionally satisfying especially due to the friendly service, fresh ingredients (esp love the fresh vegetables) and affordability. Of course you cannot expect HDL/BITP grade of meat or "atasness" but for a lower price you taste a generous portion, meats are all done very tender and broths are all good (except I would believe they have msg in them as I felt quite thirsty after). You get free flow drinks (good variety available even with various tea bags and usual sweetened drinks) and icecream with a $1++ top up. There are all kinds of combination of set meals to choose from! I especially liked their marinated beef and smashed prawn. They are running a 50% promo for spicy pork chop which marinate is not bad buttt too strong pork taste. Wouldn't recommend the egg noodles (wanton noodles) as it will affect taste of your broth a lot. Also, my family lovesss the fried beans you can get from the condiment station (like kacang puteh).

Went to many different outlets, finally found one of the best outlets @ Sembawang Shopping Centre. The staff are all very friendly including their managers in blazer. Employee No.83 she is very friendly and helpful to us, she helped us with our handmade noodle as well. Bubbly employee 👍🏼 Ordered 2 pax meal, can choose up to 4 soup base. First time trying their pork & chicken set, however we prefer pork to chicken hence we have slice pork belly, black pork and five flower pork. For this set, it comes with two vegetable platter (of your own choice), two rice/noodle/maggie. And I would recommend the mushroom soup, it's the best soup to drink after you're too sian of drinking other soup base like tomato 😋😋😋 Total cost: $50.05

First time here as they always advertise giving out flyers. Looks cheap for the set meals which includes the drinks too. However, they do charge extra for the chilli/sauces, wet tissues, service charge and GST. In the end, it's not as cheap as I thought. 😂

The soup 🍲 base is very tasty, and the meat is good quality and grade. Add your favorite vegetables and mushrooms, let it cook a bit, and enjoy. Prices are competitive, and the family like coming here.

My mother and I had dinner at Sembawang Shopping Centre branch. The service staff was friendly and efficient, unlike what some reviewers said earlier. Foods were served very quickly and soup refilled without reminder. The only thing I don’t like is the oder form that can be quite confusing for first timers. Set meal is really value for money!

Not sure about the manager but the service staffs were excellent! Especially one of the waitress. An aunty with short red hair!! Think her nametag was number 83 or something. She went the extra mile to chase the kitchen for us when our food haven't arrived and kept apologizing even when it wasn't her fault at all. Very attentive to our table as well. She made the experience so much better. Thank you Aunty!! 😁
