Fast service, yummy & very near to mrt simei. Malaysians should come here after changi airport !! Got free voodoo fries & then another 2 boneless chicken for the survey hehe

This outlet has consistently provided high quality, piping hot food whenever I’ve chosen to eat there. The quality of take away orders leaves much to be desired, but the staff were quick to rectify their mistakes. Vijay, the outlet supervisor in particular, handled the situation tactfully when I approached them asking for a replacement for one of my sides, which was forgotten in a previous order. Highly recommend eating at the outlet itself.

Food was great and tasty!! The mushroom fritters could be warmer and crispier though, but overall a great meal! There was some technical issue with my order, but Vijay kindly assisted me with it. Thank you!

Good service from the staff here. The fries came cold & soggy at first so we asked the kitchen staff to heat it up & they gave us a fresh batch and apologised. The manager on duty handled the whole matter professionally. Keep up the good work :)

My first Wingstop visit aft 3-5 years 🫨 Relatively empty at 5pm so our food came within 10 mins!! Very fast 👍🏼👍🏼 Bought the Mushroom Fritters which came piping hot 🤤 and the 6pc Wings in Kicap Manis and Inferno (had me tearing up its so spicy 😭🔫) Food tasted great, staff was very attentive and friendly! Would drop by again during this hour again:)

Okay food, always take a long time to prepare your order. Waited 45mins and if I didn’t confront the staff I wouldn’t have gotten my order. Lady said sorry cause they are busy but what people see is their staff chatting away and taking their own sweet time to prepare the food. I understand if staff is trying their best and working efficiently to get orders out during peak hours and hence a longer wait, but I don’t think it’s an excuse for the employees to work slow because there is a lot of orders. And 45mins is just not acceptable, wing stop is a fast food chain afterall. Dear management team, please send a mystery shopper of some sorts to QC this outlet. Or track your orders to see how long people have to wait from payment to leaving. Or just let us know how many orders are there before us.

Food is good but wait is very long. Slightly over half an hour for our meal in a fast food place on a weekday night. Also this outlet has ALOT of flies. Hope something is done about this.
