Simple quick fix for your sushi cravings within the heartlands. Very affordable plates @$1.50 each. Range is decent. Good enough for that price. Comes with free flow hot Japanese green tea. Service is quick although the seating time limit is capped at 40minutes. Belt’s variety and options are topped up pretty quickly as well. Quality has definitely improved over the years.

At all plates $1.50 each, you can expect some sushi plates to be higher in value than others. I'd say, save your tummy space for their aburi salmon, ikura, tuna cuts...some of their offerings like Chuuka Wakame (seasoned seaweed) are not too value for money. The miso soup is pretty nice, with lots of fish and tofu inside. The fish can sometimes taste a little stale, so I knocked one star off for that. Service was good.

A very small outlet, might be hard to get seats. But value for money sushi place where all sushi is at $1.50. it has crab stick, sashimi, octopus, unagi, prawn, miso soup. It doesn't have chawamushi though. It has crapes, mochi at $3.

For the price, it’s consider reasonable good. Although the there isn’t much of choices, basic items are available. I would recommend if you just need a quick meal, in fact I felt this much better than the other greeny sushi. Not sure if the quality is the same of all the other outlets.

I am currently here (5 Aug 2pm) and I really just here to applaud one service staff for his helpful and friendly attitude. Requested for corn sushi for my gal, waited quite awhile and after he saw us still waiting, the moment the plates were on the belt, he brought 1 plate for my girl because we were actually also seated at the very last row. I also noticed that he is really hardworking and sincere in his work too, not only to me but to other customers too. It was lunch time and he stil try to attend to all the customers request. BTW, his name is Thu Ra.

from my home, we were supposed to take bus 62 to Hougang Mall for Sushi Express. Since bus 163 came first, we end up in the Heartland Mall Sushi Express Queue. The queue was slow, variety was lesser than those at NEX and Hougang Mall. Not to mention miso soup and adamame, those basic ones were out of stock.

It's located on the 2nd floor of Heartland Mall. Long Q at meal time. Quality is as good as other locations. We went 6:45pm and only waited a few minutes. Convenient location. Recommended
