Reviews of Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles
Always here for their dry beef noodle!
Reminds me of Shenzhen food 100%!!
Recommended!
Good beef, good chilli, good side dishes
Been to this brand few times and they’re very consistent!
Despite the lunch hour, it wasn’t very crowded and the food arrives very fast.
The service is tip top.
Had their mala noodles and I must say it’s one of the best halal beef noodles I’ve had so far.
Ordered lanzhou beef noodle and mushroom noodles with scallion oil. The beef noodle was exceptional, with incredibly fragrant and clear bouillon. Picture that with chill oil, a visual feast indeed.
But I personally found the mushroom noodles with scallion oil is little short. Probably it's too sweet or perhaps, it is not Fragrant enough. But have seen better noodles elsewhere.
It is about chilli. Their fried chilli has a really good fragrance and neither too spicy nor too hot.
Mainly only six different menu items with an option of different home made noodles from small to flat. Beef, chicken or vegetarian. Dry or soup.
Can upgrade to set menu which comes with an egg, a side and a drink.
My favourite is dry chicken noodle and like the way they cook the meat.
Taste better than before. Noodles and side dish are all authentic.
mala beef noodles (s) thick noodle
noodle was not as thick as i thought but the texture was rlly nice
small portion of beef and not so spicy
should try their prawn dumplings!
I have always loved these types of Chinese style noodle dishes, esp the la mian ones. This one is in the same vein, & what is wonderful is that they have their own dry noodles type added to their repertoire of la mian dishes! Their signature beef noodle is always a delight & a 1st choice for those who are new to this, i esp. Love their mushroom dry noodle. Super yummy! Their beancurd side dish & mutton skewer are also v.gd👌🏼 their service is prompt & the service staff are systematic, polite & helpful. Always such a delight eating at this branch. Highly recommended La Mian noods here!!!
Went at 2PM on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. Had the mala soup version and opted for thick noodles, and it was pretty good! Service was good and so was food, would definitely recommend, especially to Muslim friends since it is a Halal eatery! (P.S: Add on a braised egg and have it with the soup, it is well-marinated and really yumz!)
We ordered the Mala Beef Noodle set. I love the “Small Flat” noodles! The set comes with side dish, drinks and braised beef. Very flavourful soup.
I would have preferred the noodle to be more chewy (and not overly cooked)... The prawn dumplings were nice
Order the signature beef noodle. Noodle and beef is thin sliced. The broth is sweet and clear. Chinese restaurant with halal certified. Just that the number of beef slice is too little.
Omg....the beef & noodles are sooooooo....good, haven't tasted this since I last been in China!!!
Ordered the dry beef noodles. The texture was perfect and the sauce was flavourful. Beef was not tough and easy to eat :)
i had the signature normal beef noodles.
it’s just as advertised, tender beef, tasty chilli and very enjoyable noodles
Worth the try! The soup is extremely tasty (borderline salty). The amount for just the small portion is enough for most people. Had about 6-8 variations of noodles to choose from.
This shop is a good place for Muslims to have Chinese noodles. Although they have a reputation, their staff and cooks are getting complacent/arrogant. Many times they misinterpret our orders. This was after we have made checks and paid for our food. They also tend to assign us to small, cramp parts of the restaurant even with a toddler, while they assign individuals to better seats. My family and I are getting upset with their work. The 3 stars I give is mainly for the taste.
Friendly and helpful staff, awesome food, generous portions, and affordable! (You can adjust the spiciness level too, I got a small portion with mild spiciness.)
The signature beef noodles are the best! Their dry chicken noodles are also good. Pick the large bowl if you're a big noodle fan. Price is affordable and the venue is clean, service is ok.
Love the noodles, always come here whenever i travel to work from the east. When im sad i just have a bowl of LZBN and im happier alr lol. Fast service also, i once had 9 mins to go from mrt to take bus at interchange, and i went to buy LZBN, I managed to go LZ from mrt, dabao, and go the bus INT within 9 mins.
very delicious. the broth tasty. a lot of variants noodles. chilli oil very nice. if u can't eat pork but want try lamian. can visit this place.
Very friendly people. Prepared something special for our kids.
Pricewise good value
Not really for vegetarians. However, the side dishes are good, but don't get you full.
Great food and great service! :-) i would like to commend one of the staff who was manning the cashier for her kindness! I didnt get her name though, but she was a Malay lady in a tudong, working at 2pm on 8 Nov 2019!
Had a satisfying meal at this outlet with my family. Am very glad they decided to open one in the West. The service was prompt even though it was almost full house. The staff were friendly too. Will come back soon!
Awesome halal beef noodle selections, but side dish (peanut, egg etc.)portion not worth (portion less for the price)
Nice noodles with reasonable slices of beef. Love the Mala, cold dishes not bad either.
Food is halal. Also suitable for our halal friends too. Food is good especially the beef soup.
Very authentic, very delicious, worth a visit.
Gives more options than their competitors; noodle shape and mala flavour. Nice atmosphere. Tender beef :)
Service and food very nice , staff very patient and friendly to explain promotion for us , good job 🙂
Had the dry beef noodle with wide flat noodle. I like it...
Their prawn dumplings are god tier
Great taste, soup version very clear and nice. Many side dishes to choose. !
Authentic lanzhou la mian! Same taste as in China. Quality food and friendly staffs!
Quite ok but I just feel lacking certain omph in the flavour of the soup.
As usual, they meet expectations
A very delicious beef noodle
As usual they meet expectations
Food taste is good
Beef tastes delicious
Update- still tastes delicious
authentic
Delicious beef noodles
It tastes good. You can try the fried noodles here which are very fragrant and the spicy beef noodles are also very good. There are also many side dishes/snacks to choose from and I have been visiting frequently.
tasty! I go there at least once every month! I really miss the taste of Lanzhou Ramen!
This is a very authentic way of making it. The soup looks clear but the bone soup is very flavorful. White radish slices and chili beef are must-haves!
The noodles are also made by the chef as you place your order! You can order wide or thin noodles according to your preference.
The price is really not expensive. Compared with the Japanese ramen in Singapore, it is really cheap! It’s really worth 10 bucks! A big bowl. recommend
Today I went to Lanzhou Ramen Restaurant in Brunei. The ramen is very chewy😋, and the rich and fragrant soup is the main soul of this bowl of noodles. The warm and comfortable environment and atmosphere of the restaurant are just right. You can feel it before you even step into the door. I smelled the fragrance of beef, and the staff and chefs were very friendly. 👍👍
I passed by Jurong Point today and found that there is also beef noodles here. The taste is the same as the one in Chinatown...like it👍
The first time I went there, I felt the service was chaotic! The food is a bit expensive, the quality doesn't match the price, and the service isn't great. The most important thing is that the spicy sauce given has no taste, which is a very strange experience.
The price is expensive but the noodles are really good! Authentic Lanzhou taste! Give the boss a thumbs up!
good
