First time visiting Institute of Adult Learning @ Lifelong Learning Institute with comfortable facilities for connecting with each other and attending courses to upgrade skills and gain more knowledge. With plenty cosy areas for discussions, self-learning and to network.

I took up the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from Apr to Aug 2015 for evening classes. The learning experience was pleasant and enriching. I really learnt very useful knowledge and made many friends and contacts through this course. I would recommend IAL for your professional learning.

Invest your money in other institution than this. Read the reassement procedure before you enroll. Unless you are 100% sure that the assesment is fair and you can be graded as competent. Don't go for online learning, this institution did not manage it well.

At IAL to attend a briefing. Facilities are good and ambience is conducove for seminars and briefings and of course conducting of WSQ courses. The grouse is the limited car park lots.
