Learning under Tr Zann gave my son extra boost to do well. We saw significant improvement after enrolling for tuition under Tr Zann from P6. Within one year we saw a huge improvement in his maths silks.The methods were helpful. Tr Zann went onto spend extra time (out of the normal tuition hours) during the phase. My son didn't do well in preliminary exams, he got AL4 and Tr Zann spoke to him in person and that motivated him to do well in PSLE and he got AL1 for maths. We have registered our younger son with the ultimate learning hub with lots of confidence. I recommend this tuition centre for those taking up PSLE.Tr Zann's passion for teaching is contagious and has inspired my son to become a better student and person. A big thank you to all the teachers at Ultimate esp Ms Swen and Mr Lee. My boy has been taking Science lessons from Ms Swen since sec 2 and now taking Maths lessons from Mr Lee. Their patience and way of teaching really helped him so much in his studies and reduce so much stress for him. He has gained so much tips and has improved so much! His sister has also started taking pri Maths from Tr Jaycee and she can also catch on with the strategies taught and helped her to understand her work. Teacher Zann is an engaging teacher and knows how to interest her students to look forward to her classes. She makes math problems less problematic by injecting jokes that lighten the mood. Teacher Sandy is a caring teacher who guides her students how to study by creating bite size reminders for them to revise at home. Both of them go above and beyond their class duties by allowing them to have online and mock practices, ensuring that none of their students is left behind. My son just received his PSLE results, and his Math improved by 2 ALs from prelims to PSLE, while Science was his best subject. Kudos to teachers Zann & Sandy! Much appreciated. 💜

My daughter was once a student who struggled with Mathematics. However, through her consistent attendance of Teacher Zann’s interesting lessons and holiday workshops, coupled with unwavering diligence and determination, she has made remarkable progress. From failing Mathematics in primary 5, she has now achieved an AL3 in the PSLE. This is a testament to her hard work and the effective guidance she received from Teacher Zann. I have never come across a tuition centre who is so helpful and responsible in making sure their students learnt and understood the subject well. My daughter started P6 Science tuition lessons with Teacher Sandy this year and subsequently changed her Math tuition to Teacher Zann in June this year too. Both Teacher Sandy & Teacher Zann are really very helpful that I feel very much at ease. I can see an improvement in her results and her understanding in her Science & Math knowledge. I would highly recommend Ultimate Learning Hub as the teachers are really passionate and go all the way out to teach the students if they are willing to learn. We actually stay at Punggol and have travelled all the way to Serangoon to attend the tuition lessons. Distance is really not an issue if the tuition benefits my daughter well. Thank you, Teacher Zann & Teacher Sandy for your hard work on the students.

My daughter started lessons with Ms Zann about a week before EoY exams in P5. She was struggling with some concepts and came down in her Math term 1 of P6. Ms Zann suggested she join P5 lessons to help strengthen her concepts and knowledge while still doing P6 lessons as well. The constant follow ups by Ms Zann, her Online zoom lessons that prepare the kids nearer to the exams, the holiday worksheets and the holiday workshops that run really helped my daughter to pick up her math scores by the time midyear exams came around. My daughter’s learning attitude for math change drastically after she started lessons with Ms Zann and has never come out of a lesson with an unhappy face! This is a big win for us and she loves how class is fun and engaging at the same time. Thank you Ms Zann, I’m confident we will get through PSLE without a hitch with your guidance & support!

Tr Zann and Tr Daryl are very nurturing tutors who really care for their students. My sec 1 girl used to fail the pop quizzes at the start of the year. Throughout the year, under Tr Daryl’s tutelage, she started doing very well in her WAs and even scored full marks at her last WA. Tr Zann is very responsive whenever we need clarification. She gives clear instructions and is very knowledgeable in all the topics. My P6 (2025) girl has just started tuition in November for the last sprint in P6 next year. I hope she will develope critical thinking in the year ahead!

Daughter attended Maths Pri 3 tuition with teacher Jaycee as she was scoring 60 marks plus for her semester exams. After 2 months she improved vastly and scored 83% for her final year exams, even her school maths teacher praised her for her good results. Teacher Jaycee sent weekly updates on topics covered to parents so we were updated. The school taught math concepts which increased her maths understanding. My son dislikes Chinese. We have been sending him for tuition since primary school. None of the tuition centres and private tutors were able to gain his interest in the subject. Finally, we found Teacher Xu, she is very patient and taught my son well. Now my son shows more interest and improved his chinese tremendously. I am very impressed with her teaching methods and her willingness to sacrifice her time for teaching my son, often after teaching hours. I am thankful to teacher Xu for her patience and guidance given to my son. I would highly recommend teacher Xu to anyone who is looking for a Chinese tutor.

I joined Teacher Zann in July 2022 and attended the advanced class for Mathematics. Before I joined Teacher Zann, my results for my Mathematics test was not so fantastic. I found it hard to catch up and understand Mathematics in Primary 5 and even failed one of the weighted assessments. After I joined her, I slowly started to see improvements and even managed to solve a few confusing and tricky questions in school. With Teacher Zann's guidance and help, I was able to get AL 1 for my PSLE. Teacher Zann is a kind, patient and amazing teacher who never fails to make us laugh with her jokes during lessons. She is also a very dedicated teacher who goes the extra mile to help us, like hosting zoom sessions, giving us past PSLE papers and teaching us how to solve math questions before Prelims and PSLE during Sunday nights. I'm truly grateful to have her as my teacher. If it wasn't for her guidance and help, I would not have been able to score so well for my PSLE results.
