C. C.Egg fried rice with braised beef tasted OK. Maybe remind your staff not to splash the dirty water on the condiments while cleansing the wok.

s. c.The food was good BUT I think that also depends on which staff member cooks for you. I got to see 2 staff members cook at the same time and the one who prepared mine (a nice lady named Nai Lee I think) had amazing technique. You could tell just by watching her cook that she had been doing this a long time.. The food tasted good too. At the same time the other cook (probably new) seemed very very scared while tossing the wok ingredients ..
