Love the vibe while having high tea buffet here. My fab are the peranakan dessert here. Absolutely love them and the rest of the food selections are pretty alright. I'd definitely come back here as I have major sweet tooth. Check out my dessert selection from the photos 😁

Came for the Pink Hope High Tea to support the fight against the breast cancer cause. Rose Veranda, as usual the service was top notch and the ambience was peaceful. Three tier high tea set was just good for two in terms of the portion. But the taste, the softness and freshness of the pastries were not up to the usual standard unfortunately. Probably the kueh kueh for the neighborhood market taste better. Of course paying the premium price for the “atas” feel lah.....

Spacious lounge aircond relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating and great views of the waterfall garden and swimming pool of Shangri-la Hotel with breezy greenery away from busy cityscapes. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming warm ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats and families.

If you are a sweet tooth person and start getting bored with 3-tier style afternoon tea, The Rose Veranda is another place which you can consider. The afternoon tea buffet spread consist of sushi and sashimi, tim sum, cheese counter, cooked food, sorbet ice cream and lots of different types dessert.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself over at The Rose Veranda, Shangri-la! The sashimi is sooooo fresh and thick! I miss the taste even till today! Service by the crew was fabulous! Everyone was polite, smiley and very courteous. Irish lamb stew, Hot chocolate concoction, raspberry crumble and Pandan kaya cake are not to be missed! They are sooooo GOOD! 👍🏽

Had a wonderful second time here, beautiful atmosphere with a wide variety of food and desserts. The service staff are especially attentive and friendly and you also get a 10% discount with DBS/UOB/Citibank cards. Definitely a wonderful place to come to for a good all you can eat for 2.5 hours.

We celebrated the birthdays for 2 of my friends at Rose Veranda today. It was made more special by Eunice, who was professional and attentive, from making the reservation to welcome us and the dining experience, a 6 stars delightful one! Thank you!

The beef & cod fish was excellent. Ambience was perfect too. Just that the serving of food took too long almost 45 mins when there’s only a few table.

Classics done right. Service was exemplary. Me and my friend ordered the tier set at $38++ instead of the high tea buffet spread. The buffet spread had a very high variety but we weren't so hungry hence opted for the tier set. We were given one choice of tea or coffee but it was continuously refillable. I wasn't able to eat one or two of the items but the service staff was nice enough to give me some extra of the other items. I loved the scones that came with whipped cream which was absolutely delightful. The sweet cakes and macaroons hit the spot without being overtly sweet.

Had their CNY festive menu which was OK - nothing to shout about. What was disappointing was that they only had a 2 hour dining slot which they didn’t tell us about before we sat down (even though I acknowledge it was in the menu which we only saw once at the start of our meal), which resulted in us feeling extremely rushed to finish our afternoon tea and desserts. Wasn’t a very relaxed ambience for afternoon tea.

Amazing food and desserts. Long buffet hours for you to chill with friends and family members. Their special tea menu comes in a wide range of flavors both unique and classy. Do give it a try !

One of the best high tea places I have been. Menu changes regularly, love their variety of chocolate desserts. Usually get a cosy corner with sofa with a good view of the pool.

I used it during Golden Week in Japan. For $68 per person, I thought it was a very good value for money as it included a platter of 4 types of meals, a main dish (choose from 4 menus such as beef, chicken, etc.), a palate cleanser, and a dessert bar (all you can eat). Scones and tea or coffee are included as a service. I don't think you need to worry about the hospitality of the employees as you would expect from Shangri-La. Maybe it was because I visited during the daytime on a weekday, but there weren't any other customers making a lot of noise, so I think it's a highly recommended place.
