Purchase of electric guitar & accessories at Tampines branch on Sat 2 Sep late afternoon May I send my compliment to the sales team (esp. Mr Too Yun Shyi) who delivered excellent customer service & assisted us with great instrument knowledge & expertise. What’s more, good team work in serving customers was shown as well. For instance, while Mr Too was telling us regarding the color options, his colleague had already got the options ready and showed us. Their teamwork added a warm and harmonious feel to our purchase experience. It’s a blessing for Yamaha to have such a great sales team. We have no doubt recommending friends/students to visit the Tampines branch & approach the friendly & professional sales team for advice in purchasing the suitable instruments.

Dont know why there are so many negative reviews, as the staff were really helpful and friendly. You just have to approach them. If you cant play well yet, they can actually demo the piano for you.
