Enjoy their mala, the taste is balance and ingredients are fresh and a lot of variety. Having a sauce bar and sanitized chopsticks are a plus point. Recommended!!

First time trying a mala soup, and I must admit that this is surprisingly good! Selection 4 ⭐️ Ambience 5✨ Experience 5 ✨ Food (Quality and Quantity) 5 ✨ Price 3 ⭐️ Nothing to really benchmark this against, but given that it’s nice and isn’t all too oily (we requested for less oil), it was undeniably a 5 star overall. There’s also tissues provided for, not to mention servers to help retrieve the food amidst this COVID period, which sort of adds to the cleanliness/neatness of the place, ensuring every patron gets an equal service and portion. Will definitely be back to try their other broth and selection! 👍🏻 Update, May 2022: Found out by surprised that there’s a 5% service charge and prevailing GST, the latter is understandable, but service charge? I’m to pick my own dishes, make payment at the cashier, collect my own dishes, plus there’s even a tray return area - not sure what I’m missing here.. Update Nov 22 - Service charge has been removed. However they have increased the mala base / soup broth from $1 to $1.50 and a weight charge of $2.68 from $2.38 previously! Nonetheless it’s a decent mala to have if you’re craving for something spicy!

Lots of ingredients to choose from with even clams and intestine! The soupbase is very rich and good! Every spoonful is packed with flavor, and I love how the ingredients soak up the goodness of the broth! The drinks are refreshing, with a unique sweetness!

Craving for mala hotpot and the place was so crowded even though it's over 2pm on a Saturday. There were some people waiting in queue. I just walked in for takeaway, quickly select my ingredients and pay it at the counter. They charged $0.50 extra for takeaway, and gave me a device waiting to be called. The portion looked kinda small & costed me around $18. I asked for medium spicy, but it turned up quite mild. People waiting in the queue had already cleared. I saw that there were a few empty seats around, as I'm carrying a lot of stuffs with me, I took a seat at the side and started packing. Then the staff came over to question me, whether am I going to dine in or take out. And told me that takeaway have to be waiting outside. On my point of view, the staff should depend on case by case basis. It doesn't really take long for us to sit there, just take & go once we are being called. Besides that, the queue has already cleared.

Very disappointed with the service staff. One of the China lady who have fake eyelash extension, she was super rude! 920pm shop not yet closed but I was being chased out of the shop by her to be told to wait outside of the shop. I told her I will sit inside to wait as I need to sit down, she told me to sit outside. HELLO, how to sit outside when there's people keep walking around? Even after I told her I will ownself put up the chair after I sit, she IGNORED ME. Wow, my leg was pain after whole day standing up at work and I still offer to help her to put up the chair and still get ignored? This kind of staff should get a stern warning ! Ohya, she gave me several times of dead stare. How did I offended her by sitting down waiting for my food? I really don't understand

Freshest looking mala ingredients on the shelves I have come across so far. Some places have ingredients soaked in murky looking water -.- Love their dry mala, not too oily not too dry. Highly recommend! Ps: My portion was their min. #smallstomach

dine in at jurong point outlet today, the food was tasty, however there's a lack of honesty here. We ordered a big portion of meat and spinach, however to our surprise the spinach and meat is hard to be seen. Please review the cook over this matter, the consumer is being charge on the weight of the ingredients pick and this is definitely not acceptable. Is the business that bad that the cook have to act this way? Or is he keeping the ingredients for his meal?

Find their pricing more expensive than foodcourt dry mala. But like the fact that only the total weight is taken, regardless of the ingredients chosen so maybe that's the reason why it is more expensive. Their dry mala is not too salty and feels kinda healthier. Was told it is not fried but tossed!

Tried mala soup with little spicy, taste good, although not the best I have so far Ingredients are fresh, and neatly displayed. The price is base on the weight of ingredients, whether is vegetable or meat, I guess very worth it for meat lover? Worth to try if you have no idea what to eat 😁

Been to this stall countless times. Service and food is top-notch when compared to other options in the area. Pricing and portion is fair although queues can be long during peak hours (well worth the wait!).

I frequent this restaurant at least twice a month because I really love their mala soup and food selection! It’s not easy to find good mala soup at reasonable prices in SG so I’m really glad Tang2 opened near my place. Service was great too, staff are polite.

It was delicious. I felt that I needed to be careful when choosing the level of spiciness. I'm relatively good at spicy food, so I ordered it with medium spiciness. But it was more painful than I expected. The Medium was a little different from what I had imagined, so if you don't like spicy food, I recommend choosing the least spicy option. Especially for Japanese people, we recommend the mildest level of spiciness!
