Not only does she motivate my daughter, but she also goes the extra mile by calling to update me on her progress. Finally, seletar branch has found a good and responsive GEP teacher, Isabelle, my son likes her class, especially when she taught him math. She makes an effort to schedule replacement class regardless of her tight schedule given. My son hopes she will continue to teach GEP class in P3. He felt sad when he got to know Isabelle is leaving.. The chinese teacher, Hao laoshi is also a good teacher. My son talks about her sometimes. Hopefully both of these teachers could spread their teaching method and help the children with their academics.

Mr Ee and teacher Sheena has been super helpful,approachable and supportive MS teachers.I love how when I am feeling down they will cheer me up by cracking jokes and when I feel like giving up they will encourage me to continue. They have helped me understand each question that they go through.They will always put in the extra effort to explain all questions.When we misbehave they will scold us but I know they scold us because they care for us.If there is a best teacher award,they should get the prize, they are incredibly nice and if we don’t know how to do a question they will explain properly and patiently to us.when we are too loud,they will remind us nicely but if we don’t listen they will scold us.I hope they can stay my teacher for the rest of my time in MS.I hope all teachers enjoy who they teach and stays happy, safe and healthy.Happy Teacher’s Day!!!😁😁😁🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

Hi! I would be writing this message to my mind stretcher teacher, Teacher MM/Maria (Science) Teacher Maria is not just a tuition teacher to me; she is a source of inspiration and learning, who guided me through P5 and P6. I still recall when I stepped into the classroom, (in p5) I knew I was in for something special. Teacher Maria inspired me to keep going and it's impossible not to be excited about learning when she is around. Her enthusiasm and dedication have truly made a difference in my academic journey. I still recall once we were doing an experiment about Gravitational force/gravitational potential energy in P6. We had so much fun doing the experiment and it was truly one of the best 2 hours of my life! What I love most about Teacher Maria, is her unwavering belief in me. She never gave up on me, even when I was struggling with my grades. I still recall at Primary 5, I was struggling with my grades, barely passing for Science, getting at 52, or 55 every single quarterly check point. Then, I really felt like giving up, I had no more interest or passion in Science. Teacher Maria's fun and exciting lessons, filled with lots of experiments boosted me. I have truly improved a lot! I'll never forget the countless hours she spent explaining complex concepts to me, patiently answering my (silly) questions, and providing extra guidance to help me grasp the subject better. When I first started Mind stretcher, my marks were at a discouraging 46 (P4 SA1), but thanks to her dedication and the way she made learning so engaging and enjoyable, I've managed to improve to a proud 78.5 (P5 e.y.e). [Fail -> Al4] But beyond the grades, she have taught me the importance of curiosity, critical thinking, and perseverance. Those are life skills that I will carry with me long after I leave her classroom. She has not only helped me excel academically but also made me become a better learner and a more confident individual. I would like to thank Teacher Maria for being an outstanding educator, a mentor, and a friend. Her impact on my life is immeasurable, and I will always cherish the memories and lessons I've gained from her class. I look forward to every lessons on Sunday! Dear teacher Maria, I am very glad that I have you as my teacher for my science tuition. Ever since when I started learning science, I had fallen behind and have not been scoring very good. I have been told by my friend that starting from primary 5, everything will suddenly get harder and I’m afraid that math and science will be a problem for me. They make the lessons soooo interesting! I could remember the stories and jokes from the start of the year. Aside from the jokes, you have made the lessons easy to understand. Your illustrations of each math question that we didn’t know was out of this world. You seem to really prepare very hard to make sure we understand the lesson contents. Your constant reminders that we should not be careless has made a big impact on me. A friendly group of counter staff, with affordable tuition prices, teachers have lots of experience, especially Mr Ee. His lessons are interesting, although following the normal MOE curriculum, he cracks hilarious jokes during class to keep us intrigued in his sharings. The way he explains writing methods are second to none! His patience to explain things we don't understand are out of the roof and his understanding of our foundation of writing skills are very accurate. He also shares well written compositions of other students to help us improve in honing our writing skills. His optimistic and cheerful character is what makes me want to stay in his class. Not to mention his fantastic writing tips and words of encouragement when our results are not so up to standard. I had started with my teacher, Eugene at secondary 1. I was blessed to have such a kind and wonderful teacher like him. When I was getting really low for secondary 1 science,he was able to help me get better by using unique methods to teach. He would go through a chapter by using drawings and examples. He is normally very prepared for lessons and does the worksheet with answers before he goes through. He also will help us and not make us do the whole worksheet by ourselves. He would start by having a topic revision by using a question as an example and ask us to do the rest of the questions related to that topic. He would drop small hints for the questions while going through too. He also adds jokes to the class to make sure it is not just a quiet class. I really admire the teacher's hardwork on making the students get high marks. I really improved during both the years in the tuition with him. Dear Miss Ang (P5 Math), You have been the guiding light to my success.I have been struggling to cope up with the amount of difficulty in maths.Fortunately,I have you to make the questions easier to understand .Once,I had many corrections in one worksheet.I struggled to understand the meaning of angles.But you volunteered to take 15 minutes after lesson just to help me finish up the corrections.If I recalled correctly this went on for 3 weeks.Even if the papers that I’d done weekly was hard, you will always teach me how to answer it the easier and alway highlight the keywords to look out for. One thing which I like about this tuition centre is the Quarterly Check Point given to the kids every term. From the Student Progress Report, I know the problem areas of my kids. As parent, I found this is very helpful especially these days, schools no longer have CAs and SAs. The science notes priovided by the centre is very comprehensive and my kids always use the notes for their revisions. They have always look forwards to attending lessons at Mind Stretcher Seletar.
