In 2023 when I first joined Achievers Dream, I was continuously just passing with a C6 in Chemistry. During AD, I was able to fully comprehend on chapters which I would have never been able to understand when just going to school. Their colourful and informative notes which were concise were able to help me understand topics easily. The teachers at AD were very sweet and understanding and were able to help me improve. They would ask me to ask them questions after class and message them if I have any doubts. We would meet up before WAs and prelims to clear doubts. Furthermore, their lab lessons were based on a variety of diff topics and from barely scraping to pass, I was able to excel in my lab performance. I managed to score a B3 for O levels. I believe that AD is a great chemistry tuition centre and thank you to all the AD Teachers!

Despite its brevity, my time as a teacher at Achievers Dream has been enjoyable. True to its name, the learning center places a significant emphasis on refining students' competency and mastery of Chemistry concepts to the highest level possible. Given the increasing complexity of O level questions that require thinking outside the box, the center prioritizes equipping students with critical thinking skills. One notable aspect that has been a true asset is the extra practical practice sessions in the Chemistry Lab. I was barely passing chemistry in secondary 3, constantly getting C5 or C6 for chemistry. Worried about my chemistry, I stumbled upon Achievers Dream on youtube advertisements and decided to give it a try. I started with the Sec 3 crash course at the end of 2022, aiming to strengthen my foundation in chemistry, and continue enrolling in the regular classes in Sec 4. The teachers in AD help make complex concepts in chemistry easy to understand and engaging. They encouraged questions, welcomed discussions, and took the time to ensure that every student grasped the fundamental principles before moving on. In upper sec combined science, I had struggled to maintain a passing grade with my weak understanding of chemistry topics. However during the course of several months enrolling in achievers dream, the teachers and staff have been very patient and were instrumental in creating a conducive and productive environment for learning. The concise, applicable revision notes and challenging practice papers have also been an invaluable commodity for quick recaps and recall, strengthening key concepts. I really appreciate the support of the teachers for clarifying any murky topics and for their additional intensive online lessons during exam season. AD has really helped me a lot in my chemistry. We were given summary notes that were really clear and organized where I could easily refer to. Monthly practical lessons also helped me better understand the contents and get As in practical tests in school. The teachers would assist us or clarify our doubts during the lessons itself, also spending time explaining the answers. For weekly lessons, after teaching parts of a chapter, we would move on to questions to make us better understand the chapters and the teachers would give us a lot of tips to memorize the contents or when answering questions. Lessons were also enjoyable as my teacher was very friendly and easy to talk to, which made me look forward to class every week. Back in June in the year I was going to take my O levels, I was struggling with grasping concepts and understanding chemistry, constantly getting f9s. It was then when AD was recommended to me. I joined the holiday programmes, which were taught by enthusiastic and passionate teachers who put in their best efforts to ensure that students were able to understand and keep up with the lesson. Lessons were very engaging and educational, with effective notes and pieces of information put together in a clear and concise way that was easy to understand. Afterwards, I joined the weekly lessons and managed to improve on my chemistry, thanks to the many resources provided by AD. During lessons, it was ensured that no man was left behind and that everyone was able to keep up and understand. At the end, I improved greatly and got a B3 for my pure chem at O Levels! With the constant support and help from my tutor, my class persisted through getting undesirable grades and where motivated to study for chem. I joined achievers dream at the start of my last year in secondary school, i was recommended to join by one of my friend who was also attending the classes. The notes provided were detailed, yet simple enough for me to understand. Not only do they provide these well-curated notes in class, they also have an app that allows students to attempt MCQ questions, and detailed explanations are provided for questions we get wrong. The AD teachers are very thorough with their teaching, and always ensure that i understand whatever is being taught. They are all also very patient, and take the time to explain difficult concepts. On top of going through content, Achievers Dream also offers monthly chemistry practical sessions, which definitely proved useful, on top of the practices that took place in school. The practical sessions follow closely with the syllabus, and we are always exposed to different experiments which helped to build up my confidence and skills for this component of the subject. Closer to the O level period, Achievers dream exposed us to more unique chemistry experiments, preparing us for the chance of having a more uncommon practical experiment. In addition to the weekly lessons, teachers at AD also take the effort to go the extra mile, opening up consultation sessions for students who need the extra help. In Sec 3 when I started to learn chemistry, I was really struggling in it as I wasn’t getting my As like before. My school teacher’s support was limited, but when I joined AD, I discovered a wealth of resources, including cheat sheets which were extremely useful in my understanding of chemistry. CHARMAINE CHIN Before joining AD, I stuggled to break the B3/B4 barrier in upper secondary. Finally, when my grades dropped from there in CA2 of Sec four, I knew I had to do something about my Chemistry. A quick google search brought me to Achievers’ Dream Chemistry Specialist, and after a diagnostic test with AD and hearing about the miraculous jumps in the grades of previous students, I was resolute that I had to join. I have not regretted the decision at all. In fact, it is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made! On top of weekly 2-hour classes that cover topics ahead of school and in-depth, AD also provides monthly lectures that go through more chemistry questions. Chemistry questions are up-to-date with the current syllabus and exam trends and stretch students to their full potential. Moreover, teachers explain chemistry concepts and questions in a clear and succinct way. 10/10 for the teaching and the patience and diligence of teachers and curriculum writers! I would 110% recommend AD! Because of them, I have attained an A1 in prelims and finally in o levels!!

Before March 2023 Chemistry was my worst and most hated subject, an E8 staring me down every test. Then I found AD. Here, lessons were like puzzles we solved together, with notes so colorful they practically danced off the page. The teachers explained the toughest stuff in ways that I was able to understand easily. At AD, there is no need to dry memorise. We did experiments, played games and the teachers facilitated engaging discussions that encouraged critical thinking and application of chemical knowledge. And the support? Always there, like a secret weapon. My teacher was always promptly answering my questions both during and after class. She understood my struggles and encouraged me to keep pushing, celebrating every small victory along the way. By October, that E8 was a distant memory. I had jumped a whopping 5 grades to a B3 in my O Levels Chemistry exam! This incredible improvement wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of the amazing teachers at AD.

Before joining Achievers Dream, I was not doing so well in chemistry, mostly scoring a D7. Once I joined AD, I was provided with many clear and concise notes, summarising each chapter to its key points and concepts. This allowed for easy revision of topics and quick clarification with teachers. This allowed me to gain a much better understanding of the concepts and topics which allowed me to score much better in my theory papers. In addition, AD is one, if not the only chemistry tuition centre with a certified chemistry lab available for practical practice. This allowed for more exposure to the different types of experiments and procedures that can be tested during the GSCE O levels! Coincidentally, one of such experiments done during these lab practices came out for my O levels in 2023! Furthermore, the teachers at AD are all excellent and friendly! No matter what, they always go out of their way to help students with anything and everything. The teachers at AD are extremely knowledgeable at their craft and hardworking, without a doubt any question that you have they could answer! The teachers also instil good and important values into their students, striving to nurture them into better people! Thanks to AD, my grades have consistently improved, allowing me to score a B3 in the 2023 O-level chemistry exam. When i started chemistry in school in sec3, i found it so hard to grasp its concepts and catch up with the class. Thus i found myself failing a lot of my quizzes and tests because I didn’t understand how to apply basic chemistry concepts, and i started haring the subject. However when i entered AD, they provided me with precise and summarised notes that were easy to digest, followed by lesson books in which the topics the teachers dilligently went through, that really instilled an interest in me in learning chemistry, and honed my skills and my understanding of each topic. Before I joined Achievers’ Dream, I was getting S/U grades for chemistry and was put into many extra classes in school. I joined AD only after my mid years in j2, but I was able to clear up a lot of misconceptions and my foundation in chemistry was getting better in just a short amount of time. Ive joined AD from sec4-JC2, AD teaching has allowed me to achieve a strong fundamental on chemistry, this really aided me in getting a B in H2 chem as H2 chem is one of the most difficult subjects in JC. Throughout jc, I was always borderline passing chemistry, scoring Ds and Es but AD helped me score an A in the Alevels. AD helped me better understand the concepts within the h2 chemistry syllabus and taught me how to apply my knowledge to various types of questions. The lab sessions are also extremely useful as they serve as additional practise to prepare for the exam and exposes us to the different types of possible experiments. The teachers are patient and helpful, and are always willing to explain concepts even though it may be hard for the students to grasp them and multiple rounds of explanations may be required. For the theory lessons, I attended the crash course as my foundation of chemistry was really really weak. When I first came to Achievers Dream, I was consistently failing, and found chemistry impossible to understand. I was frustrated at why it was so hard to learn, after all, the syllabus wasn't much in comparison to my content heavy subjects, like geography, but there was a lot that I simply couldn't grasp the concepts of. Before i joined AD, i found it hard to catch up and grasp some concepts taught in school and was struggling to cope and understand concepts. However, even though i only joined AD in the second half of secondary 4, it helped me understand organic chemistry and helped me build a strong foundation. Ever since Secondary 3, I’ve had very little appreciation for Chemistry. Often I wondered why I wasn’t allowed to opt for just Biology and Physics. Due to my lack of interest in Chemistry, I’ve constantly failed and thought of giving up on the subject. Back then, my Chemistry grades usually ranged from E8 to D7. During my Secondary 4 Mid-Year Examinations, I scored a D7 for Chemistry. My mother was very worried about my grades then. One fine day, she came across an advertisement online showing how Achiever’s Dream(AD) had improved students’ grades over the past years. Usually, tuition centres put up advertisements to showcase how they have helped students improve on their grades. Sadly, in my case, it didn’t really work out. Before I joined AD, I did not understand many chemistry concepts which were confusing to me. My results always fluctuated between Cs and Bs, or even Ds. I did not feel confident about scoring for Chemistry and even regretted taking Pure Chemistry. After I joined AD, I received extra 'cheat sheets' that greatly helped me summarise each chapter worth 10-15 pages into a 2 page summary. I only needed to know the main points of the chapter. The acronyms by AD for pure content knowledge even helped me a lot. The practical lessons were also a key to help in the 20% of the subject. I couldnt have achieved an A2 without the help of AD.
