SUKIYA @ Hilllion Mall is a great service and the food is fresh as always. Affordable pricing and yummy food 😋 Really liked the consistency of the food and great service. Easily the process and the staff was very friendly and helpful in aiding my request. Will visit it again.

Super fast pace. Once you are seated, immediately they serve you tea. Order is simple, every thing done through their link. Food serve super fast. Every one just eat and go. This is Japan’s fast food. Portion is good, food is tasty. Veg however a little under cook. No gst or service charge

Taste very meh, portion very small. Finished the meat with rice, left alot of rice w/o meat to eat with. Meat:rice ratio abit off, earl grey tea latte taste artificial… alot of flies

Upon ordering via the kiosk, we went to the counter to request politely if they could help to expedite our order as there weren’t any queues or crowd. And we were rushing badly to pick my child. To my astonishment, within 3 minutes, they were packed and done!! I went “wow.” Thank you Nadd and Fyga for the super efficient service and packing for my takeaway! Your smiles and enthusiasm brightened up all our evening! See you around soon again!!

Was late and tired after work and decided to try this new place near the MRT exit into the mall (old KFC location), turns out they have an awesome low carb bowl where the rice is replaced with a huge piece of silken tofu! It goes suuuuper well with the savory beef and onions, and the staff was super nice to seat me and serve tea promptly which really elevated the experience especially at the end of the day. At this price point, Suki-ya has won a small place in my heart and i can see myself becoming a loyal fan in the future. Great for weight watchers and people on low carb diet 💯 recommend!

I've always love coming to Sukiya Gyudon and would often patronise the one at Novena. The only difference I see here is (aside from the food): Presentation of food and condiments offered. Presentation of food was very different from what I usually eat at Novena, and this looked like it was just done in a hurry due to the long queue forming wanting to eat here. Condiments are all here except for the Tobasco. The tobasco is normally free alongside the other condiments, and when I asked for the Tobasco here, I was told that I would need to pay for it. Question: Why am I required to pay for Tobasco when I can use it for free at the Novena outlet? A bit unfair don't you think? Aside from the above: Food is the same as you would eat at Novena. Service is fast and staff are friendly. However, would recommend putting more staffs here as it seems they are a bit understaffed. Also as a fan of Sukiya as a guide to those wanting to come here: Just go to the one at Novena, you'll enjoy it more there. Oh, and do order the Yakiniku with half boiled egg and pair it with Tobasco. You won't regret it.

Food is affordable and offers good range of portions to cater the different needs. Only drawback is the drinks served can be rationed, given not all drink tea and will be wasted.

Very affordably priced for a quick lunch. My food was delivered within minutes of sitting down and ordering! Service was lovely, had a little chat with an elderly woman staff member who remembered me when I returned days later. If I had any criticism, it would be that there were too many spring onions on the spring onion rice, I had the taste of onion lingering in my mouth for hours after.
