The move includes some delicate items like a 4ft fish tank, several glass display cabinet and a work table with monitor and CPU. All of them are in tact and working. Overall, there is a consistent experience with Trio Movers through the various touchpoints. Happy to recommend Trio Movers again! 2022 - Great experience with Trio Movers, right from setting up the appointment for them to view my premises to the actual move day. I sought 2 other quotes before deciding and while Trio was not the cheapest, they were the clearest, most transparent about their fees and I felt, most sincere. I have also engaged movers at least 10 times in my lifetime, moving houses and offices and they really shine. On the day, 6-7 guys turned up and moved many bulky pieces like sofas, fridges, even a 7-foot pool table down narrow stairs with ease. They were fast and efficient and best of all they had great positive attitudes and camaraderie among themselves. They also wrapped and secured my property well and maximised the space in their lorries. Their team leader was hardworking and everyone pulled their weight, especially the younger ones. It was truly hard work for them and we so appreciated their efforts. Highly recommended. Thank you so much. The cost was $2000+ and it was worth every cent. Well done.

I think you guys will win #Physical100 la! This team of 4 was so fast, so efficient, great teamwork, mad skills in dismantling my king storage bed, TV, and best of all they were friendly and cheerful! My kids were getting in their way at first but they were patient and nice, even amused by them, not annoyed or black-faced at all! I was stressed with all the loose ends cuz we were not done with packing, but they were really clear on how to pack and where things should go, so it helped make my job easier also. They also helped to wrap all the fragile kitchenware and box them up. All these costs were upfront, so there weren't any hidden costs that a first-timer like me would be surprised by. I moved half my stuff to storage, and half to my temporary home. They came by 3 times, twice to send 30 boxes to storage, once to move my sofa. They were always on time, super professional and efficient. The admin Kenny would always send reminders the day before to confirm the moving time, very systematic and organised. Everyone should use them for moving or storage services!! Highly recommended!

Had three moves with them and all of them went really well. Coordination was easy with Don, and even cheque deposits required for condominiums (both pickup and dropoff locations) are handled. really appreciative of the movers from Trio Movers! team led by Iskandar and Amran Roy were so cohesive, so bonded and cheerful. they were communicating well with each other throughout the move, planning which items should be wrapped and packed first, with great teamwork. we had a very heavy wooden table top that required all 5 movers to be able to lift it up. they navigated the narrow stairwell skillfully, and took care not to damage the table as well. we also had a freezer of breast milk which they took into special consideration in the moving process. my frozen breast milk were kept intact from the move!! overall, a very good experience with this team of movers without whom we would not be able to move to our new home. also not forgetting the rep whom I spoke to, Sunny. he was so helpful and understanding, very experienced in his evaluation of the number of truckloads we required. and made good recommendations of how to utilize the space etc. very responsive and reliable! thank you so much!

Our move back was split over 2 locations and Trio Movers allocated the same team leader - Darren - who was involved 2 years ago when we used the same company to move our furniture to the storehouse. Incredibly thankful for Trio Movers! From the initial conversation with the admin side to the surveying with Kenny to the moving day itself — everything was quick and smooth. He was also really helpful and responsive to all my questions. We did do surveys with a couple other moving companies and Kenny quoted 70 boxes while the other two quoted 40 and 50 of similar sizes. We ended up using 60+ boxes so Kenny was by far the most accurate. On moving day, the team (whose names I unfortunately didn’t get) were so quick and worked together so well. We were kind of frazzled because we hadn’t quite finished packing but the team helped us with all our loose items too. Also, very impressed with their strength! They carried furniture and heavy boxes like it was nothing. With moving into the new place, the team were, again, very quick and so helpful in placing the boxes in the right rooms. They were all also very funny and cheerful throughout! Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

After getting a few quotations, decided to try Trio Movers. Their storage is expensive but movers still reasonably priced. The movers arrived at 9am sharp. It was raining and they did such a good job wrapping all my appliances and furnitures and nothing was wet. Mover even asked if there is anything else. I had a recycled bag full of sauces and they managed to wrap it and deliver for me too! Will use them again once I get my new house. Hassle free moving, trustworthy movers!

Arranged for a site survey very quickly, and the consultant Keith was very friendly and patient despite our multiple requests. The movers packed things well and efficiently on moving day, although they arrived late but they still completed the job past their working hours instead of rescheduling. I previously engaged Trio Movers Pre-Covid and when we were looking for reliable movers for our big house move, came across their page again. From initial calls, to site visit, to moving day, they were courteous all throughout and genuine in providing great customer service. The guys were exhausted (200 boxes + furnitures) but they manage to have fun, laughs in between while remaining cordial. Even their manager were helping in carrying heavy items. They have a good system, no confusion, no breakage or any issues at all. I think it helps too that we, the customer cooperated, organized our items and recognised their efforts. We will continue to engage them whether for small or big move. I would really highly recommend Trio Movers and thank you for your wonderful service.

Quotation was provided quickly based off the number of items I needed moved. Most importantly it was accurate and I paid exactly what was quoted without any hidden cost or surprised increase. Delivery team was punctual and wrapped all items professionally and even provided padding for certain items. Although they got a bit lost it is understandable since the area I moved to was a new estate and even googlemaps isn't fully updated yet and grab gets lost too. So still 5 stars review for this. Delivery team also helped to unpack and placed our items neatly. They also helped managed to setup the washer correctly which was slightly leaking when I assembled it myself. 5/5 review nothing more to ask for a straightforward move.

The team did a FANTASTIC job. Keith, the contact person, was extremely prompt and helpful. The movers were real pros, efficient and effective. The price point was excellent, too. My only note is that the unpacking service isn't quite what I expected -- the movers will just empty things into the right room, but your belongings won't end up very organized. I'd still recommend doing this, though, because it's quite cheap and at least everything is taken out of the boxes!

They come to my place for a no-obligation site survey to understand what items need to shift and offer me a lump sum quotation. This is totally different from what I understand from other company where they quote by per trip or per box. On that day, 3 men show up with 2 trucks. They work really hard without any complaints. Making sure that all my items are send over. Even when some items are quite big and need to dissemble, they will also do so. I will totally recommend them to my friends and families.

Fantastic Experience with Trio movers! Very responsive and friedly and active before and after mvoing date! came on schedule to deliver and pick-up the boxes. During moving day everything went smoothly and they took great care of all our stuff! nothing was damaged. I highly recommend them. My only suggestion is: the workers should wear something to protect their feet during the moving. They are lifting heavy objects and walking around boxes and stuff ahd I think it'right for them to protect their feet. One of the workers helping us got his feet badly hurt with something on the floor! I think it's basic workplace safety.

Hey Trio! These guys who moved my items need a pay rise!! Sorry I don’t have photos of them as we were too busy but thankfully I remembered to get their names. Shout out to Norman, Jack and Najib!! You guys rock! They have a good teamwork, positive mindset, making small jokes with each other but serious work! They wrapped our items carefully and handle each pieces with care. I felt bad for them as the items are so heavy. Before they moved my items they will do a wrap and from there you can clearly see that they know which part of the items are prone to getting hit during the move and needed extra padding and support, they treat my belongings like theirs, very well taken care of.. My wife and I had several pieces of furniture which required special and delicate handling, even for what is considered to be a relatively short move within Singapore. We read from the company's website that each item would be professionally wrapped by TrioMovers and that was one of the reasons we chose them over other move companies, who do not openly make this claim on their website. The team on the ground today- Darren (leader),Chong,Win,Rizal and Chan - truly exceeded our expectations. Every item was secured and fortified with many layers of wrapping - bubble, corrugated paper, cardboard and plastic cling wrap. Furniture legs were individually wrapped. Cardboard was cut to size to fit certain furniture or parts of it. The entire move took over 6 hours and the teamwork between the 5 men was incredible. Another team joined to help out the original team towards the end to complete the job ... kudos to TrioMovers for creating this sort of incredible team culture. All in all definitely 5 star rating to the team as well as to TrioMovers. We will definitely want to use you again as the items are so well packed that when they have to be moved back to the house after the renovation, nothing more needs to be done !!! Great job!

We have shifted house a few times; so we have the experience. Without a doubt, TrioMovers are the BEST that we ever had. They were fast, efficient, and very accomodating to our needs & requests. We were shocked that they even came back to replace a screw from my table that they took to replace the one missing from mum's bed. They were worried that mum's bed will not be stable. They could just ignore but they didnt. This I applaud wholeheartedly. 100% recommended. Thank you guys!!!

I’ve lived here for almost 30 years and this is the first time I’ve left a positive review for a moving company….No hidden fees, movers respect your property and are on time. Affordable, you can probably get about 10% cheaper but don’t waste time and money. It’s worth the extra cost. Moving is a complete pain so use these guys and reduce your stress. Highly recommended.
