The dishes are placed on the conveyor belt for group tourists, the toilet is not clean

2024/8 -3 stars The food spread seems reduced, and some selections on the conveyor belt seem to have expired. There is limited meat, but lots of vegetables for the steamboat are expensive. 2022 - 5 stars The store has ten delicious soup bases to choose from and a large variety of food for selection for your pick —lovely Chinese music piping through at the counter makes the feeding dreamy. An excellent service team makes the whole experience a good one.

Value for money. The beef is fresh and huge portion at $20. Lots of variety with small portion, doesn't promote waste. Not super cheap but good value for money.

It's something different from all the Chinese restaurants that I have been to. Its like in a Japanese setting but with Chinese food. They have a wide spread of dishes to choose from and there us something for everyone. Service is satisfactory but the overall experience is is very nice.

I agree with the first comment that this place is a hidden gem. I first tried out the restaurant just because another along the stretch was closed. The salted duck soup base is great and the big prawn skewer (fresh and succulent) alone is a must try. Free flow of sauce where you can pick mix and match too!

The prices at Steamov are reasonable. The cost of a meal varies depending on the number of people in your party and the ingredients you choose. However, you can expect to pay around $20 per person for a full meal.

Food is great with affordable price,but the service staff was totally rude,went there at 3.30am on 23 June 2023,requested warm water ,was rejected by the staff and yet the staff happily made a cup of hot coffee for themselves right in front of me.

Don't expect much from here. It's alright if you need a craving fix for steamboat. Prices can be abit ex as the items add up quickly so don't be fooled by the $1 / $3 sticks. The soup had just enough taste to make it passable. Overall will only go there if it's late at night and I need a hot pot.

Love this place! I've been here 6 times and I still love it. Conveyer belt steamboat allows you to choose what you wanna eat, with your own soup base choice. Food isn't the best or freshest but it's nice and inexpensive.

Very clean cosy air conditioned place to satisfy hotpot craving. Amazed with the huge variety of ingredients all cleaned and nearly presented on sticks in the conveyor belt. One can simply reach out any seafood,meats etc he likes and just put into his individual hotpot to cook and savour. Ordered their ribeye beef, black pork and other meat as sideorders. Though was alittle expensive at $20-$30 a plate(can be shared by 4 pax and we ordered 5plated, overkilled lol) the meat texture and taste was so fabulous and totally worth it! Spent $30 per pax and was full to the brim. Would have cost lesser as they usually do not charge 15% service and gst charge unless during Cny.

I went there alone once, and I didn't feel out of place! I'm always there with my boyfriend, but he's actually not a fan, and so one day I decided to go alone to satisfy some mala cravings. And as usual, they did not disappoint. Ordered the mala hotpot, pork shabu, and multiple skewers. Spent ~$25 total eating alone. Might have been slightly cheaper if I shared the pork shabu with someone, but no regrets. Don't miss the condiments booth! Every hotpot needs its own special sauce to go with 🤗
