Highly recommend! Very good customer service support, prompt responses and reasonable pricing. Camera 1 in Hall had connection issues suddenly. Even when I had mentioned that the unit was installed in 2018 and to replace it if necessary, Kim Hock checked onsite and replaced only the faulty adaptor keeping repair cost at lowest. Trustwothy and cost effective. Thank you so much!!

Was browsing through many sites for biometric system and glad we chose to go with Kim Hock. He promptly replies to all queries and after service is reliable as well. Highly recommended.
