Reviews of Suk's Thai Kitchen
Must drive due to location, deepest end of Sembawang but its a nice and quiet place to chill
Food wise, we love the seafood tomyum soup and kailan but minced pork omelette is abit too oily and the fish is not fresh, you know when you eat it, but the sour lime soup is good! So so for Pineapple Fried rice
Service, they try but clearly under staffs, even the boss is there to serve!.. Waited at least (estimated) 6mins for menu then 10-15mins for drinks and 30-45mins for food and they nearly forget our minced pork omelette!!
Overall, its decent meal with a okay lah price..
Comfortable ambience.Service was friendly and prompt. Prawn Tom Yum Soup came with 3 huge prawns, authentic taste. Minced Pork basil and Thai cashew chicken rice were also on point.
we ordered the mama pot, cashew chicken, honey chicken and stir-fried kailan with shiitake. they were all very delicious! the atmospheric deco with the neon signs was also very nice
Amazing spot for Thai food, close to Farrer Park MRT station. I’ve visited a few times and always leave feeling full and satisfied. Portion sizes are very large for both food and drink, and are a fair price. I recommend the chicken pad thai; it has a really nice balance of flavours and isn’t too sour or too sweet, with a nice amount of tamarind flavour. It is served with chilli flakes to the side, so you can adjust the spice to your liking. I’d visited twice prior and they were out of mango sticky rice, but it was available this time so I gave it a try. The mango sticky rice is quite small (a half mango) and costs about $10 after taxes, but is good. The mango was perfectly ripe and the rice had the perfect glutinous quality. It’s a good size for one person, but definitely not for sharing. I’d order it again if I was craving it, but wouldn’t get it super regularly. There’s also a page of vegetarian meals, so is suitable for those that don’t eat meat. The service and atmosphere are very nice: tables are spotless and cleared quickly, food usually comes in around five minutes, and fans keep the restaurant nice and cool. They’re currently running a promotion where if you leave a Google review you can redeem a free Thai milk tea, so if you visit make sure to leave a review!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Suk's Thai, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor transported me straight to Thailand.
The menu boasted a wide array of traditional Thai dishes, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor. The Tom Yum Soup was perfectly balanced, with a delightful harmony of tangy, spicy, and savory notes. The Pad Thai was an absolute standout—each bite was rich, aromatic, and cooked to perfection.
What truly set this restaurant apart was the attention to detail and freshness of ingredients. The vegetables were crisp, the seafood was fresh, and the spices tasted authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed throughout the meal.
If you’re looking for a genuine Thai dining experience, I can’t recommend Suk's Thai enough. I’ll definitely be returning soon to explore more of their menu!
This is one of the more authentic Thai food experiences I have in Singapore. Conveniently located just next to the Farrer Park MRT station exit B, the food is the main draw. Cooked by Thai chefs, it transports me directly to Thailand. The staff are super friendly and helpful, reminiscence of the global Thai hospitality we have all learned to love.
The food is excellent. We ordered 8 dishes and all taste very good. A place we will definitely come back to. Service is good too.
The food was amazing. Currently my #1 Thai food here in SG. The food came very fast, and the ambience is gooooooood 💯
The food is really nice, one of the best Thai food in Singapore. The serving is quick and the waiter is friendly.
This is one of those place I have been wanting to visit but kept putting it off as I was always more attracted to the eatery just beside. I gave it a try eventually. While I did not get wowed by the food, the overall experience was very pleasant - with that attractive LED decos and relaxing music in the background. I prefer Thai fried fish over steamed fish but somehow the fried fish here is somewhat not to my liking disappointing as it is fried with a thick layer of batter. It would be better off to just fried by itself to give it a more light and crispy texture.
Came on Sunday 8pm- 30% occupied. Food came within 10mins of ordering and good portion size 👍🏻 and staff gave plates for sharing 😊
Staff was generous to serve us 5 Pork Skewers for our table of 5 instead of 4 as stated in menu- really appreciate this 😉 we paid $15 each for a very satisfying meal 😊 $8 Red Ruby was a big bowl shared by 5 of us 😉
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Suk’s Thai, and it was an outstanding experience! The flavors in every dish were truly authentic. I loved the Pad Thai—perfectly balanced and full of fresh ingredients. The Green Curry was a standout as well, with just the right amount of spice. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for any occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a fantastic dining experience. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu! Highly recommend Suk’s Thai for anyone craving amazing Thai food!
Nice place to hang up after work. Food is authentic thai style.
Good dining experience, no a lot of people here during lunch, smell good, and good service
Ordered a late dinner. Bored sick with the usual Foodpanda, Deliveroo Thai options nearby.
Placed a delivery order for a $88, 4 pax set using Oodle. Very reasonable delivery fee of $5 for a long trip to my place. Was pleasantly surprised by the taste and portions.
Very authentic Thai with just the right amount of spice.Definitely need to pay the place a visit soon and try the food freshly cooked from kitchen.
4.5 🌟
Finally got a chance to dine in. Really much better than having it delivered 45 mins later.
The atmosphere is lovely and the food is amazing! Will definitely revisit ♥️
Will definitely return. I appreciated that the papaya salad under their vegeterian menu had no fish sauce and they managed to find the right balance of sour despite no fish sauce.
Very suitable for groups with mixed dietary requirements. Some dishes on their vegeterian menu are vegan too, which was awesome. They were able to do no egg, no dairy in the dishes i ordered.
Ordered from here during covid lockdown and visited the restaurant few times. The food is consistently good and best Thai food I've had. Honey chicken is highly recommended
Taste: Dishes are tasty but abit on salty side. Will be good to go with plain rice. Red Ruby dessert is the bomb - super fine shaved milky ice with chewy rubies.
Value for money: Decent
Service: Dishes are served very quickly. Service crew is very busy, but service is still decent.
Wait time: Crowded on a weekend night. Do call to reserve a table!
Repeat visit?: Yes if in the area.
Service is ok but prawn dishes need to improve as you can see in the pictures, prawn heads are totally black for both dishes. I ordered Tom Yam and Yellow Curry with Prawn but all prawn heads are black. Meat near head is like jelly and smell fishy. I don’t think I’ll be back.
Nice environment and good thai spicy food. Portions are good. Two dishes are enough for 2 pax.
Delicious minced chicken rice. Maybe the best I have had in Singapore so far.
Food was awesome! Enjoyed the honey chicken, the chicken had a nice crunch to it. pineapple fried rice was good too, changed prawns to Chinese sausage, wished there was more cashew nuts tho haha. Sambal kangkong was ok, could’ve been more sambal and the Penang pork curry had an interesting twist compared to normal green curry. But it was good! Pork was tender. Long beans had a nice crunch! Will come back to try their fried chicken wings haha
My husband and I have visited Suk’s Thai Kitchen multiple times and we absolutely love the food! The service is also great, along with a cute aesthetic ambience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re craving Thai food in Singapore! 😊
Suks Thai Kitchen in Singapore offers incredible Thai flavors. The Tom Yum Rice is rich and zesty, the Chicken Rice is tender and fragrant, and the Tiger Prawns are fresh and perfectly seasoned. Each dish is a standout, making the restaurant a must-visit for authentic Thai cuisine lovers.
New restaurant located near Farrer Park Mrt. Food tasting was great but do request for less spicy, service was excellent, food portion was alright, prices was acceptable. Dessert is yummy 😋 Reservation are highly recommended. Worth to give it a try
Good food and service is fast. Definitely worth coming!
Have lunch at Suk’s, excellent service and delicious food. Been here a few times. My favourite tom yum clear soup and prawn cake. Highly recommended. 👍
Food was tatty and value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Environment was nice and cozy. Very authentic Thai food. I tried the fish maw soup, fried Kang Kong Thai style, fried fish fillet in Suk's Thai sauce and green curry chicken. Will definitely go back to try the other mouth watering dishes.
good location and Nice place.
Beautiful food.👍
Crab fried rice was delicious! Portion was substantial and price was reasonable. Comfy auicon environment with nearby Roadside parking.
Visited on a Saturday around noon. There were only 2 tables occupied when I reached so there were plenty of space. Promptly ordered basil pork, prawn omelette, a stir-fried vegetable, and a thai milk tea. The portion was good enough for 3 - 4 pax and it suited my taste buds. Sidenote: Glad to have selected the less spicy option for the basil pork. Thai milk tea was one of the best I've had - will consider ordering a large cup for the next visit. Service was impeccable - responsive, courteous and prompt
Great service, the food came out really fast. The food taste amazing. But best to make a reservation beforehand as it might be hard to get a seat especially during peak hours.
Great place for Thai food at a very reasonable price! We especially liked the grilled river prawns..
Chicken wing is super tasty and crispy! Highly recommend !
Food is great and service is good !!! Highly recommend 🥳🥳
Good environment & friendly staff. Food was good too. My favorite is the papaya salad. Would come back again ☺️☺️
Absolutely delicious food and I have become regular.
Place is easily accessible by MRT (Farrer Park). Food were really delicious, none of the food disappoint us at all.
Good ambience. Overall taste of food for all 3 dishes were not bad. Will recommend only if you go at low peak timing. I went when there's no queue right before dinner peak hour. But not till the standard I will queue for
Its a hidden gem at Farrer Park (diagonally opposite Farrer Park Hospital). The food is very good ans reasonably priced. Must try : the claypot glass noodles with shrimps and the fish maw soup. The weekday set lunch is very affordable. Worth coming.
Loving the Thai food here. Closest to the one we had in BKK 🙇🏻♀️ come here almost every week , still find it nice
Super tasty Thai food with some good variety and decent heat. Very enjoyable experience with a nice atmosphere.
I ordered the Tom yum soup and it was really really goood!! Great portion! Will definitely order it where I come again.
Honey Chicken was the best, omelette was lovely and Thai green curry was so tasty. Thank you I highly recommend Suk’s Thai
Nicely decorated & clean!
- Order was fuss free though mobile
- Food was served very quickly
- Everything was tasty!
Thai milk tea was a tad too sweet for me, but better after the ice melted some.
Basil minced pork was very spicy, even when I asked for less spicy!
Food looks good. Prices are reasonable - per pax 15-20. Atmosphere is welcoming.
Food tastes great and worth the price! My favorite is tom yum goong, the prawns are fresh and big unlike other places that will give small frozen type prawns. Thai tea tastes original, as sweet as what i remembered from Thailand.
One of the places that i frequented over and over again ❤️
I ordered the basil minced pork, green chicken curry, Thai style kangkong, fried chicken, papaya salad and Pad Thai as mains, with a Red Ruby for dessert. There is absolutely no criticism for any dish. Standouts for me were the fried chicken done to a lovely crisp reminiscent of my fav ones in Bangkok, the basil pork, green curry with the right balance of coconut and curry, and Red Ruby full of texture, flavour and comfort.
Suk's Thai Kitchen is nice cosy eatery located just at the corner of Tessensohn Road and Rangoon Rd, right across from Farrer Park MRT exit B. Clean, well lit, with lovely colourful signs. Orders done via QR code opening up a webpage for each table - tech that works. They have hardcopy menus too.
Nice Boat Noodle, Must try when u come.
We were glad to have dine at Suk’s kitchen - this was our first time and the food was really tasty and the portions were big - do come over to try their food. ✌🏽
Great food. The boat noodle ain't really authentic but it still taste great.
Food is very delicious!! I LOVE their fish maw soup and ice coffee alot!! 👍👍
The food is great… came here a few times already. Customer service is also good
Would come here again! They've got very good lunch sets, and the portion is huge as well.
Service was fantastic. Ordered the wrong tom yum soup but the tall guy offered to change it despite it being our mistake. Food was great esp the seabass in thai sweet chilli. Food was served in a fast manner (was thr at 2pm sunday). Good place to chill w friends
atmosphere here was nice, food is nice as well. i think dis place serves thai food im nt sure, must try to c
Reserved table for 4 at 7pm to have a catch up dinner on a Thursday evening. Very cosy ambience and comfortable table distancing and digital ordering. We ordered Suk's Thai fried fish w chilli(perfectly fried, seasoned and sliced-easy-to-eat), grilled chix thighs, stirred fried Cabbages, fish maw soup and Tom yam fried rice. Would say all the Thai dishes was nicely executed(but nothing exceptional) and service was prompt. Worth to dropby if in the area. Bill of $100 for pax of 4 with average dishes + 4 drinks.
Best Thai food outside of Thailand! Been here more than 20 times and will be back for more.
Good service and yummy food. I usually come here when I’m in the area will be back’
Nice little nook in Farrer park. Food and service was great
Nice food! Good portion, money worthy
The yellow curry squid and Thai milk tea were very good!!
Good food and nice ambience for gathering.
Not bad but gotta have more people to share the food :)
Second time here, nice ambience and yummy food!!!
Amazing thai restaurant. Very good. Recommended for all.
This place easy to find. Small cosy place with helpful staff.
All of these are delicious! This is a hidden Thai dish. Gapao is a little spicy, green curry, and prawn cake are also available. The ruby dessert is also recommended!
Arrived around 2 o'clock before break time.
Eating is relaxing.
I have a child and the basil fried rice is spicy.
I ate pineapple fried rice.
It was okay.
Tom Yum Noodles is Tom Yum soup with ramen in it.
It's pretty spicy.
I made a mistake ordering the fried meat.
It was edible, but it was worth it~
Aiyawei is a Thai restaurant with a universe inside it! I was amazed 😍
You can see the location of the restaurant from Ferrer Park Mrt Exit B. The environment inside the store is comfortable. There are also several places suitable for checking in and taking photos. It also makes people feel like they are in a bar and restaurant. It is very Relax & Chill~
The food has unique flavor and fresh ingredients 💯 I will definitely review it again and bring my family and friends to try it! Worth recommending👍
The environment is good and the food is served quickly! The price is affordable! Authentic taste! Most importantly, the service attitude is great! Recommended!
Very delicious
