Friendly service staffs. Generous food portion. Easy to order using tablet. Vegetable cream soup is delicious. Drink cup size too small for the amount paid. Sweet potato fries my favourite starter.

The food was okay. Quite abit rude by the manager in white shirt that need to clear the soup bowl at my table 14 after I finish soup then walk away. Also they were charged me 9% and 10% service charge. When I in the mood. 😕

The food is nice. Service here is very good. One of the aunties is very proactive and willing to step out of her way to help the customers. We got the Creamy Mushroom Soup with Bread Bowl, Impossible Burger, and Ribeye Steak.

When we reached, we were told that the tables are full while there is alot and I mean alot of empty tables… also, a family just left the restaurant so there should be an empty space right?.. no. The female staff said that there will be cleaning going on and thus would affect the kids, etc. I look inside and there was 2 empty tables near the entrance and I point to her saying we could sit here and she said no, we are closed for cleaning., there isn’t any cleaning notice outside the restaurant. We were truly disappointed because we had promise our kids waffles ice cream for a week. And this happened. Told her we already promised the kids ice cream.. and they have been looking forward to this day. Finally she let us sit at that empty table near the entrance which I was pointing to. In fact, this is the 2nd time it happened and now we remembered why we chose other Swensen outlet to dine at instead of Sun Plaza which is the closest to our home. While having our meals, they seem to allow new diners in. So it makes us wonder didn’t they say they tables are full and that they are going to do cleaning? Seems to me they were reluctant to admit us family of 2 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant in for no reason. So we decided that would be our last to dine at Sun Plaza swensen. Sad but we rather pay for services where they are happy to have us. Food was okay. We had kids spaghetti, chix n fries meal, fisherman baked rice, waffles ice cream. I still prefer Northpoint outlet.

Came on a weekday lunch. Was skeptical at first by the bad reviews. But luckily we still came in. Service by Uncle Jacky was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful in explaining the membership app via Telegram, very jovial in helping us with few photo shots for my mum's bday. Service crew Ruth was courteous too, attentive to clear the finished plates. Both the fish & Chips(yummy fries) n the Lamb chops(w mint sauce❤️) were very very good too. Thanks chefs. No crowd thus we had a very pleasant bday lunch. Thank you, team.

Nice cosy place for family or friends to get together for a nice and lovely meals. This is one of the popular and busiest food and beverage outlet here in Sun Plaza and often during weekends, Public Holidays, the lunch or dinner crowd are often packed.

Regular here at Swenson. Not bad for most dishes, except these 2 dishes : Salmon Baked Rice - salty Lamp Chop - too fatty

Great food great service! Doris who served us was fantastic. She was upbeat, cheerful and patiently guided us in ordering and using the App for redemption. Navia while settling our bill was patient in waiting for us to get access to the App for membership scanning. Coming to Swensen’s made our day! It will be even better if Swensen’s provides complimentary wifi for Swensen’s App access!

Long time nv eat at Swensens (I think it must have been 3 years or more) and decided to try it again on somebody's request. Was feeling famished so I ordered the Mega Burger. Amazing... Very well seasoned, very tasty, and very filling.

Had dinner there during my father’s birthday month, Ordered the Beef Stew Rice and didn’t know it was sold out. The manager, Carl is kind enough to offer me free soup and drinks. Overall the service is great and the food quality improved

Ginnie is friendly and cheerful. She and the China guy is are the only people who serves us with respect. Manager is not friendly and never meets my requests.

Beef lasagna is not recommended. Too much tomato taste and it overlap to the beef. Soup is nice. Pizza is ok. Beef tenderloin set the portion is thick and small type. Will rate it 7/10. Price slightly high. Their mash potato is good.

Always the great service and the same familiar faces. Great group of people, we once even had a wrong order of 3 ice creams coming to our tables, but the Manager just said its okay. Top notch.

Great service at the Sembawang branch. My boy spilled his drinks, they not only clean the table quickly, but also gave him another free of charge. Great one for one deal during week days lunch hours.

Chilli fish pasta was delicious as usual. Ordered the coit tower which is the family favourite. Went on a Sunday, about 3pm, so the place wasn't crowded from lunchtime crowd. A pleasant family outing.

Had annual family gathering for birthday. Great mgr n staff although kitchens bit short-handed as our 1st order was a bit slow. Place was full though.

the ice cream lady throw the ice creams onto our table, and the ice creams all melt, its your own problem/decision to cut service stuff, not ours.

I went here a couple times for desert after dinner. Both times i got the Gula Melaka, just too damn good to pass up. A little expensive for desert at $13 but it was very good.
