On the 7th June 4pm we came by to toast box to have our usual coffee break , that was so impressed by the service and approach by the three counter staffs. It's the most well service since we have been experienced at the others shops. These 3 staffs all came across keep at the good works and friendly attitude to customers.

I had a minor accident in B1 toilet. I was cut by broken glass from a bottle of jam that dropped out from my bag. It was bleeding at my right foot ankle. The management personnel ask two security officers to accompany me to Level 2 to seek medical treatment at Prohealth Medical Group. These 2 officers were very helpful and patient. They stay with me until the treatment was done. They then accompany me to B2 where I board a Grab car home. I wish to thank them for their help and support and in a moment of shock I had forgotten to ask for their names. Please convey my sincere thanks to them.

This outlet is nearer to my place. Ordered their Green Plum Green Tea and Mango Pomelo Sago drinks. Taste the same as the ones I had from outlets. Will be back for more.

Overwhelmed F&B eateries from the same operators here in Woodleigh Mall 😏. Predictable like what you see at Sengkang Mall….can’t imagine 😔 toilets are getting dirty.
