Our son has been with Blue House Rambai since its early days, back when it followed a Montessori approach under the previous management as young as 18 months old to Kindergartener today. We’ve seen the school evolve under Blue House management into a Reggio Emilia-based learning environment. While there were some initial challenges, particularly with teachers turnover, the school has made tremendous improvements under the leadership of a new principal. The educators are incredibly nurturing, respecting each child’s individuality and allowing them to truly be themselves. Despite the play based approach, we’ve seen remarkable growth in our son, and we feel confident in his readiness for the public school system in Singapore. Childhood only happens once, and we are grateful for the play-based environment that has allowed him to grow. While his sister attended a more structured Montessori school, we’ve seen a vast difference in their experiences. His ability to think outside the box has dumbfounded us at times, and we attribute much of that to the creative and nurturing space at Blue House. Absolutely thankful for all of the educators at Blue House!
