The BEST chee cheong fun i can found in Singapore, i follow them from Bishan to now at Sin Ming, i cant find the same taste from other places, it is really always a MUST order dish when i visit this dim sum stall. Sambal is justtt too good, chee cheong fun very smooth (all handmade), prawn also consider good portion, nice nice!

Dim sum is all handmade from fresh ingredients. You can see the chicken meat in the chicken pau, and their siew mai is mostly minced meat and not flour.

I give the char siew pau 5 stars. You don’t know until you try and compare them to the Tiong Bahrus, Tanjong Rhus etc. Moist and full filling bursting with flavour. Excellent value. Other items on the menu are about average though.

I would give recommend the siew Mai here. It's a homemade siew Mai so the meat is tender compared to those whole sale versions. There is water chestnuts inside which boost the texture within the dimsum, that extra crunch and the natural sweetness of the water chestnuts works perfectly. The skin is yellow and holds all the goodness together. The siew Mai comes in triplets form, so you will have to enjoy three of the delicious happiness
