I've attended Chef Lee's panettone class organised by Bakefresh Studio. Chef Lee is very friendly and patient in his teaching. He shares his knowledge and skills generously and is always ready to address our questions and doubts. The panettone and hot cross bun that he taught is very soft and yummy! Thank you Chef Lee and Bakefresh Studio for organising this class! Looking forward to attending more of Chef Lee's classes in the future!
