My first time using their service. Very easy to deal with. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Boxes arrived promptly. We were given ample time to fill it up. Collection was also seamless. Paid by cash, very easy. Just ensure you have a hardcopy of your helper's passport and work permit to go with the form that they will supply you.

Overall is a good value for the price and size of the box but you have no control/low expectation of delivery speed as competitive as balikbayan boxes (not as cheap though) You can't send dry food/perishable as well. Our parcel 12 Oct 2021 - Triggered request 13 Oct 2021 - Box delivered (with packing tapes) 21 Oct 2021 - Collected by PosTki 04 Nov 2021 - Shipped out (due to Covid delay etc) 24 Nov 2021 - Cleared Indonesian Custom (no tax) 08 Dec 2021 - Received . Box intact. Nothing missing. On SG side, services has been good and responsive. If you're time sensitive - this is not for you.

Before sending everything ok sure receive within 1 mth before raya was their sales pitch. After sending reply is at Indo custom pending checks. Almost 4 weeks and still the same message. Now after calling the reply is 3 weeks after custom checks. Send at ur own Risks as they are not telling you right and correct information despite knowing the long delays. Update: manage to deliver before hari raya. Update to 3 stars for inaccurate infor on their App.

Better to call directly. Email or WA response is slow. Other than that they provide great service for sending stuff to indonesia.

Good malay malay. But take people who are good at Indonesian and can tell the difference between Indonesian Malay and Brunei. Our language is the same but different. Continue to give friendly education, don't be arrogant. You can answer the phone arrogantly and there are those who like to answer back what people say Take the Chinese nation to what? You can too.
