Reviews of BOUNCE Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Fantastic place for the kids to have fun and expand their energy! Need to queue for the doge ball and other stations. each set is 5mins. Grip socks $3 are not included from ticket price. Remember to bring yours along if you have them.
The kids had fun. We booked the 2hours during school holiday. The cheapest rate among all the offered rates.
My son love the dodge ball games :) We love Bounce!
The bounce was ok but a staff called Adam was mean just because I look at home I came a 8 I think staff showed be more trained and be nicer to kids and teenagers
It's such a great trampoline park.
Clean, well maintained and with staff that are attentive.
Had a great experience and will definitely go back
Nice bouncy trampolines and obstacles. My favorite was trampoline basketball! Used Klook discount and bought in advance and it was smooth sailing!
Must try. Fun recreational activity, good music while you're bouncing around. Staff is there to help if you want to know a few tricks.
There are bags, walls where you can walk horizontally, basketball, and a ninja warrior course.
They have parties on Friday night and other days.
Bring a friend and happy bouncing!
Brought kids under 10. Very professional and attentive staff that doesn’t compromise safety. They are strict to rules which is much appreciated.
had a great birthday celebration for my daughter. communication was great from the first day i enquired, their staff Ima was very helpful and prompt in her replies and included all necessary details.
On the day itself our host Syahbil was also very nice and engaged the children well throughout the 2 hours.
Thanks for the memorable birthday and for sure I will be back.
Very helpful staff today over the phone. There was a glitch on my computer and she offered great customer service. 5 stars to Ima
Namely a bouncy place, You can enjoy a lot of trampolines, obstacle courses. For parents, do warm up before you join your kids, I saw a guy strained his back.. Pricewise I felt it's bit pricey. $80 for 4 for an hour but actually it's around 50min as 10min is allocated for preparation for the next session.
BOUNCE BOUNCE HAPPI HAPPI 😁😁😁

Great! Ninja Warrior Adventure Challenge Course X-Park was fun! Not just a mere trampoline park, it's like an urban playground for adults in the heart of Orchard! Cool hangout spot in town. Recommend for everyone to try it out!
The kids love this place! It is pricey - $24 buys you entry for 1 hour but they rotate children every hour. So if you arrive at half past you only get 30 minutes but it's the same price. Gets extremely busy at the weekend so come mentally prepared for chaos and noise
The entry to the trampolines are strictly by the hour, stipulated start and end times are at the turn of each hour. Even if you arrive 15 mins earlier, you will just have to wait till the announcement is given for you to enter. With a toddler who is too excited to begin to bounce, it's almost impossible to stop him from trying to run in, let alone explain to the staff that we will probably not even last till the end of the hour.
My two teenagers had a great time here. It gave them a break from my husband and I, and is from them :)
A great and fun place to spend time with family. Also a great way to de-stress and workout bouncing away on the trampolines and clearing those obstacles at the X-Park. Keep burning those calories!
It is properly cared for and the staff are kind and actually like their job
Had the most wonderful experience with BOUNCE SG team. My son celebrated his birthday with 20 kids. Ima and the complete BOUNCE team is extremely attentive, professional, and accommodating. All the kids had a great time. Wish the menu had certain healthy options. Highly recommend!
The waiting area was crowded and suffocatingly noisy.
Kids love this place, parents can't wait to get out.
It has a very resonable price point if you take the 25$ for 2 Hrs Pass, fairly empty on the weekdays, to be expected really, photo taken at 7pm Weekday
There's actually not much to do. The dodgeball is fun but other than that it's a bit dull.
It's also run by a bunch of jobsworth teenagers. My daughter was too young to be left alone so I stood next to the trampolines, keeping an eye on her. After 20 minutes my wife took over and the girl said she had to have a wristband (which I didn't have either), so she told my wife to leave and sit in the viewing gallery. 1 minute later my daughter noticed she was alone so the same girl took her away from the trampolines and left her on her own and we then couldn't find her for a few minutes. So I took her back and watched her bounce again, and the same girl had moved to a different area but radioed her colleague that I needed a wristband. I justified my presence as monitoring my young daughter and not participating, which this girl accepted, but the first girl kept radioing with new reasons I had to leave. They didn't win any of the arguments and stopped once I asked for a refund, but it was just annoying.
Though the areas is not too big but the whole experience is worth.
My little ones had so much fun of jumping for 2 hours. They were not not tired. I am in my late 40s, I am able to jump, to climb and to flip.
The tickets are really expensive for a 2 hours jump which 'BOUNCE' socks are included. Because of having cooperate card from my company, I would go more often with my little one.
Do remember kids below 1.25m are not allowed to play at the obstacle area.
it was a nice environment. one of the employees there, his name is LUTH, was very nice. after he saw that the floor was dirty as some kid squeezed sanitizer on it, he instantly cleaned it up! he also played dodgeball with us and it was fun (he didn't let us win though) after our session was over, he kicked us out! so responsible!
We had a Birthday (Isabelle) Party over at Bounce Inc and Grace was the instructor… a very good job done by her and she is very patient. Also good overall service from the rest of staff as well. Thanks again. Recommended
Had the most amazing time there for my birthday! We booked a 2 hr pass and had the freedom to try out all the different courses there. If you are making a spontaneous trip there and don't have socks on, not to worry! They have the true grip Bounce socks for $3/pair. They also have an academic course where the trainers will train individuals on the different skill sets. This is a mask-at-all-times activity and only 1 person is allowed to be on a trampoline, at any given time. If you are thinking of going with your friends or family, trust me,it is so much fun! They have lockers for your items ($2/hr) too. The only think that was rather a little crazy was the prices if the drinks there. A bottle of coke was about $3+.
Have been there almost twice a week. The online 2 hour package is really worth it. They have a 10 minute cleaning period every hour so even if you have a 2 hour slot you effectively only get 1 hour 40 minutes. But it's pretty intense anyway so the break is welcome. The instructors are very friendly and are more than willing to help you learn new tricks in a safe manner.
My son enjoyed bouncing on the trampoline with his friends during his friend’s birthday party. It is more fun than it looks and they provide you socks with cost. You can put your belongings in cupboards or lockers before entering the play zone. They also have X- Park which is on the left of the trampoline area. You have to wear back your shoes if you are going to X-Park. It is very fun especially for a group of friends play together. Birthday party also available here.
My son loves the obstacle course and I love the fact that it is a kid friendly place
Great place to have fun, be it family/friends/colleagues ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
The people at the counter are really really kind. Only bummer is kids love dodgeball and on Saturdays sometimes can’t do it as so many parties take precedence. Overall the staff really are great
This place was quite fun for me as a break from my studies and to hang out with my friends trying things that I didn't think I can do and having so much fun bouncing! Definitely recommend going if your younger!
#BounceIncSg - The place we go after a good skateboarding session at #SommersetSkatePark with the Team from #SkateSports
Lots of fun. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Always looking out for user safety and actively shares tips and tricks of trampoline jumping.
The equipment is fine. But the staff constantly follows you around and VERY strictly enforces the rules. No running is allowed, so you can imagine how often my toddlers get stopped by the staff for running - or the toddler equivalent of running, anyway. Only one person can touch a trampoline at once (even if you are not jumping), so when my toddlers run up to me and stand on the same trampoline as me, they get lectured twice: once for running, and once for daring to stand on the same trampoline as me (even though neither of us are jumping...).
Rules are fine, but they should be applied with some common sense. A guy doing backflips should not be sharing a trampoline. But a toddler who's not even jumping, just standing for a few seconds and trying to say something to his parent? Come on.
Really fun place to blow some steam and behave like a child. Family tickets are very reasonable.
I love the staff and facilities at Bounce. I had booked a party for a group of children yesterday (11/7) and everything went very smoothly. Special shoutout to the customer service team who responded cheerfully to all the questions (via email and phone) prior to the event, as well as the superstar Game Master Carlos for bringing the energetic and loud kids from station to station ever so patiently. Carlos noticed some children had needed more guidance at some stations and offered to help them get over their initial fear very patiently and professionally. Prior to the party, he had also prepped me and he was very on schedule for everything (water breaks, cake cutting etc.). What a gem. Thanks for making our first Bounce experience so super Carlos! (This review was not solicited by Bounce nor by Carlos. It's just a heartfelt form of thanks from a very satisfied customer! :D)
Me and my friend were there and it's pretty fun, the staff are quite nice, lots of fun activities and very clean. I think my only issue is probably maybe have some like snacks when kids take a break.
Watched my nephews and niece play here. They enjoyed it! There are various activity areas that the kids can choose from. And this is a good way for kids to mingle with other kids as well. Reco to go here during off peak hours of you prefer lesser crowds.
This place is absolutely fun! There are so many things to do here including the X-Park. Your child can have a blast by having their birthday party here and attempting the Leap of Faith. There are also programs called 'Tramp Camps'. So if you have a holiday, you can come and enjoy 3 hours of jumping a day!
Went there with friends and enjoyed myself tremendously. Tonnes of energy here thanks to tonnes of nimble teens and kids here. Had a crazy workout just hopping around. Bounce keeps the place vibrant with good music, great atmosphere and lots of interesting activities. We will be back!
It was an awesome place and fun to hang out at. The staff member named Mansi was extremely kind and polite, helped us a lot at the park also
Such a fun place for all ages. Went during the school holiday for my wife's birthday, a lot of kids but still I enjoyed myself! Remember to stretch before you start jumping got a bad backache after the 2 hour sesh! LOL
Great place for kids and adults. Good workout yet fun at the same time. Clean and cool.
A terrific idea for giving the kids a treat on a fantastic trampoline park..was there after a long time for a nephew's birthday party..worth it fully..a real fun time 😁
On the 4th floor of Orchard Cineleisure building. Expensive outing. Not a big trampoline park but it has a X Park ninja warrior type endurance which is fun for kids and adults. Not busy on a Thursday afternoon. Many seats for parents to watch and wait. Clean public toilets.
Omg!!!! Best ever!!!! For an hour of play you are ensured with at least 15 matches of dodge ball and on the trampoline side you are secured with a fun and safe environment for play!! 😎
It was very fun trying out all their facilities, however the food and drinks are a bit overpriced.
