Very nice food good portioning I love how you can get refillable rice/soup/pickles/salad when you order their rice meals (as of now) and served with great customer service. thanks, would recommend 👍🏼👌🏼

This is my 4th visit. The service and food is good as usual. The chicken nanban is accompanied with tartar sauce with chopped hard-boiled eggs and my son really likes it. Different meal sets are available at different prices. (E.g. basic set is free flow rice+soup+salad for $3.90) Order via iPad on table. The rice is fluffy and fragrant. (Hubby said it reminds him of his time in Japan) rice refills are unlimited & diy (as are salad, miso soup, pickles) at 50g, 100g & 150g. They have a section of seats outdoors so kids can enjoy the playground nearby. We always leave full, satisfied and happy.

Service staff are patient attentive. Food size are decent while the set meal provides refill of rice, miso soup and salad with added pickles making the meals all worth it.

Rushing to accept customers at 845pm but emphasising tat kitchen closes at 9pm adds stress to Dining experience. Pricing for Refill rice n salad station is complicated and hostile explanation on charges for accidental sharing ruins family time. Should just simplify

Although maybe on the pricey side but the freshness, taste and portion it's well worth it. This could be a weekly or monthly visit for me personally.
