We had a room for dinner and ordered a la carte including lo hei, braised duck, steamed chicken, a huge pomfret and their signature hei zhou. Seriously outstanding cooking in every single dish not to mention the desserts were superbly executed, eg or nee was done teochew style, not too sweet with a hint of ginger. Outstanding service all evening as well (not so common in SG these days). Top class!
