Really value for money for the tasty hot pot food! I was most impressed with the service here, every single staff was so friendly and helpful. The female manager went out of her way for us which was super nice. We redeemed just enough for a soft toy to give my kid. The sauces were great too, along with the drinks. Thanks so much! 🙏🏻

Good if you're a smaller eater or just looking for a hot pot "snack". It's cheap for the single person set meals and they always have promos, but the cost quickly adds up once you start adding things here and there. Taste is OK and soup base is not bad. Drinks were not watered down. However avoid the ice cream :)

Honestly feel that it’s a very fast food style and quick serve hotpot restaurant with very mediocre quality of dishes. Service here is also subpar and not as I would have expected - staff was not really helpful in terms of explaining the menu, discounted items, and special offers. It’s not a very cosy environment too; pretty warm and they relied alot on wall fans to make the ventilation work. Service was fast and efficient, dishes were served fast. Most were fresh and well marinated but the prawns came slightly with a weird after taste for our table at least. The soup was disappointing, plenty of MSG and very salty. The $1 free flow drinks is also practically sugared drinks anyway. All in all an okay place to satisfy your hotpot cravings if you are in the mall but definitely much better options out there along farrer park and boon keng at least. Prices are also not that cheap anyways. Free gifts after the meal is not appealing.

Came here on Friday for lunch cos we want to enjoy hotpot for TGIF. We had the value set - I ordered the chicken and pork set. For the soup base, we had mala soup, chicken soup, and tomato soup. The non-spicy soups are my favourite. We use the chicken soup for cooking instant noodles and tomato soup for the handmade noodles. For mala, we use it to shabu-shabu our meats. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. I arrived early and they even offer me a drink while I wait for my friends. Remember to get the $1 deal with dipping sauce, free flow drinks, and ice-cream. I love coming to SLF cos it's really comfort food.

Very affordable Chinese Hotpot if you order the set menus. They're not a buffet restaurant, but they have a lot of varieties in what they offer and the choices are worth it. Food quality wise may not be as fresh as the higher end hotpot restaurants, but it's adequate and not bad. You get what you pay for. Soup wise it's also okay. There is also free flow drinks option available. Like its other outlets, Shi Li Fang stands out as a very over the top hotpot restaurant. Bright colours, soft toys everywhere and interesting decorations. Quite an experience. While cannot compare to the likes of Hai Di Lao, Shi Li Fang is the more affordable option with good quality. Definitely worth your money and enough to fulfill any hotpot cravings.

Affordable steamboat chain outlet. Nothing fanciful. Simply no frills steamboat at very competitive prices. Set meals starting from 9.90 only! We ordered the pork belly set and an additional half portion of beef. The soup bases are delicious! There is additional charge for unlimited portion of sauces.

We had tomato, pork bone and mushroom soup base, all good and didnt make us thirsty. Food portions were good. And as important: Place was clean, service was great ! Service staff esp the lady manager (08?) were all hardworking and very helpful. Just wish they smile more and be less tense. Had a very pleasant and wholesome meal, thanks !

Reasonable price for hot pot. The staff got a bit frazzled because of the dinner crowd. Very helpful staff and generally good service. Liked the sauce counter. Very thoughtful little things like apron for kids, glass cleaners for spectacles etc.

Had the set for one person. Costs just $14.80. Thought it was delicious. Together with the sauces, it was very satisfying and substantial. Was ready to burst after the meal. Can’t understand what previous reviewers were griping about. Perhaps they expect this to be dirt cheap cos the deco is rather cheesy. I’m glad I didn’t read the previous reviews prior to coming here. Otherwise I might’ve decided to give it a miss altogether!

I come here often and the worker there recognises me. All of the staffs there are very friendly and approachable. They are willing to help whenever needed . Service is very fast too. Food comes about 5 mins after ordering. Food is very worth it and cheap. Portion is also quite a lot especially when I order the 8.90 deal which is very worthwhile.

Shi Li Fang is always my fav go to place for hotpot. City Square Mall in the afternoon is the best for lunch. The crowd is good, the have amazing lunch promo and the service crew is very nice eventho I feel like they speak limited English. If you want to eat good hotpot and don't want to spend Haidilao level budget you should try this. Their pork bone broth makes us sit and enjoy until the last drop. Also a shout out to the wonderful lady who serve us and even gave us plushies!

My first Shi Li Fang experience! Glad to have dined here - the waitresses and trainees were all very polite and friendly. They will ensure the customer’s needs are met. The manager who works there is very considerate too - when something went wrong on the table, he took the initiative to rectify the problem without us requesting. Loved it and will be back to eat again!

Food was fresh and can choose a few broth in a pot. Tried the tomato broth and chicken broth, and they are quite flavourful though a bit oily. Variety was also quite substantial. It is quite affordable with the meat and seafood at 50% of the price. You can get to customise the dipping sauce. Diners will be able to earn stamps in exchange for soft toys. Now the restaurant is having a promotion where every table will have a soft toy.
