Came on Friday night to eat the Steak Buffet! Had amazing service from the staff here and the steaks were all well cooked and flavourful as well. Had 7 steaks and 1 fried fish between 2 of us. Recommend!

Did a reservation for a Saturday lunch. Tried their steak buffet as well as their Wagyu flight. All the food are cooked perfectly. For the buffet spread, there are 3 different cuts of beef, Striplion, Rump and Flank among others like the chicken chop, grilled shabu . Every dish tasted good and we were surprised the non-beef dishes were equally tasty. Wagyu flight comes with 3 different cuts, Flat iron, Hangar and Deckle. When the plate was served, the steaks are presented beautifully. The plate of steaks tasted different from the buffet spread and we were glad to order it. This lunch is an experience overall in terms of having a quality meal as well as having to taste different cuts of steaks. When the dish is presented, every cut is explained. With the Wagyu flight, you will be presented a card explaining the tasting notes :) Thoroughly enjoy the food and experience!

Combo of T-bone and flank steak is worth it for $63. Paprika fries can be changed to truffle fries for an add-on of $3 😀

Tried the ribeye and pork cheek. Very nice and lightly (but sufficiently) seasoned. Pork cheeks went really well with the sauce, the steak didn’t even need it. If they could only get the steak nice and crusty on the outside while keeping it just as juicy, it would be absolutely fantastic!

They offer buffet steaks at $32++ per pax but we went for the 50% eatigo promo instead. Thinking to try their ribeye steak but it’s not up to expectation. It’s under seasoned and don’t really have the charred taste. Missing the natural taste of the steak as well. Steak was under cooked so requested to cook it a little as it’s too raw. Truffle fries was good though. Portion is too small for my husband so he ordered another fish & chips to fill up his tummy 😅. They used breaded skin dory fish and fries was not as good. The place has a bad smell too when u walk in… hope they will improve this so to make the guests feel more welcomed.

Steaks were cooked to perfection, though the portion of wagyu steak could be bigger. I wouldn't recommend cranberry juice as it looked and tasted like fruit punch syrup. The waiter was kind enough to offer a change in beverage, but the ice lemon tea he brought is syrup too. Would definitely return (just) for the steaks.

I visited Stirling Steaks on September 10 during dinner hours. The venue is cosy but slightly warm. Though only with 1 serving staff, he was prompt and polite. I ordered Pork Cheek，Bacon wrapped tomato, Tendorloin steak (medium) with mashed potato. The Pork Cheek and Bacon wrapped tomato are fantastic! I think they are pretty good starters. You can definitely taste the charcoal on the pork cheek and its a compliment. Sadly, the steak I had wasnt up to my expectations. It came more towards medium well. The meat cut also had too much veins for my liking, making slicing and chewing challenging. Overall, I might go back to try other cuts as the pricing is pretty good.

No waiting time during lunch hour on a weekday. Ordered ribeye steak and tenderloin steak. The seasoning was superb. The accompanying sauce was great as well though one does not really need any. The meat was soft and tender. Worth the money spent and great service as well.

A great Katong steak house to dine. Didn’t know they have renovated. Food is not bad however the 2pax platter, they gave a piece with lots of tendons. That aside, rest are great steak to chow down for 3. Food Quality A, Quantity A+ Service A

Had the steak lunch buffet at $30++ which was value for money and the different steak cuts (esp flank) were delicious. The other meats like pork Shabu and grilled chicken were also good. Drinks are per serving, ala carte pricing. Note that the shop only accepts cash or nets payment.

Steaks are charcoal-grilled and they do bother to rest the meat before serving it so expect to wait around 25-30mins for it. Had a T-Bone steak and also a Sirloin. Preparation is on point and the quality is on par with the pricing. Maybe just a tad better than places like Aston’s and Jacks Place. Service staff were great.

Ordered a rib-eye, medium rare, well-cooked steak, accompanied by a portion of lettuce with a touch of vinaigrette dressing, and a portion of mashed potatoes. Food are good, but not fantastic. Mediocre quality and small portion with medium-high pricing. Most probably wouldnt cross my mind when I am craving for a good steak. Will I re-visit? Most probably not.

We read a coupla of mixed reviews but decided to give it a try anyway! We asked for medium rare for the 250g ribeye and the doneness was perfect! The truffle fries paired well with the steak too. Will definitely visit again!

I was looking for a post lunch fill after an unsatisfactory $5 bowl of Katong laksa. If I hadn't eaten anything yet, I might have given their a la carte buffet a try. I noticed mainly men were eating here. Being the only two lady patrons, we shared a striploin. We asked for medium, but it was closer to medium rare, which I'm okay with, if it isn't too large a serving, which, this isn't. There's a side sauce to the meat. Totally unnecessary and to my taste buds, actually reduce the steak a notch. Wait service was polite and adequate, if a little unsure and soft spoken. Hopefully she'll gain more confidence. Although it doesn't quite get to the 4 star liked it, it's close enough for me to think I just might return to give their buffet a shot.

Such a good tomahawk. I requested for medium rare. The doneness is done to my expectation. Charred on the outside, tender and red on the inside Seasoning is simple and you can really tell the steak is really fresh and good quality Bonus, they have wicked shoe string fries. We pre ordered with our rezz and did not hv to wait. Alex was very very attentive not only to us but the other patrons despite working OMO. We have always enjoyed the char grilled steaks and weren't disappointed.

Use the entertainer app here and absolutely loved the steak. Ordered the 9.90 flat iron without expecting much but the steak came absolutely great. My Friend ordered their beef burger and loved it too. Though the party was a little too salty for his liking, everything else was bland and hence the combination was still ok. The patty was also slightly crunchy which was what he liked too. We went on a Friday and the place was crowded. However it wasn’t too noisy to the extent you have to shout to talk to your friends. Service was good too. Would definitely visit this place again!

Was taking a leisurely stroll down my neighbourhood and decided to give this place a try dafter living here for the past 20 years, okay so cut to the chase the steak buffet solid, the chicken the sirloin all sibei solid, but the mushroom soup abit watery ah so maybe can improve. FYI ah guys it seems like they dont season their cuts but just ask them for salt & pepper and season yourself to your own taste la. Will definitely come back 🤙🏼

Ate at Stirling's before. Steaks used to be good. This second experience was underwhelming. Both T-bone and tenderloin steaks unevenly grilled. Only savings grace is the staff are polite. There's Entertainer 1 for 1 deal.

✨Crispy King Salmon @ $23.90 Ironically ordered the salmon despite it being known for its steaks. The salmon was a decent portion, having a super crispy exterior and juicy interior. Topped with creamy dill and leek sauce, this gave the dish a unique kick which made it even better. Went for the steak buffet on New Year’s Eve and I wasn’t disappointed! The first round came very fast within 10 minutes of placing our order. The striploin was cooked (medium doneness) and seasoned well. It was easy to chew through and eat the meat though I usually have steaks medium-rare. The dory fish was also well seasoned and cooked, wasn’t too oily. The staff that served us was also very friendly with us and made small jokes. Made the first experience there a great one, as it felt welcoming. Missed out on trying the flank steak though. Hope that there is still a chance for us to go back and try it. Overall buffet + 2 drinks was $90 which is not bad considering how much we managed to eat and the quality of the food was great.

Satisfying and good quality steak. Tried the 220g tenderloin that come with 2 sides at $39.90++. The beef portion is perfect but the portion of the side is quite small. Worth to try with the entertainer 1 for 1 offer here. Crew is friendly.

A deliciously huge slab of meat at an affordable price. I've been to Stirling multiple times now and the quality and service have always been more than satisfactory. I was a little disappointed this time round as my usual order of their wagyu steak was out of stock so I had to settle with their porterhouse, which is also good. I'll be sure to drop them a message next time to check if the wagyu is in stock. Also, an upgrade to steak knives would be nice.

This is a good experience to explore a local food in Katong. This is a great medium rare Tbone and Hagger with grill vegetable and french fried with 60 usd / 2 person . You can drink cool water free . The server also very cute. They have another menu set and especially Tomahawk Steak for 4 person only 120

I've had better steaks of course, but nothing beats Stirling Steaks at this price point, in fact I've paid more at other places for steaks that aren't half as good. The ribeyes are very flavourful, cooked to perfection. Sides are nothing to shout about, but hey, you're there for the steaks right?
