Not just your usual cooking class, with some knowledge sharing into sustainable business practices with Singapore’s first and only upcycled food platform. As a corporate team event to make mooncakes, it was insightful yet fun and engaging. Not least to say the finished product was delicious!! Who knew spent tea &coffee and soy bean pulp could be quite the delicacy. Thanks to Reei Pyn and team! Erin
Wholistic F&B training institute for would be F&B enthusiasts or professionals.
They conduct various courses for F&B staffs according to SFA requirements.
Tdy we worked in groups to make naan and roti and chicken for indian cuisine
Highly recommended! Had a great time on a corporate cooking evening with colleagues and friends. Organisation was very good, food prep was mostly done for us so all we had to was to cook the dishes without ruining them. Very knowledgeable team of Chefs providing instructions and guidance, and nice wine to go with it all.
The Indian cuisine cooking class I took was very experimental. Chef Satish who taught us has vast experience in the cuisine. He shared lots of cooking tip and was very detailed in explaining the different spices and it’s benefits.
The recipes was easy to follow and the result was excellent. I highly recommend this class to all who love Indian food. 👍
I love the concept of integrating spent ingredients in preparing the sumptuous WellSpent British dinner. Sustainability efforts. The presentation was very creative. I would definitely share my dining experience amongst friends in the Philippines. Ang Sarap!
Company retreat was held here, At-Sunrice GlobalChef. The programme was well executed. Chef Frederico facilitated our cooking session. He was very friendly and accommodating. He made cooking fun and enjoyable. Hopefully we can have our retreat here again! Thank you!
Went for a fine dinning course and it was good experience. The food served was excellent. The school provided quite a range of classes from western to Asian cuisine and even a pastry/baking classes too.
It is very fun to do, the chefs are very friendly and will give us a lot of advice on how to do the work. The ingredients provided are of high quality and the amount of ingredients given is a lot.
5/5 will recommend people to come here.
excellent culinary courses with great chefs
It was a great learning and upgrading knowledge at here. Awesome instructors. But why need a dress code, when we are working with uniforms even end of the course. Anyway great to be here
Love the location and environment (near Tai Seng mrt). Bad curriculum planning. We were informed of the wrong timing. Some lessons ended early. There were different versions of the recipes handed out. Till now, still don't know which is the correct version.
An informative workshop. Provides a wider scope of the kitchen operation in general and more specifically, the culinary school as well. Been enjoying a lot on today’s visit. Hope to be here again on another occasion.
Love the additional knowledge shared by Chef Satish. He even made us masala tea. The best dum biriyani I ever tasted

Chef fairos is very patience with us. Clear explanation. Even taught us how the smell of each individual dish or paste should be b4 cooking it. That's gd. Keep up the excellent professional work. Definitely will join again. Only appreciate if there is a halal kitchen on its own n allow the Muslims to wear tudung. The head scarf. Thanks
I joined the 3 day class of Japanese Agemono n found it interesting n acquired a lot of tips fr the Chef fr Japan, Tsuji Culinary Institute. It was a very authentic lesson n I thoroughly recommend to anyone interested in cooking as a hobby or a professional Chef.
Excellent time with my fellow colleagues learning upcycling; we made delicious tomato soup, salt with egg shells and banana chocolate chip muffins
The location is easily accessible and opposite Tai Seng MRT. Had a good and dedicated chef as a teacher. The kitchens are well equipped. There is a wide variety of culinary courses, and SkillsFuture Credits can be used here. The administration services can be improved.
Learnt so much from my 8 day pte chef course! Picked up new skills fr the dedicated instructors , refined my recipes and am now a much better cook!
It was a fun experience learning how to make mooncakes at my school! I really hope I have the opportunity to do it again!!

Fun experience for team bonding!
The experience is superb. I have never roasted a chicken on my own and this is the first time I get to roast a chicken successfully.
Here at At-Sunrice, the students are trained well and prepared for the work environment. The programs have focus for comprehensive knowledge and practice.
We had enjoyed the "MasterChef" activity very much! We had a great bonding time by cooking together!
As someone who hates to see over consumerism, I am so pleased to see how Spent food ingredients are upcycled. This is what the world needs so much now. Kudos!
