Reviews of Sushiro Lot One
Newly opened branch at Lot One. First time dining experience at Sushiro, during weekday lunchtime. The place looks spacious and clean. OK lunch crowd. Does not seem very overcrowded.
Food variety and quality seem better than another similar concept and very popular outlet. But pricing also slightly higher. Red plate ($2.20), Yellow ($3.20) and Black ($4.80). Overall bill for 2 pax was around $46, with 10 reds, 2 yellows and 3 side orders.
Interesting dual belt delivery. Upper belt for express delivery of side orders. Lower belt for standard sushi items. Like the prominent labelling of sushi items on belt.
Will I be back to eat? 🤔 maybe when there is some special promotion.
Been here countless times and served by Yan Hua, very good service! She’s very polite and respectful towards everyone and has shown high professionalism in her work. She greets everyone and will go miles to help customers have a better dining experience.
Thank you Yan Hua! You’re the reason i’ll visit again and again! :)

Overall the sashimi is fresh and decent here!
Highly recommended are the following:
Fried Shrimp & Avocado Roll
Fatty Bonito
Salmon with Mentai Cheese
Crab Croquette
Would not recommend the ramen though as the noodle tastes like the alkaline noodles used in fishball soup and I just think it’s average at best.
The service overall is fast!
Unfortunately at this point in time, their app isn’t working so we had to walk-in. Would have preferred to book for this place before coming down so that we do not have to wait.
Wait can be quite long on weekday dinner. The waiting time stated may not be accurate. First time trying and I must say the long wait was not worth it. Some dishes were good, fresh and sweet. But in particular, the scallop sushi tasted stale. I don’t have much memorable dishes but only memories of long wait time even at the table, the ordering platform was down several times. One can imagine after a long wait, one has to deal with waiting for the ordering platform to come online. I would say for those who don’t mind waiting and waiting, they can come and try out the place.
Place is big. No queue and not crowd during lunchtime.
Food ok, ingredient fresh. Beside sushi they served ramen too, nothing fancy for the ramen and there isn’t any rice bento. Green tea is require to refill on your own at their water refilling station.
During checkout, they use a device to scan through the plate, do double check as there could be miscount. We had 5 red plates which they counted as 7 initially but staff Yan Hua very nice and patiently recount it.
Might not consider to pop in again as there isn’t much choices/ selection available compare to elsewhere and there ordering tablet each time can only take up to 4 orders. 🤭
Last came here about 1.5 years ago, around dinner time. Sushiro has always been good and consistent throughout their outlets so you can expect the same quality here.
Don't like the 1hr dining time limit though but I understand why it is implemented.
Sushi very loose, fish always drop off from rice. Quality of food moderately good. Very short of variety, should come out new items like oysters ball, fried oysters, sweet potato balls, abalone sushi, lady fingers with natto etc
Not bad sushi but slightly expensive... Service is good.
Chicken karaage is 1 of my favourite still crispy.
Had monk fish liver feel iys abit dry. Herring roe i think it's seasonal sushi is unique and nice.
Order a beer but when it came it wasnt cold. They changed for me the first time but still wasnt cold. Maybe they not expecting people to order beer so early and power wasnt on? Haha... According to them there seems to be a power trip. They then initiated changing it a couple more times and was slightly colder.
Will definitely be back for more sushi... Maybe beer too

Food came really fast. Tried their new Akazu Red Vinegar sush. Maybe because it is on a weekday. Had a wonderful dinning experience.
Had visited the shop just now on 5 Oct and Service was excellent provided by Yong Keng. He was helpful and friendly. Follow by the young girl who wore spec also give a good brief on what today special they have. It was great dinning at sushiro. Will come back again for more sushi 🍣
Must try their Mekajiki sushi, negitoro maki and their tori karaage! Very nice!

Met the server Darren two time during my visit. Had some small conversation with him about the loyalty card and find him friendly and not what the other review had said. Today i had tried their fish karaage i find it nice hot and even nicer with mayo

Love to come sushiro @ Lot 1
Always find their staff very friendly and helpful
Food come fast and quality is good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
😋
Be sure to reserve a seat/get a queue number unless you are prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes. Large variety of sashimi and sushi. A bit dissatisfied with the sushi rice because it kept breaking apart which made it hard to eat the sushi
It's been a while since I ate at Sushiro last time. I had sushi to meet my satisfaction and it was about S$35.00 in totall. I think it's affordable.
Large assortment and reasonably priced.
Must try are their tuna items and their chawamushi (which comes with scallop and small prawns) 😙
Self-service for drinks and more warm water points are required to avoid queues.
Sincerely want to give a thankful compliment to the staff who was assigning seats/calling for numbers to all waiting guests.
Such a great employee 👏 👏 👏

Spacious and clean place with a wide variety of sushi. My favourites are negitoro gunkan, monkfish liver gunkan (limited special), and the chawanmushi.
Over all, great spot. Service was amazing. Sushi came out fast for being the middle of the lunch rush.
One of the more lackluster Sushiro outlets. Something was off about the sushi rice, surf clams, and prawns. Seems to have really good salmon though.
No wait as compared to the other branches
Service was great nonetheless!
Heard a lot of good stuff about their sushi but turned out to be a little overly hyped. Overall, average price average quality sushi. Ramen is not too bad. One little complaint... prawn not always devein..
Food was ok but you got to do everything yourself. Ran out of tea and got to walk all the way to the front to top up myself. Price is ok.
Pretty disappointed with the quality of the fresh sashimi. It is not a great as the previously. Not sure about the QC of the food. When we pic up the sushi. The rice is not firm and does not hold tgt. The fish soup is rather fishy that day (8 May)
Overall, it is an average experience.
Damage avg $35/pax
newly opened sushiro outlet @ lot one. quality of sushi is good but variety not a lot.
they gave us the ramen instead of miso clam soup we ordered. but then again the clam soup tasted like smth from daiso, clams quite generous.
we had to asked for retorching of the cheese sushis cos it came as though not torched. the standard of their cheese sushi seems different from the causeway point outlet (really melts in your mouth) i tried.
sashimi, fried octopus & hot chawamushi are nice.
service was relatively good, though have to wait awhile before they attend to you when it’s the busy period. they gave us the wrong soup.
The sushi here tastes better and fresher than the other two conveyor belt sushi chain restaurants.
Deserves 5 stars for the very warm service from the front of house lady (Yieng Hwa)!! We have come back to this outlet just for her 🌟
I've eaten at this outlet for over 10-20times and it is very consistent. The value is great (well it is a popular sushi chain in japan). Though there arent many different varieties, the quality of the salmon and tuna makes up for it. Highly recommended.
Service was great, but the mashed potatoes was way too smooth, not chunky enough for my liking. Also found like a piece of chopstick? or something in my corn sushi, which is mildly concerning. Service was 100% even though they were fully packed like sardines. Please give your manager a raise, they're doing a great job
Came today the 28th Oct, with wife thinking of enjoying the fresh sushi. All dashed by one stupid male staff of yours that insisted that I sit right in front (counter sit 14). I asked him to let us sit at a table sit instead. And as I can see, there is only 1 or 2 tables occupied and the rest vacant. He told me NO, as its computer generated seat. Disappointed I walked out. Been coming here to eat every month with wife for the past few years. Think its time to look for better place that provide better service
The service here is way better than every other outlet! There is one aunty in particular that is so enthusiastic and also diligent in introducing the store + specials (above and beyond what everyone else is doing) and it really looks so tiring- really applaud her dedication. Sushi quality is excellent and way better than genki
Food is great and they have an opening special! The ramen is a bit too salty but sushi is good
I've always been a fan of sushiro because of the quality of the food but one thing stands out amongst the rest was the service provided by Yan Hua. She serves her customers with pride, smile, courteous and have good product knowledge. She never fails to go through the extra mile to assist you. Keep up the good work Yan Hua, you are amazing!
Sushiro in a somewhat rundown Lot 1 mall meant I had low expectations going in... that said, the first impression was great due to the service staff who ushered us in who enthusiastically introduced the National Day offers, and emphasised the sashimi plate was a steal at near half price of original. Rest of the meal was great too with Sushiro's wide variety and we enjoyed a N-Day special Highball each at $5.80 per glass, before finishing with another N-Day offer of matcha parfait. Bill came up to about $40 each, that was a little on the high side but admittedly coz we picked a few more expensive dishes, e.g. the uni that was $6.90 a pop.
Yan Hua was extremely polite and provided excellent customer service. A warm welcome greeting from her have made me and my family feel that Sushiro - Lot 1 is the restaurant we will patronise oftenly. Wonderful service!
Food quality is similar to most Sushiros I’ve been to, but a special mention to Mdm Yan Hua for her service here. Thank you for serving all customers with passion! It is really not easy to be working in the service line these days, thank you for your infectious enthusiasm!
Great service from all staff I encountered and I rate Lot One outlet as having the best service out of all the Sushiro outlets I patronised, keep up the good work! Food is also good today especially the clam miso soup where the clams are very plump and sweet. Saltiness of hot chawanmushi is also just right, not too salty or bland.
Sushiro Lot one is blessed to have Yan hua!
She is so energetic, polite and courteous to every customer she served. My family and I have been patronizing this outlet for the longest time and Yan hua is really an asset to the team! Food was comparable to the one in Japan as well. Please recognize Yan hua for her consistent hard work, bringing smiles to everyone! Kudos! ❤️
The best customer service of all sushiro branches in Singapore. Kudos to the front of house! They always thank us for coming and introduce the seasonal menu to us. We live really far from Lot One but we love coming to this Sushiro. Thanks!
Food is fresh and good. Enjoyed my visit. Spent under $50 for 2 person. Food is delivered pretty fast upon ordering.
One star off as green tea is not available as default. And the nori used are not crisp for fresh orders.
I went to sushiro a few days ago for dinner.
After collecting the queue ticket by myself, I had to wait about 20-30 minutes. (long waiting time)
Upon heading to the counter after my number was called, to my dismay, only cash payment was allowed due to “internet connection is down”. I did not bring my card so I could not withdraw from the ATM 😅, luckily, the staff told me that perhaps I could ask other guests to exchange money with me, meaning I transfer them online and get cash in exchange. Personally, I do not mind doing this and had the staff not told me this, I would have left without getting to eat sushiro. Thank you!
Sushiro has great blasphemous cheese sushi, which if you'd ask me to try 5 years ago I'd tell you no. But since it's 2022 and I have tried every kind of sushi now, I gave it a try and now I love Cheese Ebi sushi and I hate myself for it.
10/10
Atmosphere -1 cause there was a dead cockroach at the waiting area.
It’s my comfort food for Japanese food around the area.
There're many branches in SG but every single baranch has a bit different taste. Lot 1 is the best.
Sushi are good however some of the dishes are really too salty for my liking. Especially the tempura udon and chawanmushi. It would be better if it’s less salty.
Reasonable price for Japanese fresh food. Only staffs sometimes are too busy to respond customers' request.
Great services especially the front line staff, Yan Hua! Sushi are fresh and tasty.
Special shout-out to Yan Hua for the amazing customer service, energetic and vibrant energy! 💯
Top tier staff Yan Hua manning the counter, well-spoken and committed to good service during the super busy weekend dinner period
Always greeted by a friendly auntie when entering!!
Clean and great service overall.
I think we all know who I'm talking about when I say her energy is what makes the experience so good!
Normal sushi. Nothing much to shout about. They dont have bento set only sushi and a few udon to choose from.
Very expensive for average food. And still not full.
So So.
There are many choices of fresh ingredients, the service attitude is very good, the food prices are reasonable, and the dining environment is hygienic and tidy. A very enjoyable and satisfying dinner.
