I would like to highlight my experience at Texas Chicken Toa Payoh, on the 26th August between 11:20 am and 11 :30 am, The salted egg fried chicken was good as they had already served lunch at that time. During when I was enquiring at the service counter about breakfast time as I wanted to taste their breakfast next time when I come again, the Philipino staff at the service counter was approachable, but the lady manager in black behind looked back at me and gave me a look of disapprove and told me abruptly "No breakfast!" , so I asked again , I want to know the time of breakfast from what time, the Philipino service staff replied to me politely, " sorry we have breakfast from 8:30am to 11:30am.." From my point of view, I think in the way of response and running of the restaurant as a manager, she should be more professional in her etiquettes and respect towards customer.. because that just tells you what kind of personality that person is and gives a very bad impression as a restaurant manager .. I myself can imagine what the staff is going through with this kind of manager managing them if already her reaction was so abrupt towards customers. First, she, the manager did not even care to understand and replied "no breakfast" was hilariously unethical and unprofessional. If the manager don't want to interact with customers, let the friendly service staff reply to the customers, they are more professional in handling customers than their manager..it's not fair for patronizing customers to receive such negative attitude especially from a manager of the restaurant. I hope the company will look into this matter in regards to customer service and etiquettes of not only staff but also managers .

The ordering kiosk has a bug, allowing only for choosing one drink even when I should have 3. Also does not allow ordering two sides of the same type. Clearly not enough testing done. There is no place to wash hands, yet.
