Mr Ejaz is definitely one of the best math teachers I have had! Throughout my first year of IB, I was really struggling with Maa SL and was unable to grasp the concepts. I was barely passing my math exams and was achieving around a grade 4-5. However, in my final year of IB, the weekly tuition lessons by Mr Ejaz allowed me to significantly improve and achieve grade 7 in my IB exams! Mr Ejaz always takes time to fully explain concepts and questions and makes sure we understand everything in the syllabus. He is a very experienced IB tutor and was able to help me in my math IA as well. Photon Academy is also a very conducive learning environment as small group classes with schoolmates allow for students to help each other and improve together. I would highly recommended Mr Ejaz and Photon Academy to anyone taking IB. Thank you Mr Ejaz!

I started classes with Mr Ejaz at the end of Year 4 before the start of IB. I had little confidence in math and was extremely worried going into the IB years, but Mr Ejaz was really helpful and patient in clearing up concepts and misunderstandings. Despite the new syllabus, he had a really wide range of resources and practices which allowed me to familiarise myself with weaker topics, and he would also give us tests regularly to ensure that we understood the concepts. Under his tutelage, math became one of my strongest subjects and I was eventually able to score a 7 in IB SL MAA! I highly recommend Mr Ejaz for IB Math tuition. Thank you Mr Ejaz :)

Was under Mr Ejaz for just about over 1 year and he is a great teacher. The centre has a large amount of resources ranging from simple practice questions, which helps you strengthen fundamental concepts, to tough and challenging ones that push your boundaries and allow you to improve your mathematical thinking. Mr Ejaz also goes through all types of IB questions to ensure his students are comfortable and ready for the major exam. His guidance was crucial in me landing a 7 for HL MAA IB 2020. Ejaz is an excellent math tutor. He has a deep understanding of HL math and is able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to grasp. He is patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us succeed. I highly recommend Ejaz to anyone who is struggling with math or looking to improve their skills in the subject, especially since he managed to pull my grade up from a 4 at the end of year 1 of IB to a 7.

I was recommended this service, and have recommended it in turn to my friends who also benefitted from it! Classes require you to be independent and have a good work ethic, since there are revision questions given out every lesson and you learn by asking questions and correcting your mistakes. This is a good system for self-driven learners and those who require structured learning to be more motivated. The lessons and teacher are also quite flexible (in person lessons or zooms are avail) and the teacher is knowledgeable and competent (+ provides free snacks :)))👍👍 The value of the lessons was worth the price, I ended up going from a 4 to a 7 in SL Physics and it fixed my terrible foundation from the first year of IB. I would recommend this service for people who are very driven to score well for SL physics and committed to asking questions and taking charge of your learning!
