It’s quite a small store specially on holidays. The staff are nice and accommodating even though they’re busy attending other customers.

This store is small. Can be quite cramp when it is crowded especially during weekends. I was here for a specific Crocs shoes. Only available at Crocs IMM. I will be back to check out other items and visit other stores in IMM.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OLY! I was trying to find a pair of crocs and she called 3 different outlets to help me out. Even though at the end I can’t get my size..but she was very patient with it! 5stars service for her!
