Mani and his colleague did a great job for the installation of a set of Keywe gate and door digital locks; they replaced my existing traditional physical key locks without issue. He helped to sync the two locks, explained the process to add fingerprint and RF tags and cleaned up very efficiently with the whole process only taking about 2.5 hours; was a pleasant and smooth installation.

Had a small issue with my fingerprint scanning after near 5yrs of good use( no problem in between) but nevertheless my worries was resolved the next following day, service technician Mr Mani came down on time for my servicing, to my surprise he actually brought down a 1 for 1 exchange set for my main door and wrap up my problem in just 15mins, he later intro me to the new KeyWe app which u can do all settings on the app, it’s so simple, thank you MyDigitalLock Thank u Mr Mani, *On a side note, do purchase extended warranty for insurance.

This is my first purchase with MYDigitalLock.I was looking for a bedroom door lock and was searching via MyDigitalLock website.I wanted to view more demo clips so I googled and cane across that MyDigitalLock is also active on Shopee.I pmed the respective chat agent on the platform and Leon was the one who attended to my enquiries.He was prompt in replies and not pushy in promoting the products.i decided on the Lenovo U2 with the add-on of the 5 -year warranty after consideration and ordered through Shopee.I requested to have the installation at the earliest availabilty and Leon assisted to check on the schedule. The admin,Issac gave me a call after 2 days and I was lucky to schedule an installation on the following day. An Peng, the technician reached at 1130am which was within the time allocated (1030-1130am) and he proceeded with the alightment and measurement before drilling. He went through the steps(settings/functions) with the usage of the Tuya App and he was good with the product knowledge.
