Afterskool is a great tuition centre to send ur kids to. The teachers are very friendly and competent and very nice. The the facilities are well maintained. For example there’s even a study area for students to chill. I find their chemistry and math notes very useful and would reccomend this centre to secondary students.

After joining AfterSkool back in Year 3, my Chemistry grades have significantly improved from a D7 to an A1 in the short span of 5-6 months. I believe that the teachers at the centre are extremely dedicated in helping and assisting the students there, providing additional consultations and help outside of regular class. I have since joined more subjects and it has benefitted me greatly from secondary school to junior college also.

Even when it is not your lesson you can come to the centre to study and ask whichever teacher for help. My teacher is Evonne, I feel that she is very chill and super helpful always responsive and goes very throughly. She is reliable and has passion for teaching.

It's a really great place!! The centre is well furnished, the teachers are constantly going the extra mile to help you and their materials are very helpful. I improved by 5 bands in O levels Maths :)

I took Chemistry Higher Level classes for the IB program. The curriculum was well structured and the teaching staff dedicated, often going out of their way to ensure that students are on track. For example the teachers often stayed back after classes or arranged for remedial lessons to aid the weaker students. Eventually, I achieved a grade 7 for the final exam, to which Afterskool played a big part in. 10/10 would recommend.

My son learnt everything he needed to know about O levels Science and Math from Afterskool tutors and only from them. Unlike his school teachers, they were outstanding, dedicated, fair and a really committed group of educators who know their craft and never fail to encourage the weaker students to aim for the stars. This to me are hallmarks of effective teachers- the intrinsic value they add to a "hopeless case' and causing the student to believe that he has ability to conquer his fears and negative thinking . My son's confidence grew from nothing to something. They never gave up on him even though he was weak in Physics and Math. Instead, they were patient, affirming, positive and friendly. Unfortunately, the reverse happened in school. He was very unmotivated as the terrible teachers he met have no passion in teaching them and even unethically suggested that he dropped the subjects he was weak in. Alex Lee, the founder took my son under his wing as his mentee and personally drew up a special time table for him so that he could maximise his time for his studies and other non academic activities. The fees charged wereave. Therefore,a heartfelt thank you to all the tutors who have taught my son , KW for Physics, Math and Chemistry. My biggest regret is that I didn't enrol him there earlier. Therefore, I have already informed Alex that my youngest son will be attending AFTERSKOOL in 2 years' time (2020) the moment he starts Secondary 1. Till we meet again.
