Glad that they still have the Chirashi available! We used Burpple 1 for 1 and it was very worth it. As I didn't wanna eat rice, decided the have the prawns pasta instead. It was really good, buttery and nice. Would come back again for this!

Pasta, beef cheeks, mash potato. Not too bad but wasnt memorable. I did enjoy my coffee and dessert though.

pork belly bowl was rly sweet and the meat had that tough outer skin layer, not recommended. the beef hamburg with egg was quite tasty, although the beef hamburg was really hard. the spicy wings were decent. without burpple i would never pay the prices on the menu for the quality, tho this is a personal opinion.

If I could give 7 stars for this place, I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best overall experiences in a bar I've ever had! Service staff were super friendly and accommodating: Sat us inside once people didn't show for their reservation, super polite about it. Offered to make custom drinks just as we asked for fun. Don't be afraid to ask! Complimentary plum shots because we had to shift seats a few times and it was loud - we didn't expect it, but it was definitely appreciated. Food and drinks were great, price point was reasonable, but the experience was certainly 👌🏻 I'll definitely be back!

was around the area and decided to check out this place as there was burpple 1 for 1 mains and the food definitely didn’t disappoint!! We tried the truffle fries, wagyu hamburg don & the mentaiko salmon don and we loved the food!!! The truffle fries had sufficient truffle flavor & i loved how the fries served here are thin fries instead of thicker ones (which means they are crispier too!!) the wagyu hamburg don was soooo good too, the scrambled eggs were nicely cooked and the wagyu hamburg left us amazed! The salmon mentaiko don wasn’t spicy at all (menu stated that it was spicy…) and the team was generous with the amount of mentaiko & tobiko given!!! We were there around 7.30pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t crowded (could walk in without a reservation). Despite so, we had to wait a little while for the food to be served but it was definitely worth my wait ◡̈

We first found out about The Tipsy Tavern through their showcase at Artbox Singapore 2023 💁‍♀️💁‍♂️ - it was the first stall that caught our eye! We got their 𝘼𝙣𝙮 3 𝙏𝙖𝙘𝙤𝙨 ($16) comprising the vibrant 𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝙎𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙥 taco that featured fresh bouncy shrimp 🦐 served atop a bed of purple cabbage slaw 🥬. The slaw went really well to add crunch & spice! Their 𝙋𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 taco topped with mango salsa 🥭 and sour cream was a stunner too. The pork 🐷 was so soft and infused with so much flavour! Don’t overlook the salsa though, it cleverly balanced out this savoury taco by adding some tropical sour notes. Last but not least, their 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙖! The yellow corn taco shell was a lil’ soggy from absorbing the delicious juices from the beef - which was extremely tender & tasty. This taco was served with the consommé the beef was cooked in 🥘 and it was chockful of flavour. Whatever concoction this was, it had us licking our fingers! 😋 We topped it off with a 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙯𝙚𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙖 ($12) 🥭🍸 which was icy & refreshing. The mango wasn’t overpowering and carried some sourness, intensified by the paprika salt lining We’re REALLY impressed 😍 with the food from The Tipsy Tavern - we'd definitely drop by their outlet here one day :) Follow us on IG @toofoodtomiss for more foodie content!

Kakis wanted a quiet and cool place to makan. So, we ended up here. Wagyu don could have been better — it was overdone and tough to break it apart. Portion was generous, sauce a tad sweet and familiar. Pickled ginger (or the like) would have contrasted this sweetness nicely. Ikura was a bonus. Egg could have been a tad runnier. Overall, ambience won the day, with their cool playlist.

In this small cozy place, the Pulled Pork Tacos had a nice crunch and satisfying taste. The Unagi Bowl was also great. Unfortunately, have yet to try their drinks.

Ambience was cozy and nice if you're seated inside. But food was quite average in my opinion for the price point. The wagyu beef bowl is too chewy for my liking

Chill and relaxed vibe on a weekday night. Must try the grilled cheese, something different 😄 the hamburg patty was slightly on the dryer side but probably to complement the scrambled eggs and cheese in the rice bowl.

The cozy atmosphere, combined with both indoor and outdoor seating options, created the perfect ambiance for a delightful evening / night. In particular, I would like to commend your red wine. It was truly remarkable and undoubtedly one of the best I have ever tasted. The richness of flavors and the impeccable quality made it an absolute delight to savor. A nice bar ran by a group of young people. The place does them credit. I am not a cocktail person but I was impressed by how prettily presented my friend's was. We had some specials. I normally don't like cheese but the ball shaped snack was good. And the pork belly was also very good. It's a nice quiet place suitable for talking. I am glad we took the time to visit.

Fell in love with this lovely bistro Came for lunch - had a coffee and a smoked trout croissant. Very chill vibes both day and night, stayed for some cocktails. My favourite is the holy mother of gin and tonic 10/10 recommend

The place is away from the main road so you need to walk further up after dimbulah Cafe. Located directly opposite guoco tower. You won't regret making the extra effort to walk there. Food is reasonably priced and comes in big portions. Most importantly is that it tastes great. Highlights are the drinks. They serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, wine, hard liquor and exotic craft beers. The Hawaiian stunner I tried was a real stunner. Try the international love if you don't fancy alcohol. Place may be a little small but it is a cosy hangout to chill after work in the city area. Plus the boss there is tall, friendly and stunning to look at. What more to ask for? Highly recommended!
