Aced My M5 Paper! The subscription maybe expensive, treat it like an investment in your career. The exam practice questions that in CMFAS Academy is very up to date and you will be very surprised some questions might be the same. Strongly recommend this subscription if you want to get secured passing with updated content and materials. Just for info, this review is not a paid review, it's a genuine review by myself. Hi I sign up for M8A e learning course after I failed my first attempt in September. I hesitated a Long time to sign up because of the price. It is expensive to me. However Kelvin convinced me to sign and I have not regretted. It is worth every cent I have spent. The online questions gives me a very good foundation of each topic. I was able to complete my exam questions within 35 minutes instead of 60 minutes. Thanks Jenny

Module: M1A (Success) - passed first attempt, finished in under an hour (and probably could have finished in a little over 30 minutes if I didn’t take my time). I was initially unsure about subscribing, especially as the prices seemed expensive relative to other competitors. I decided to proceed based on the Pass Guarantee (clear 90% of the questions and if you fail, they’ll pay for your re-test fee), it signified to me a level of confidence in their ability to help. The bad: The “e-learning” is basically an audiobook of the official textbook, it had minimal value add. My strategy was to listen to a segment, read the textbook, write notes then re-listen to the audio to see if it made sense. Truth be told you could probably skip subscribing to this. The good: the practice questions! The questions were substantially similar to the exam or asked the same content from a different perspective, for example “which of the bellow is false/ XYZ does NOT include”. Questions also tend to come with textbook references for which I cross checked on every answer I got wrong, and to read around. If fact some questions I’d say were more difficult than the actual exam. One important thing to note is the practice questions are more up to date than the actual texbook (some laws have been amended since the textbook was published which hasn’t been updated). Lastly, the essential readings are incredibly long and generally not practical (the laws, MAS guidelines etc are all over 50 pages each) using old-style long winded legal language. The practice questions therefore will help you learn the key points of these laws that you may be examined on in an efficient and relevant way. Recommendation: absolutely worthwhile for the practice questions, I wouldn’t bother with the elearning. A worthwhile investment if you want to pass the exam - I’ve subscribed for several other exams I’m also sitting.

Questions in the question bank is very relatable to actual exam, albeit no same questions were repeated - the purpose is also not to memorize the questions/answers - but it provided a headsup to the type of difficulty I was going to face in the actual exam, and prepped me well for the exam. Questions came with references to the textbook and detailed explanations for questions that are not so straightforward. Mathathon is encouraged if you are weak in maths, as detailed steps and explanations to how the answer is derived is provided. Though the pricing of this package is on the pricier side - but it is definitely not pricier than lost morale and retake fees should you not manage to pass the exam!

It was really useful for myself as I did not have enough time to prepare for my exams, and thankfully for CMFAS questions which gets me prepared better for my CGI papers. It is quite hard for me to relate certain terms that was used for Commercial insurance and the mock papers helped me prepared better and focus on certain topics which I passed for my first take!

The programme did provide student with in depth knowledge of the module. But student need to be aware that the questions come out in the exam can be alot more tricky. Manage to pass with 1 attempt.

Passed CACS paper 1 with first try. And subsequently paper 2! Whatspp response is fast too. Happy with the purchase

Was a bit hesitant to pay and use, due to the high cost. Overall, web is simple to navigate and questions do serve as a good practice. Probably longer holding period before usage would be good, 6 months instead of 3 months.
