Our fuss free sushi place 🍣 Only complain is that the tap that dispenses hot water is too tight.. While I understand it’s for safety considerations, it’s hardly possible for ladies to use them at all. That said, food was nice and no complaints for a $1.50 per plate sushi place.

The counter cashier service staff was not happy, I pass him the slip that your manager counted for me how many plates and I was waiting for my turn to pay I pass him the paper and I told him I’m Sushi member he say ok than he key in and scan the QR code on the app from my phone than after that he ask me pay by? I say pay wave than I tell him I want use the voucher than he say I need to scroll to the app and show him and tell him. He should know that you join member that should be some discount or voucher given to them when they sign up and ask the customer if they would like to use it, but than he say I already accumulate your points I was like why so rude ? You could have say properly. I will not come back again to this outlet to eat it’s so rude the way he talk and I myself is a service staff who works in a F&B also knows that there are days being a service staff is too difficult.

The sushi was alright, but a bit pricey for what it was. It was overall pretty basic and rather sloppily put together. However, the service was rapid fast especially with the little delivery robot thing which is pretty interesting. For a quick bite, it does the job but its nothing special and its not cheap either.

I wish to compliment him for his effort to even explain to us the perks of capital land voucher redemption. Hands up to him 👍🏻 highly recommend Ken and his team. Love this place because I’m alone and it’s hard to get a seat during peak hours. Get express sushi for affordable pricing and they price their food according to different plate values - White $1.50 / Black $2 / Gold $3. Also chawanmushi $2 and soup $2 you have to approach the staff. My complaint is only when you want a chawanmushi or miso soup the staff is always too busy. Or they’re understaffed. Other than that everything is good.

One of my favourite restaurant for value for money sushi. As each plate is at $1.5, with the premium plates at $3. Good quality, great variety and fresh ingredients. Great for children too as they have fried chicken, desserts.

Good food, value for money. Cheaper than other sushi chains and the food is fresh and good. The service is pretty fast as well, they come over to you rather quickly to serve your needs. However, the environment is suitable just for a quick eat and go, not suitable for discussing or a longer chat. Overall, it's a good deal for folks who wish to have a quick, good, fresh sushi meal.

The chair is not comfortable to sit, and the hot water pipe is very hard to press, need to use a lot of pressure to dispense the water. Also, the fried food items should not be on the conveyor belt, because its not fresh, cold and not crispy. Would prefer to place order and served hot.

The sushi there is great. There's a ton of varieties to choose from and the desert is delicious as well. It's not to expensive, however do take note that sometimes the sushi that you desired might not come till you asked for it and the sushi often come at an unbalanced rate. For example, a whole row of the same kind of sushi will arrive at the same time. Not too bad though. Overall good experience 😁.

After the renovation, the service wasn't that good. However recently I notice there's a new staff - a guy (Manager?) probably from Taiwan with loud polite voice, doing everything - all rounded! Not only very efficient but a very smart and hardworking guy! He is always very polite, when speaking aloud, always with "请“ and “谢谢". It's ashame that we hardly can find such nice service Singaporean personnels ! Thumbs up to you and am really impressed with your superb service! Well done and keep it up 👏👏👏👍👍👍. Sushi wise, okay. Environment, okay too. 😊😊😊

Cheap place to get some sushi, queue is usually there but it's quite fast. Quality of the food is ok and you can request specific sushi to the waiters if you can't get it from the sushi-train itself.

A place i always eat with my gf when we want to have a quick bite. Sushi express is a express sushi f&b where you are seated in sushi bar setting and you take the sushi from the conveyor everything cost $1.50 except some other items. There is also special order to request like"miso soup" Sushi express uses fresh delivered seafood from Japan. Fun fact Sushi Express is originated from Taiwan

There were obviously only five or six groups of customers in the store, and there were still a lot of empty seats. The waiter refused to come out to take seats. The colleague who was busy at the counter had to remind her twice before she was willing to come out to take seats. There are also very few items on the rotating table, mostly black plates and yellow cards. You have to keep reminding the service to increase the price.
