Reviews of Sushiro Jewel Changi
If you’re someone who loves a variety of sushi options, Sushiro is a fantastic choice! This restaurant offers a unique experience with its conveyor belt selection, letting you pick from a wide range of fresh and creative sushi as it passes by. I’ve visited two different branches, and both times were equally enjoyable. It’s especially fun to dine here with friends or family who haven’t tried conveyor-style sushi before—it adds excitement and enthusiasm as everyone tries something new! Every piece I tried was delicious and unique in its own way. Sushiro truly provides a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for sushi lovers and newcomers alike!

Mainly self-service and taking food from conveyor belt. When food arrives, it has sound alert from the tablet. Foods are fresh and standard Japanese sushi style. I like the mochi topped with honey.
No queue is around 1pm.
Like to go during offpeak 3pm. Food so fast. Service so fast. Everything went smoothly today. The special limited 1pc salmon sushi for June $2.90 very nice.
Awesome just charge one drink price and unlimited of free flow drinks from soda dispenser. Their sushi is alright taste to me. Overall is good.
So their part time job per hour rate seems ok.
Ok to try this company.

Affordable and delicious sushi! Every rice is coated with unique sauce that is paired with the meat/vegetable topping u order. Extremely love the pork slice sushi and always order it everytime! The udon was a little hard but I enjoyed it still. The dessert choices are plenty compared to other sushi restaurants I know and I love it!
Glad to enjoy a complete meal here! The service staff are friendly too and the I got my seats fast even on a Saturday evening!
Sushi was average but fries were surprisingly good. They need to switch off the video sounds from the tablet because it is distracting and annoying. I asked the staff and they said they are unable to control the sound.
Sushi was not bad for the price. Chicken karaage was served cold though. Enjoyed the refillable hot matcha which was using powder instead of tea bag.
Nice dining experience here. Sushi selection is very unique compared to other sushi place. The miso soup came with clams wow. Service is fast. I like the double storey belt where the lower one is for the usual sushi go round and the upper one is for your own table order. Will be back! 😋 🍣
Had been quite a regular customer of Sushiro near my home. Just yesterday, went to Jewel's outlet and had dinner. Ordered tonkatsu noodles and was quite disappointed that the taste was different from the Sushiro outlet near my home. My partner was the one that ate first and I didn't believe until I ate it. Fried prawn was also quite a disappointment and lastly, grilled mackerel was cold when served. But afterall, other plates of sushi we ordered were okay.
Great place for fresh Sushi. The Tonkotsu broth is flavourful and rich, a good add on. Nice variety of Sushi and well priced. Service is efficient and thanks to the conveyor belts, the food arrives fast. The matcha ice-cream is intensely flavored and a good way to end the meal
This was my first time trying conveyor belt sushi and I heard a lot of positive reviews about Sushiro. It was fun to order from the tablet that came via the personal conveyor belt and also grab stuff from the conveyor belt. It was a very delicious and filling meal. My favorites out of 17 dishes were the pudding, broiled salmon, galbi and eel. One hour time limit was the only downside.
Sushiro is my go to place for Japanese fast food. Great price and great taste. They also have seasonal menu so there is always something new. Do come early as peak hour is always crowded.
Sushiro price is quite expensive in Singapore compared to Taiwan.
And very surprise that green tea is chargeable at $1.50!
Food variety is lesser here I feel
Came just before the dinner crowd and got a seat immediately. The sushi look and taste fresh but getting service from the staff can be slow. Conveyor belt allows you to choose the food and a ordering system allows you to get what is not on the conveyor.
Only had to wait less than 5min for my table during lunchtime (for solo diner). Preparing time and waiting for food to be served was quite fast. Restaurant crew are also very efficient and polite. Only feedback would be that the food selection can be a bit more.
Decently priced for Singapore standards. We ordered quite a number of dishes to try - overall, they were good.
They can improve on the quality of sushi rice though, it was a little bit dry & hard.
Sushiro@Jewel ... we had a very lovely dinning experience here ... love their tuna offerings ... they also have a drink bar for just $3 per person 👍 ... plus a good selection of deserts , too 🙂 ... the quality and variety of the food offered is really good ... around $50 for 2 people ...
Just visited the restaurant last week. Great improvement from previous visits. Food is fresh and the service is acceptable. Reservations were well managed too. Recommended.

Poor service right from the start. When arrived, there was no service staff around. We sat down at the nearest empty table as the place was only 10% filled. We were then informed to move by a young and not so courteous staff. When asked for the bill, again was told by staff to press button on tablet instead. There was no happy and courteous service. Not customer friendly at all. Food quality was average, nothing special compared to better offering upstairs from competitor. Cashier was not helpful with bill and Changi rewards...was told to get it done at customer service, which in reality, the staff was just lazy and not helpful. There was no senior staff around and the whole atmosphere was just not customer friendly. I rate this outlet low in customer service.
If you're looking for fresh sushi and sashimi at an affordable price, Sushiro is definitely worth a visit. I had a great experience dining there recently and was impressed by the quality of the fish. Each piece was expertly prepared and had a delicious, clean taste.
While the sushi rice was a bit dry for my liking, the quality of the fish more than made up for it. I particularly enjoyed the salmon and tuna, which were very fresh. They also have one of the menus with the widest variety among all sushi restaurants in Singapore.
In addition to the food, the service at Sushiro was top-notch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, we were so eager when the food came, I forgot to take any pictures. I only took a picture of the empty plates. Hahaha.
Food is so-so, productive but it mean lesser serving staff available due to aitomation, staff are very nice just that during my visit is full house and only 2 dining staff around, pity them too.
The food was good. The service was provided through conveyor belts, with a express lane. Atmosphere was a bit crowded though. Would still recommend.
One of the few places that operates a conveyor belt sushi..what I like here is that the sushi on the belt are preceded by a sign stating what sushi it is! Or you can order from the pad and food is delivered on the top belt. See picture. Love the technology here. The server counts your plates by scanning the plate stack! Food is high quality. Price is reasonable given the quality. You can order little bowls of ramen or udon. And of course there is a small range of Japanese drinks and dessert. Enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff.
I had a wonderful experience at Sushiro at Jewel. They offer affordable food, a great atmosphere, and excellent service. And the water is complimentary. It was such a positive experience that I definitely plan on returning.
So good that I forgot to take photos! Huge variety with unique selections compared to other sushi outlets.
Things like shrimp with basil cheese, gula melaka pudding all elevated the experience. Also, the variety on the belt is never ending (unlike some places where you see the same 3 items endlessly rotating 🙈).
Will definitely dine here again!
Located on B2 Level. The food is standard Sushiro with seasonal promotion. Self service drinking water. Not very crowded here.
App experience has been disappointing recently. Selected the option for table seating, yet I was assigned to the counter seats.
If my opinion or preference doesn’t matter to you, perhaps don’t offer that option.
Have been here at least 10 times, if I count the number of stamps on my loyalty card.
I could tell the staff are well trained to handle all dining customers' requests. Especially when this outlet is located at the airport, you'll see many tourists full of questions on how and what to order. The staff are patient in making recommendations and providing service.
Food is consistent too. Their raw fish is well cut, fresh and worm-free, so all is good.
Very similar to Japan. It does get crowded I dinner time and I suggest arriving before 6 pm if you don’t want to wait. The place is very clean and the service is friendly and efficient. The menu items are very similar to Japan except for there are items like Mapo Eggplant that you will not see in Japan. Tables are clean and my biggest gripe is you have to pay for green tea and have to walk to the drink station to fill it up. Why can’t they put the hot water dispenser on the table like they have in Japan.
It’s Sushiro, decent sushi, the freshness is okay.
Food is nice. Especially the scallop nigiri n the prawn. Their udon n ramen is surprisingly gd for a rotating belt sushi outlet. Try the engawa nigiri(flounder fish fin), something I don't see in other rotating belt sushi outlet.
This is one of the more crowded sushiro, sometime the food quality is good, sometimes is meh, went on a Friday evening, was served a miso soup that is spilled all over the serving plate that's a first for me. Also you will get some random order you thought you order but when you touch it it's too late!
Contrary to other reviews here, I felt that the options were not extensive and repetitive. Didn’t enjoy the dinner on a weekday.
Bench seats were abit sticky but I think is the cleaning agent they used. Food was good. Could do with wider options but guess they focus on quality rather than quantity.
The sushi using red vinegar rice was delicious although some were a little dry. The fish were fresh especially for the sashimi. The clam udon was oishi. The grren tea from matcha powder was a nice touch.
Come with special season food and limited edition food range...which are fresh and nice.
Better taste than parade way mall branch
My go to sushiro outlet! Try to make a booking on the app before turning up though, wait times can be pretty long.
Interesting variety of sushi i.e. conger eel, fugu on the automated track!!
I love this sushi!!! I would go back anytime !!!
nice quality food
Slightly overpriced for the quality, but the best choice for conveyor belt sushi at jewel
Probably one of the better run Sushiro outlets. Be sure to make your reservations, or be prepared to wait.
Great transit 2024
very amazing place to dine-in and very kids friendly
Great 🍣 place!
Nice try.
Very Fresh And Good In Service
Love the swishing there
I have eaten here many times. At Orchard, you always have to queue if you go during rush hour. In general, this is called cheap and fast sushi in Singapore. It is suitable for going with a group or alone. I really like eating here. Here you can eat a lot of delicious fresh wasabi. In general, you should try it. If you come to Changi airport and don't know what to eat, you can come here.
The edamame must have just been taken out of the freezer, and you can taste the crushed ice. The sushi is OK, nothing special. You can pour the water yourself and there are free wet wipes, which is good. It's a pity that you can only eat for 1 hour, so you can't enjoy it slowly.
Although there were many problems in Japan, I am enjoying the joy of being able to eat raw fish in a tropical country.
Waiting in line for a long time 😂
