I went to the crash course recently and the tutor was very engaging and clear. He explains concepts very clearly and drills practices that really help me to apply those concepts. He also remembered each persons’ weaknesses in the topic and helped us practice more in those areas. I really enjoyed his lessons, they were very helpful!

Mr Kua is a very hardworking teacher, always very willing to entertain questions even after class. He tries his best to engage all students in discussions and to patch the holes in a student's understanding of chemistry. The notes are very comprehensive and easy to understand, the frequent quizzes after going through the notes are also very good checkpoints for a student's learning. Mr Kua also provides us with plenty of practise papers before the national exams,going thru each of them the following week . Overall a very positive experience, wld recommend.

Mr Kua is a very patient teacher, with the ability to give concise yet super easy to understand explanations for chemistry. He is willing to spend time to explain and clarify questions I have doubts with, on paper, and provides quality notes and teaching. He boosted my chemistry to getting an A consistently. His lessons are conducted at a good pace, with content that schools may not always teach but is essential for examinations. He provides materials from various schools for further practice.

Mr Kua's lessons have been a great help for me ever since I joined his class in the middle of J1!!! His lessons were engaging and he always asked us questions during his lessons to check if we were able understand the topic properly. Since Mr Kua was ahead of the school in terms of syllabus, I had ample time to complete my school's tutorial questions beforehand. Furthermore, he started the revision lessons for prelims and A levels early which allowed me to be exposed to a wide variety of questions. This really helped me during A levels especially with the novel questions! Thanks to Mr Kua's guidance, I was able to secure an A for H2 Chemistry! If you're struggling with chemistry, I highly recommend signing up for his lessons!!!

Mr Kua is a down to earth and candid teacher who doesn't fail to deliver content while using memorable analogies. Improvements in my chemistry grades took a year but during those few months, Mr Kua maintained his patience and confidence that the next time will be the breakthrough. He sees his students' results (and/or degree of improvements) as an indicator of his teaching skills, which explains why he will go the extra mile to ensure that his students improve. I never had chemistry with Chemistry but under Mr Kua's guidance, I survived the rigour of Chemistry and improved 4 grades.
