My kids had a foot problem and went here to find a better shoes. We were helped by Jackie. He is THE BEST person to talk to. He explained everything in details, which shoes to get for which foot. It was 9 pm already and the shop was about to close. He took his time to explain without pushing us to buy. At the end, he told us not to buy first before our custom made insole arrived. Wow! After explaining everything, he told us not to buy because it is our best interest not to buy! Usually sales people would rush to make a sale, since the store was closing already. Kudos to this him! 👏🏻

The staff (sorry I didn't get his name) is really patient and knowledgeable. He explains the difference between various shoe models in terms of cutting, fitting and cushion technology. That helps me a lot in making the choice for my daily training run. I chose Gel Cumulus 25 in the end. The staff mentioned the 25 series use new gel cushion technology. Try it. They really feel different.

Visited the shop for running shoes and was served by a very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional Adam. Though he was attending to several other people, he somehow managed to still share all necessary info needed like feet type and shoe recommendation based on requirements. I went through a total of 5 pairs but alas they either didn’t have the size and fit or color that I was looking for. Else I would have definitely gotten a pair! Never the less, he was very patient throughout without any pressure to purchase at all. Overall a very pleasant experience with the store and Adam. I’ll definitely return for shoes in the future.

The staff named Xavier is very helpful despite not having any purchase at the point of time due to payment method issue . He gladly helped by contacting other outlets to find out for me about atome payment availability and same time to secure the shoe size for me so I can head over to purchase . Good experience. On the spot, no nonsense and efficient. I browsed for a while but once I decided what to buy, everything from checking for sizes to payment took only less than 15 minutes

This is one of the few Asics stores which helps you to do tests on your feet and suggest right shoes for you. The staff here is friendly and not pushing to buy any shoes. They know details about the products selling which is really helpful when you are buying shoes if you have some problem with your foot.
